2 Armed Drugs Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed drugs suspects were killed in a buy-bust operations conducted by personnel of Crime Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Region 3, CIDG Bulacan and Pulilan Municipal Police Station on November 29, 2016 at around 4:20 in the morning.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the two (2) slain suspects as Roy Ramos Y Meca alias Taroy/ Tarugo, 37 years old, listed No.1 drug street label target and also included to the watch list of Brgy Banga 2nd, Plaridel, Bulacan and Rica Rose Ramos Y Estrada alias Rarat, 21 years old, both residents of Lumang Bayan, Plaridel, Bulacan.

PSUPT SATUR L EDIONG, Acting Chief of Police of Pulilan MPS said that operating team were dealing with the suspects onboard a black Mitsubishi Lancer EX GT-A, without plate while police operatives were onboard a white Foton Blizzard with conduction sticker GA 2790. However, the suspect noticed that they were dealing with police operatives and immediately drew his firearm and shot the vehicle of the police operatives twice which compelled them to retaliate which resulted to the death of the suspects.

Bulacan Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) Team processed the crime scene and recovered were the following; a.) one (1) AMRSCOR caliber .40 hi-capacity with serial no. 1233157 loaded with fourteen (14) live ammunition, b.) four (4) plastic sachets of suspected shabu, c.)  one (1) Black Mitsubishi Lancer EX GT-A, with conduction sticker BO 0583 without plate number which is still under the custody of Pulilan MPS.

​​ Armed Suspect Killed in Armed Encounter with the Bulacan Police

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed suspect was killed in an encounter with the patrolling team of Doña Redemedios Trinidad (DRT) Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy Bayabas, DRT, Bulacan on November 23, 2016 at around 10:30 P.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the slain suspect as @Tyson, other data unknown.

PSINSP JOY PLACIDO, Officer-in-charge of DRT MPS said that an armed encounter ensued while elements of DRT MPS were patrolling in Brgy Bayabas, upon approaching and asked the identity of a suspicious looking man carrying a half-full sack of rice, the said suspect opened fire towards the police officers prompting the law enforcers to fireback and a brief exchange of fire ensued that resulted to the death of @Tyson.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) Team from Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one.38 Caliber Revolver without serial number; one (1) spent shell of Caliber 38; four (4) live ammo of Caliber 38; two (2) sachets of suspected Shabu; three (3) fighting cocks placed inside a yellow sack of rice and other drug paraphernalia.

Further investigation revealed that @Tyson was involved for the crime of Theft and selling of fighting cocks in the municipalities of Norzagaray, Angat and San Jose Del Monte City. Elements of DRT MPS inquired to the residence and game farm owners of DRT, Bulacan as to identify the lawful owner of the recovered three (3) fighting cocks.

The cadaver of the suspect was brought to Santos Funeral Homes in FVR, Norzagaray for autopsy.(PIO, Bulacan PPO)

2 Armed Drugs Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed drugs suspects were killed in different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police early morning today.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the two (2)  slain suspects as Alvin De Bora y Alejo @ Bino, a resident of Brgy. Anilao Malolos City Bulacan and Wilson Acejo y Baloro @Wilson, other data unknown. Both suspects are listed in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council.

PSUPT HERYL BRUNO, Officer-In-Charge of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) said that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force of Malolos CPS in coordination with the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Brgy. Anilao City of Malolos, Bulacan on November 23, 2016 at around 3:15 AM.

Investigation revealed that after the transaction when the police officer was about to arrest @ Bino the suspect fled while firing towards the operating team using his cal 22 revolver that prompted the operatives to chase and fireback causing the suspect’s death while his cohort managed to escape heading towards Paombong, Bulacan.

Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: cal 22 revolver with 5 live ammunition and 1 empty shell; three (3) empty shell of cal 9 mm pistol and one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu.

Meanwhile in Santa Maria, PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group of Santa Maria MPS against Wilson Acejo y Baloro @Wilson in Brgy Catmon, Santa Maria Bulacan on November 23, 2016 at about 3:50 A.M.

Investigation revealed that after the consummated transaction @Wilson violently resisted arrest drew and fired his firearm towards the operating police officers that prompted the operatives to return fire which resulted to the death of the suspect.

SOCO of Bulacan Crime Laboratory was requested to process the crime scene.

