Two Robbers Arrested by Bulacan Police

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two robbery suspects were arrested by the responding police officer of the Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) 4thManeuver Platoon along Felix Manalo Road, Brgy. San Martin 3, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on May 31, 2016 at 5:00 P.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the arrested suspects as 1) Joseph Mecenario y Calimutan, 32 years old, married, jobless, resident of Looban, Norzagaray, Bulacan and 2) Alba Rocero y Que, 35 years old, single, jobless, resident of  Block 12, Lot 41, Brgy. 28, C3 Caloocan City while  the victim was identified as Eric James Garnar y Socrates, 33 years old, single, tricycle driver, resident of Block 6, Lot 5, FVR Village, Norzagaray, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT RANIEL VALLONES, Officer-In-Charge of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station the victim was heading towards Sampol Market on board a tricycle when suddenly the two suspects flagged him down and asked to drive them to Brgy. Tigbe, Norzagaray, Bulacan. But before reaching the said place, one of the suspects pulled a gun and declared hold-up. The suspect took the victim’s wallet and also declared that they are going to take away the victims tricycle. The victim saw an opportunity to jump off his tricycle and asked for police assistance in the nearby 4th Maneuver Platoon of PPSC, wherein the police on duty immediately responded. The suspects tried to escape on board another tricycle, however the responding police officer managed to arrest them.

Recovered from the possession of the suspects were one (1) 9mm pistol with (1) one magazine and six (6) live ammunition. Appropriate criminal complaints against the two (2) suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the City Prosecutors, City of san Jose Del Monte Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

4 Killed, 4 others Arrested in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) suspects were arrested and four were killed in an armed encounter during the implementation of search warrant by the personnel of Norzagaray MPS Municipal Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force (MAIDSOFT) in Barangay Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan on May 26, 2016  at 10:15 in the evening.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMATJR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the four (4) killed suspects as 1) Michael Sumbillo y Cervitillo (target drug personality), 2) Reyan Quirante, other data unknown, 3) Alias Allan and 4) Alias Epoy while four (4) other arrested suspects were identified as 1) Arrian Caballes y Juaneza, 20 years old, single, jobless, native and resident of Rd. 2, CSJDM, Bulacan , 2) Mary Rose Nabo y Umbahin, 19 years old, single, jobless, native of Makati City and resident of Phase-4B, Towerville, CSJDM, Bulacan, 3) Rofel Sia y Asuncion, 20 years old, single, jobless, native of Tondo, Manila and resident of Blk-1, Phase-4B, Towerville, CSJDM, Bulacan  and 4) Josephine Venegas y Gallego, 41 years old, single, jobless, native of Pasig City and resident of Blk-20, Lot-100, Towerville, CSJDM, Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT RIZALINO A ANDAYA, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Norzagaray Municipal Police Station he said that during the implementation of search warrant in the house of Michael Sumbillo y Cervitillo which is allegedly used as a drug den. Suspect Michael Sumbillo together with the other suspects sensed the arriving presence of the raiding team, so they immediately fired towards the approaching police team prompting the police to return fire. Thereafter, an exchange of gunfire ensued between the operatives and the suspects resulting to the death of the four (4) suspects and arrest of four (4) others.
On May 27, 2016 around 12:22 AM SOCO team from Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office arrived to process the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence.
a.         One (1) cal.38 S&W revolver without serial number loaded with three (3) pieces of live ammos and three (3) pieces fired cartridge cases;
b.         One (1) improvised handgun loaded with one (1) cal.38 special ammunition;
c.         One (1) improvised shotgun loaded with one (1) piece of live12 GA shot shell;
d.         One (1) cal.38 revolver without serial number loaded with two (2) live ammos and two (2) fired cartridge cases for cal.38;
e.         One (1) improvised shotgun loaded with one (1) piece of live 12 GA shot shell;
f.          One (1) improvised handgun loaded with one (1) piece of live ammo for cal.9mm;
g.         One (1) improvised handgun;
h.         Four (4)  pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets each containing white crystalline substance;
i.          Two (2) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets each containing suspected marijuana;
j.          Five (5) pieces of cut-open transparent plastic sachets each with residue;
k.         One (1) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing two (2) pieces of red tablet;
l.          Eight (8) pieces of aluminum foil strips;
m.        Eleven (11) pieces of disposable lighters;
n.         Two  (2) pieces of digital weighing scale;
o.         One (1) pack of empty transparent plastic;
p.         Three (3) pieces of stainless scissors;
q.         seven (7) pieces of improvised tooters;
r.          Two (2) big rolls of aluminum foils;
s.         Four (4) pieces of cal.40 cartridges;
t.          Two (2) pieces of 9mm cartridges;
u.         One (1) black bag;
v.         Six (6) pieces of 5.56 fired cartridge cases;
w.        Five (5) pieces of 9mm fired cartridge cases;
x.         One (1) piece of deformed fired bullet;
y.         One (1) piece of smoke grenade #15CS/M25A-2;
z.         One (1) fan knife;
z.1       One (1) dagger;
z.2       One (1) unit of Sym Bonus 110 motorcycle color white/black bearing plate number BA87228, engine number VMVXJP2H012557, chassis number RLGSC11AHEH01220; and
z.3       One (1) unit of Lucky Star LS100 color black and white, without plate number, engine number SSLSCKLA4FAD02232, chassis number 150MG15002232