2 Children Killed, 6 Injured in Fireworks Factory Blast in Santa Maria

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) were killed, while six (6) were injured in an explosion at  AA Firecracker Manufacturing owned by Wilfredo Alonzo in Sitio Banca-banca, Brgy Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria Bulacan on November 23, 2016 at 9:15 A.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office said that two (2) children were killed, one (1) is seriously injured, while five (5) others sustained minor injuries.

Based on the report  the two (2) victims who were killed are aged 2 and 5 years old while Mary Grace Mayo, 28 years old was seriously injured, meanwhile Ryan Magnai, 31 years old, Raymund Montante, Jay Ar Mejares, Nelson Duque and Johnny Hompak, 29 years old sustained minor injury.

Initial investigation disclosed that an explosion occurred while employees of the said firecrackers manufacturer while allegedly making sky rockets.

Continuous follow up investigation is on going as to the cause of the explosion. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Armed Drug Suspect Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug suspect was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Bocaue Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan on November 21, 2016 at about 1:50 P.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the killed suspect as Roy Sanecon @ Roy, other data unknown, included in BADAC list and resident of Brgy. Binang 1st, Bocaue, Bulacan.
Based on the report of PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Chief of Police of Bocaue MPS, he said that during the buy-bust operation the suspect sensed that he was transacting with a police officer that prompted the suspect to draw a gun and fired towards the policeman that resulted to a brief firefight and to the suspect’s death.
The Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) team arrived and processed the crime. Recovered from the scene were a.) four (4) pieces small sachets of suspected shabu including the buy bust item with estimated weight of 4 grams worth Php.20, 000, b.)  one (1) cal .45 pistol without serial no. and markings, c.)  one (1) magazine d.) nine (9) live ammos of .45 in his pouch, e.)  three (3) fired shell of cal.45, f.) five (5) fired shell of 9mm, g.) four (4) assorted deformed slug and h.) Man Arrested for Raping 5 Year-Old Girl

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 20 year-old man was arrested for kidnapping and raping a 5 year-old girl inside an abandoned nipa hut in the middle of a rice field in Brgy. Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan between 5:00 PM of November 18, 2016 to 2:00 PM of November 19, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Marlon Guiang, 20 years old, single, resident of Brgy Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan.
Based on the report of PSUPT JOEL ESTARIS, Chief of Police of San Miguel MPS, he said that the victim was first reported to be missing by her grandfather Renato Lopez Y Martin since November 18, 2016 at 5:00 PM and was located only on November 19, 2016 at around 2:00 PM inside an abandoned nipa hut in the middle of a rice field in Brgy. Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan. The victim revealed to her father Rowell Lopez Y Pacaigui that the suspect brought her to an abandoned nipa hut and held her for almost twenty one (21) hours and forced his private organ into her anus while in captivity. When the suspect was arrested by San Miguel Police he voluntarily confessed that he committed the crime and is now detained at San Miguel Police custodial facility. Appropriate criminal complaint will be filed against the suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Bulacan while the minor victim was brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory for appropriate medico-legal examination. Hagonoy’s Notorious Drug Pusher and 2 Others Killed during Joint Police Operation

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Hagonoy’s notorious drug pusher and two (2) other suspects were killed in a joint buy-bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police in Brgy. Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan on November 18, 2016  at around 2:30 AM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the three (3) slain suspects as 1) Nicanor Francisco @Mariong Hapon/Mariong Intsik;  2) Von Brian Brabante Y Lignes @Von, 32 years old, resident of MRB Bldg. 06 U401 C5 Rd, Taguig, NCR Fourth District; 3) @Datu Puti, other data unknown and 4) a certain @ Benjie who eluded arrest.

PSUPT HERYL BRUNO, Officer-in-Charge of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) said that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the joint elements of Malolos CPS, Hagonoy MPS and Calumpit MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Brgy. Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan on November 18, 2016 at around 2:30 AM.

Investigation revealed that after the consummated drug transaction, when the operating team was about to arrest @Mariong Hapon, he drew and fired his firearms towards the police officer prompting the police operative to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued between the police and the suspect that resulted to the death of suspect @Mariong Hapon while @Benjie and their two (2) other companions @Von and @Datu Puti managed to escape onboard their driven motorcycle.