The confiscated suspected illegal drugs (shabu) is more or less 20 grams with an estimated street value Php 40,000.00 peso.

Criminal complaints for Violations of R.A. 9165 Art. II Section. 5, 6, 11, 12, and 13, Violation of R.A. 10591 and Attempted Homicide against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Suspect with Gun and Ammunition Seized in Bulacan Police Implementation of Search Warrant

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- One suspect was arrested while a gun and ammunitions were sized during the implementation of Search Warrant conducted by personnel of Meycauayan City Police Station inSto. Niño Subdivision, Barangay Perez, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on May 25, 2016 around 8:00 in the morning.

In a report submitted to PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office the arrested suspect is identified asElvir Omoy Y Laurino Alias Elver, 38 years old, married, mechanic, native of Tacloban, Leyte, resident of Job Street, Phase-3D, Sto. Niño Subdivision, Barangay Perez, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT LAILENE J AMPARO, Officer-In-Charge of Meycauyan City Police Station personnel of Meycauayan CPS implemented Search Warrant No. 369 (16) issued by Executive Judge CELSO O. BAGUIO of the Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, dated May 20, 2016 against  the suspect Elvir OmoyRecovered from the house and inside the room of the arrested suspect are the following items; a) one (1) unit of caliber .38 revolver loaded with five (5) live ammos of caliber 38 b) one (1) unit of gun replica c) fifteen (15) pieces of live ammos of Cal. 22; d) two (2) pieces of live ammos of Magnum 22; e) one (1) piece of live ammo of 9mm  ; f)fourteen (14) pieces  of medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu; g) two (2) pieces of improvised tooter; h) one (1) piece disposable lighter;  i) one pair of scissors; j) one (1) piece of digital weighing scale; k) one (1) piece bamboo sticks sealer.

The arrested the suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan for appropriate examination.  Robbery Suspect Killed in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police  

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An unidentified robbery suspect was killed in an armed encounter during a follow-up police operation conducted by Bulacan Police in Pabahay 2000, Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan on May 26, 2016 at 2:30 AM.
Based on the report of PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) CSJDM Police Station he said that a robbery incident was reported on May 25, 2016 at 11:45 PM in Pabahay 2000, Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan by the victim identified as Clarra Tamayaw Y Nadia, 32 years old, married, housekeeper, resident of Block 23, Lot 2, Section 15, Phase 2, Pabahay 2000, Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM. The suspects were (3) three (3) unidentified men who carted away the following items: a) Sony PSP player worth Php 15,000.00; b) Samsung cellphone worth Php 800.00; and c) Silver Bracelet worth Php 1,800.00 with a total worth of Php 17,600.00.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office said that an armed encounter ensued during a follow-up operation, when the tracker team of CSJDM City Police Station (CPS) Mobile Patrol Unit 103 was about to approach the three (3) unidentified male suspects, they fired towards the mobile patrol hitting its right front door using  an improvised firearm (sumpak). Chase ensued prompting the police officers to return fire that resulted to an exchange of gunfire causing the death of one (1) of the suspects while the two (2) other suspects managed to escaped. No casualty however was reported on the PNP side.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) one (1) improvised firearm (sumpak) with calibre .38 spent cartridge case; b) (1) one Hand grenade; c) 1 piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; d) black bonnet; and d) multi color pouch.
Further PSSUPT CARAMAT, JR said that continues follow-up operation and investigation is on-going to identify and arrest the two (2) other male suspects who escaped.
The cadaver of the slain suspect was brought to Faith Funeral Services for autopsy examination while the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for custody and appropriate examination. (PIO, BUL PPO)

Suspect for Grave Threat, Attempted Murder, Violation of RA 10591 and Omnibus Election Code (Gun Ban) Arrested as Gun Seized by Bulacan Police

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A suspect for Grave Threat, Attempted Murder, Violation of RA 10591 and Violation of Omnibus Election Code (gun ban) was arrested while a gun was seized during the follow-up operation conducted personnel of Baliwag Municipal Police Station at Aurea Village Brgy. Subic, Baliwag, Bulacan on May 23, 2016.

In a report submitted to PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office the arrested suspect is identified as Teodoro Robielos y Deleon, 59 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Subic, Baliwag, Bulacan while his victims were identified as Randy De Leon y Oliquiano, 48 years old, married and SPO2 Joel Cruz y Mangulabnan, 45 years old, married, policeman, both residents of Aurea Subd, Brgy Subic, Baliwag, Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT FROILAN UY, Officer-In-Charge of Baliwag Municipal Police Station at around 6:20 PM of May 23, 2016 victims appeared to Baliwag MPS and reported that the suspect threatened Randy De Leon to kill him with a firearm.   The victim reported the matter to SPO2 Cruz who assisted Randy to Baliwag MPS to report the incident. The suspect was arrested in a follow up operation and recovered from his possession a Walther caliber 32 handgun bearing serial number 410841, one (1) magazine, one spent cartridge case for the said firearm.   The responding policeman (SPO2 Cruz) was shot by the suspect and sustained gunshot wound on his left hand when he was shot by the suspect during the time of arrest. He was medically treated at Castro Maternity and General Hospital. At about 7:30 PM of the same date the arrested suspect was turned over to Baliwag MPS.

The confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for ballistic examination. Appropriate complaints against the suspect are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Motornapper Arrested as Gun and Stolen Motorcycle Seized in Bulacan Police Lambat Sibat Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A motornapper was arrested while an improvised shotgun and stolen motorcycle were seized in a follow-up operation conducted by personnel of Police Community Precinct (PCP) 5 of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station in Carissa 4-B, Brgy. Kaypian, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on May 17, 2016 around 7:00 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the arrested suspect as Anthony Dagoro Y Sobrepeña, 35 years old, with live-in partner, mechanic, resident of Carissa 4-B, Brgy. Kaypian, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station (CPS), during the follow-up operation, the suspect arrived driving the stolen motorcycle and parked at his warehouse/shop that immediately lead to his arrest.

Recovered further from the possession of the suspect in his makeshift warehouse were dismantled Kawasaki Barako motorcycle owned by Brgy. Minuyan proper (reported lost on April 17, 2016), motorcycle chassis, tires, parts, tools, accessories and improvised shotgun.  Criminal complaint for Violation of R.A 6539, Violation of R.A 10591 for Illegal possession of Firearm and Violation of Omnibus Election Code (Gun Ban) against the suspect are now being prepared for filing before the City prosecutors Office, City of san Jose del Monte, Bulacan. 2 Carnappers Arrested in a Joint Police Operation in Bulacan

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) carnappers were arrested as carnapped vehicle, two (2) firearms, ammunitions and bladed weapon were recovered in a joint police operation yesterday morning in Brgy Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified arrested suspects as 1) Jaime Dumias Y Dela Cruz, 28 years old, married, auto mechanic, a resident of Brgy Pulong Malaki, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija; and 2) Tomasito Lagipo Y Nicolasora, 25 years old, single, helper, residing in Brgy Sta. Lucia, San Miguel, Bulacan.