Further, suspects @Von and @Datu Puti who escaped while onboard a black and red combination Yamaha Sniper 150 without plate number were killed by the blocking police force in Calumpit-Malolos boundary at Sitio Tabing Ilog, Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan.

The Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: fourteen (14) plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu” amounting to more or less Php 45,000.00, one (1) Yamaha Sniper color black & red without plate number, one (1) caliber 22 revolver Smith & Wesson (S&W) loaded with three (3) fired cartridge and four (4) live ammos, one (1) caliber 38 revolver without trademark and serial number loaded with three (3) fired cartridges, one (1) caliber 38 revolver (S&W) without serial number loaded with three (3) fired cartridges and other drug paraphernalia’s.

Bulacan PPO continues to intensify its anti criminality campaign with strong emphasis on curbing illegal drugs in the Province of Bulacan.

2 Armed Drugs Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed drugs suspects were killed while one (1) was arrested in different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police last night and early morning today.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the two (2)  slain suspects as @ Boyet Maskara, a resident of Brgy Concepcion, Baliwag, Bulacan and Castro Caliwan Jr @ Boy of legal age, a resident of Sandico St., Sitio Tabing Ilog, Brgy. Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

PSUPT FROILAN UY, Chief of Police of Baliwag Municipal Police Station (MPS) said that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the joint elements of Bulacan Provincial Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group together with Baliwag MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Daang Hari, Brgy Sto. Cristo, Baliwag, Bulacan on November 18, 2016 at about 12:25 AM that resulted to the death of @Boyet Maskara.

Investigation revealed that the suspects sensed the ongoing police operation that prompted one of the suspects to draw and shot his firearm towards the operating elements that resulted to a brief fire fight which resulted to the death of @Boyet Maskara while his unidentified companion managed to escape onboard a black motorcycle.

Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: three (3) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; one (1) Armscor Cal. 38 revolver with three (3) fired cartridge cases and two (2) live ammunition; five (5) fired cartridge cases for Cal. 9mm and one (1) piece Php 1,000.00 (buy bust money).

Meanwhile in Santa Maria PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group of Santa Maria MPS against Castro Caliwan @Boy in Tabing Ilog, Brgy. Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan on November 17, 2016 at 10:20 PM.

Investigation revealed that after the consummated transaction @Boy resisted arrest and immediately drew his firearm and fired towards the operating police officers that prompted them to return fire which resulted to the death of @Boy while his unidentified companion managed to escape.

SOCO of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) caliber .38 revolver (defaced), loaded with (2) fired cartridge cases for caliber .38 and three (3) live ammunition for caliber .38; five (5) caliber 9mm fired cartridge cases; seven (7) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” including the buy bust item; Php. 500.00 buy bust money and one (1) Kawasaki Eliminator Motorcycle with plate number YH 7477.

7 Killed, 43 other Suspects Arrested in Bulacan Police One Time Big Time Operation

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Seven (7) were killed while forty-three (43)  suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs, firearms and ammunitions were recovered in the simultaneous One Time Big Time (OTBT) operation by Bulacan Police on November 14, 2016.  

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR. Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that the simultaneous thirty eight (38) OTBT operations were conducted by ­­­­22 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan including the Bulacan Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs, loose firearms and implementation of search warrant in the Province.

A total of one hundred forty-two (142) pieces of heat sealed transparent sachets of shabu, sixteen (16) firearms, eight hundred seventy-one  (871) pieces of ammunition and other drug paraphernalia’s were recovered during the implementation of seven (7) search warrant and twenty-eight (28) buy-bust and three (3) other police operations.

Indeed, the Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing its intensified campaign against illegal drugs otherwise known as “Project Double Barrel” and all other forms of criminality as directed by the Chief PNP and the Regional Director of PNP Region 3 PCUSPT AARON N AQUINO, with significant results this time in the killing of seven (7) suspects, arrest of forty-three (43) other suspects, seizure of numerous illegal drugs, firearms and ammunitions during the One Time Big Time Operation (OTBT)  of Bulacan Police. 4 Armed Drugs Suspects Killed, 1 Arrested in Bulacan Police Operations over the Weekend

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) armed drugs suspects were killed while one (1) was arrested in a different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police over the weekend.

Based on the report, two (2) were killed in Norzagaray, one (1) in San Rafael and one (1) in the City of Malolos, Bulacan while one (1) was arrested in City of Malolos.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the three (3) of the four (4)  slain suspects as 1) Rod Mendoza A.K.A Diko, 55 years old, married, a resident of Sitio Pogpog Brgy. Poblacion Norzagaray, Bulacan; 2) Paul Bergonio @ Jepet, about 35 years old, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion Norzagaray, Bulacan; 3) Reynaldo Balingit (MNU), 58 years old, married, electrician, resident of Looban St., Brgy., Catmon, Malolos City, Bulacan; while the other slain suspect remains unidentified. The arrested suspect was identified as Domingo Lovely Calong (live-in partner of the killed suspect Reynaldo Balingit), 33 years old, married, massage attendant, also resident of Looban St., Brgy., Catmon, Malolos City, Bulacan.

PSUPT RIZALINO ANDAYA, Chief of Police of Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) said that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Norzagaray MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Brgy. Poblacion Norzagaray, Bulacan on November 14, 2016 at around 1:40 A.M, that resulted to the death of death of Rod Mendoza A.K.A Diko and Paul Bergonio @ Jepet.

Investigation revealed that the suspects sensed the ongoing police operation that prompted one of the suspects to draw and shot his firearm towards the operating elements several times that resulted to a brief fire fight which resulted to the death of the two (2) suspects.

The Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: two (2) improvised shotgun each loaded with fired cartridge cases, five (5) Cal. 9mm fired cartridge cases; two (2) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” and two (2) pieces of one hundred peso bills as buy-bust money.
On the other hand, in San Rafael, PSUPT ANGEL GARCILLANO reported that an armed encounter ensued while elements of 1st Maneuver Platoon of Bulacan Provincial Public Safety Company were conducting an anti-criminality checkpoint in Brgy. Caingin, San Rafael Bulacan on November 14, 2016 at around 12:20 AM, when one unidentified suspect of illegal drugs evaded the checkpoint while onboard a black Suzuki motorcycle with plate number 7034 CI that resulted to the death of the suspect.
Investigation revealed that during the checkpoint the unidentified suspect who is being monitored by the Intel operatives of 1st MP of PPSC sped up when about to be flagged down by the check point team which led to a hot pursuit wherein the suspects opted to engage them by firing successive shots that prompted the elements of 1st Maneuver Platoon to retaliate killing one (1) of the suspects while the other one (1) escaped.
SOCO of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the Cal. 38 revolver being used by the suspect. Further investigation/operation is ongoing to identify the suspect who evaded arrest.
Further, in Malolos City PSUPT HERYL BRUNO said that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Malolos CPS in Looban St., Brgy., Catmon, Malolos City, Bulacan on November 12, 2016 at about 1:50 A.M. that resulted to the death of Reynaldo Balingit and arrest of his live-in partner (Lovely Calong Y Domingo) when the suspect drew and fired his firearm towards the law enforcer which prompted the police officer to retaliate upon effecting the arrest in a consummated buy-bust operation.
SOCO processed the crime scene and recovered the following: one (1) Smith & Wesson caliber 38 revolver without serial number loaded of three (3) pieces fired cartridge cases; one (1) black coin purse containing three (3) pieces plastic sachet containing suspected shabu one (1) piece empty plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue; P 357.25 money in different denominations and drug paraphernalia.
The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination, while appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared against the arrested suspect before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Armed Drug Suspect Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Armed drug suspect was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of San Jose del Monte (SJDM) City Police Station (CPS) on November 10, 2016 about 3:30 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect as Crisostomo Diaz y Lingquico, 48 years old, single, farmer, resident of Rey Abella Road, Brgy. Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT WILSON MAGPALI, Chief of Police of SJDM City Police Station, an armed encounter ensued between the elements of Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of CSJDM PS and Crisostomo Diaz, when the suspect drew and fired his firearm towards the law enforcer which prompted the police officer to retaliate that resulted to the suspect’s death upon effecting the arrest in a consummated buy-bust operation on November 10, 2016 at around 3:30P.M.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) colt cal. 45 pistol having serial number 715192 with magazine loaded with five (5) live ammunitions; one (1) cal. 45 fired cartridge case; two (2) 9mm fired case; a sling bag containing eight (8) pieces of cal. 45 live ammunitions; five (5) small heat sealed transparent plastic containing suspected shabu; five hundred peso bill (Php 500.00) as buy bust money; and other drugs paraphernalia.

3 Drug Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) drug suspects were killed in three (3) different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police in Bocaue and Santa Maria on November 9, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect in Bocaue as Remedios Garcia y Palisok, 42 years old, resident of No. 354, Hulo St, Brgy Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan while the two suspects who were killed in two different buy-bust operation in Santa Maria were identified as Alberto Sabasa Alias Don Abet (other data unknown) and John Paul Andres y Flores @ Papoy, (other data unknown).

Based on the report of PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA Chief of Police of Bocaue Municipal Police Station on November 9, 2016 at around 5:30 AM elements of Bocaue MPS conducted buy-bust operation against Remedios Garcia. During the operation the said suspect sensed that the person whom she was transacting with is a police officer. Immediately the suspect drew a handgun and fired upon the operative. Thereafter a firefight ensued until the suspect was neutralized by elements of Bocaue MPS.

Moreover, based from the report of PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES Acting Chief of Police of Santa Maria MPS, two separate buy-bust operations were conducted in Barangay Lalakhan and Barangay Poblacion. After the transaction in Barangay Lalakhan, suspect Alberto Sabasa Alias Don Abet resisted arrest, drew his firearm and fired at the poseur buyer but missed. The poseur buyer retaliated that resulted to the death of the suspect. SOCO team arrived and recovered the following pieces of evidence: five (5) heat sealed  plastic sachet of suspected shabu with a street value of Php. 9,000.00, one (1) medium transparent plastic sachet with residue, one (1) aluminum foil strip with residue, one (1) improvised aluminum foil tooter, two (2) aluminum foil strip, one (1) improvised handgun loaded with one (1) caliber .22 fired cartridge case, two (2) caliber .22 cartridges, two (2) caliber 9mm fired cartridge cases, three (3) fifty peso bill drug money, one (1) roll aluminum foil marked AS11 and the buy bust money of Php. 500.00.

Meanwhile, in Barangay Poblacion, SAIDSOTG operatives conducted buy-bust operation against John Paul Andres y Flores @ Papoy but the suspect resisted arrest that resulted to an armed encounter and to the death of the suspect.  SOCO team arrived and  processed the scene and recovered the following: one (1) improvised pen gun loaded with (1) one caliber .22 fired cartridge case; one (1) caliber .22 fired cartridge case; three (3) caliber 9mm fired cartridge cases; six (6) plastic sachet of suspected shabu and Php. 500.00 buy bust money. Armed Drug Pusher Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug pusher was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Hagonoy Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Halang, Brgy San Pedro, Hagonoy on November 8, 2016 at about 12:10 A.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the killed suspect as @Victor, legal age and native of Bocaue, Bulacan.
Based on the report of PCINSP RESTITUTO E GRANIL, Officer-In-Charge of Hagonoy MPS, he said that an armed encountered ensued between the Hagonoy operatives and @Victor who was onboard a magenta Yamaha Mio motorcycle without license and plate number during a buy-bust operation when the suspect sensed the ongoing police operation, he immediately drew his firearm and fired successive shots towards the approaching law enforcers which prompted the police to fire back that resulted to the suspect’s death.

SOCO team from the Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory processed the scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) Armscor Cal. 38 revolver with serial number 47973 loaded with two (2) live ammunitions and two (2) spent shells for Cal. 38 revolver; two (2) fired cartridge case for caliber 9mm; one (1)  floral coin purse containing six (6) pieces of small heated sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; two (2) improvised ice pick and several drug paraphernalia.

The recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory while the cadaver of the suspect was brought to Robbia Funeral Homes at Brgy. Sta. Elena, Hagonoy, Bulacan.

Bulgarian National Arrested for ATM Fraud by Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A Bulgarian national was arrested by Bulacan Police in Brgy Sta Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan on November 6, 2016 at around 3:48 A.M.

In a report submitted to PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP the suspect was identified as Orlin Grozdanov Stoev, 41 years old, single, Bulgarian National, currently staying in a hotel somewhere in Manila where the suspect refused to disclosed.
According to the report of PSUPT JULIUS CAESAR DOMINGO, Chief of Police (COP) of Guiguinto Municipal Police Station (MPS), he said that while their roving Patrol Team passes along Brgy Sta Cruz, Security Guard John Andrew Buan of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) called their attention and reported Orlin Grozdanov Stoev dubious activity while withdrawing at the BPI Automated Teller Machine (ATM) that prompted the police officers to arrest the Bulgarian national.
Investigation disclosed that at about 2:45 AM of November 6, 2016, BPI duty security guard John Andrew Buan was withdrawing at the ATM machine when he came across the suspect who was also withdrawing on the other ATM machine. When the suspect finished his transaction, security guard Buan became suspicious of the suspects actuation, he followed the suspect but lost sight. After a while, Orlin Grozdanov Stoev returned again to the BPI ATM machine for another transaction, unknowingly monitored, the bank security guard received a call coming from the head office informing that the suspect is covering the CCTV camera of the ATM machine and was ordered to confront the suspect and hold him for such action, wherein during that time security guard Buan saw the mobile patrol of Guiguinto MPS and immediately sought police assistance. Thereafter, the suspect was brought to Guiguinto MPS for further investigation.
Recovered from the suspect’s possession were: twenty (20) pieces of assorted foreign ATM cards with three (3) transaction receipts amounting to Php 40,000.00. Further investigation disclosed that Orlin Grozdanov Stoev has a Filipino accomplice while committing the crime whose name is still unidentified.
Furthermore, the suspect is now in the Philippines for almost 22 days with a tourist visa. At around 6:45 AM of the same date, representatives from BPI head office arrived at Guiguinto MPS to file appropriate criminal charges against the suspect for Violation of RA 8484 (An Act Regulating the Issuance and Use Of Access Devices, Prohibiting Fraudulent Acts Committed Relative Thereto, Providing Penalties and for Other Purposes). 5 Armed Drug Pushers Neutralized by Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Five (5) armed drug pushers were neutralized by Bulacan Police during serving of Search Warrant in Blk 22 Lot 64 Phase 2 Brgy. FVR, Norzagaray, Bulacan on November 6, 2016 at 11:55 P.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) neutralized suspects as 1) Richard Calonzo @ White; 2) Angel Ivano @ Angel; 3) Levi Mateo @ Levi, 4) Chito Talento @ Totoy/ @ Palo; and 5) one @Neneng Boxer, four were listed in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) watch list of Brgy. FVR, Norzagaray.
Based on the report of PSUPT RIZALINO ANDAYA, Chief of Police of Norzagaray MPS, he said that an armed encountered ensued while serving a Search Warrant against Wenceslao Cular Y Arpon @Abba, Manolo Magracia Y Mangaya, Julius Bernardino Y Alejandro @Akong and @Palo for Violation of Sec. 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 Art. II of RA 9165 issued by Hon. Judge Crisostomo J Danguilan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 21 of Malolos City, Bulacan dated October 28, 2016 in Blk 22 Lot 64 Phase 2 Brgy. FVR, Norzagaray, Bulacan also known for being a drug  and gambling den.

Investigation revealed that upon arrival of the elements of Norzagaray Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operative Task Force in the area, they chanced upon @Angel Ivano And @ Neneng Boxer came out of the house whom upon seeing the police officers shouted “Mga pulis! Mga pulis!” while running towards the duplexed house. At that point some officers pursued the duo while some went inside the target house and was surprised with several gunshots fired against them that prompted the operatives to return fire. Consequently, a gun battle ensued between the group which led to the instantaneous death of the suspects who were armed with shotguns, revolver and fragmentation grenade.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) team of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following: one (1) metallic fragmentation hand grenade; three (3) improvised 12 gauge shotguns; one (1) caliber 38 Smith &Wesson without serial number with three (3) pieces live ammunition and four (4) pieces fired cartridges; three (3) slugs; four (4) cal. 45; fired cartridge cases; several twelve gauge shotgun pellets (spent); two (2) lead cases; nine (9) 9mm fired cartridge cases; three (3) shot pellet; one (1) large, one (1) medium and two (2) small heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; forty two (42) cut-opened transparent plastic sachets with suspected “shabu” residue  and other drug paraphernalia.
Criminal charges for Violation of Section 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 Article II of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing against the other suspects who eluded arrest.