According to the report of PSUPT JOEL S ESTARIS, Officer-in-Charge of San Miguel Municipal Police Station (MPS), joint elements of San Miguel MPS and Gapan City Police Station (CPS) together with the Highway Patrol Team of Bulacan and Nueva Ecija, arrested the two (2) suspects in a hot pursuit operation after they took and carted away a white taxi Toyota Vios with plate no. ASA 6527, marked Kurt Jericson Transport, registered and operated by Rodolfo Dela Minez Y Vajio, 34 years old, married, taxi operator, resident of Tadeo St., RTC Compound, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City. Said taxi was driven by Ronel Rufo Y Ceno, 40 years old, married, driver, resident of No. 92 Heroes St., DM Compound, Caloocan City.

Investigation disclosed that subject vehicle was carnapped from Ronel Rufo (driver) on May 17, 2016, at around 10:00 AM, while in the vicinity of Brgy Sto. Cristo Norte, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. The driver immediately reported the incident to Gapan City Police Station who coordinated with San Miguel MPS and informed the Provincial Highway Patrol Team of Bulacan and Nueva Ecija Provincial Police Office about the incident that led to the joint police operation.

Recovered from the suspects’ possession were as follows:  1) white taxi Toyota Vios with plate no. ASA 6527 (carnapped vehicle); 2) two (2) caliber 38 revolvers; 3) ten (10) rounds of ammos for caliber .38 and 4) one (1) dagger knife.

The arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were turned-over to Gapan CPS for further investigation and filing of appropriate criminal cases. (PIO, Bul PPO)

4 Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police in Buy-bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs were seized in a buy bust operation conducted by the personnel of Hagonoy Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Sto. Rosario Hagonoy Bulacan on May 14, 2016 at around 11:30 P.M.
 
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspects as a) Alvin Nicodemus y Trillana, 41 years old, married resident of Brgy. Sto. Rosario Hagonoy, Bulacan; b) Ricardo Perez y Alvarez, 46 years old, married also resident of the same Brgy; c) Francisco Sevilla y Galvez, 33 years old, married resident of Brgy. San Pascual, Hagonoy; and d) Ma. Mirasol Dela Cruz y Enriquez, 25 years old, single of Brgy. San Agustin Hagonoy, Bulacan.
According to the report of PSUPT ANGEL BONDOC, Chief of Police (COP) of Hagonoy MPS, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3, elements of Hagonoy MPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Sto. Rosario Hagonoy Bulacan on May 14, 2016 thru a poseur buyer who bought illegal drugs from the suspect (Alvin Nicodemus) in exchange of two (2) pieces of  five hundred peso bill (PHP500.00) as buy-bust money not far from the house of the suspect.  Upon trading of the illegal drugs to the poseur buyer, the suspect sensed the impending police operation, thus, the suspect hurriedly run inside his house and the police operatives chased the suspect inside the second floor of his residence, wherein they caught three (3) other suspects in the act of packing “shabu” in a small transparent plastic sachets, that prompted to their immediate arrest.

Recovered were the following pieces of evidence: a.) ten (10) small heated transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu; b.) seven (7) open-cut transparent plastic sachet with traces of white crystalline susbstance suspected as shabu; c.) one (1) pc. pocket weighing scale; d.) one (1) pc digital weighing scale; e.) one (1) pc black can box with LCD; f.) one(1) pc. Glass tube tooter; g.) two (2) pcs. aluminum foil strips; h.) two (2) pcs. stainless surgical scissors; i.) three (3) pcs. assorted color disposable lighter; j.) one (1) pc. blue small notebook; k.) the two (2) pcs. 500 peso and; l.) one (1) small heated transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu.
 
The four (4) arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate laboratory examination. While appropriate criminal complaints against the suspect are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Prosecutors Office, City of malolos, Bulacan.

Man Arrested for Raping 11 Year-Old Girl

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 49 year-old man was arrested for raping an 11 year-old girl inside their house in Brgy Sta Clara, Sta Maria, Bulacan on May 9, 2016 around 1:00 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the arrested suspect as Sony Lorenzo y Nicolas @Sonny, 49 years old, widower, jobless, native of Valenzuela City and a resident of Brgy Sta Clara, Sta Maria, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT ANGEL L GARCILLANO, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS), while the victim was alone at home, the suspect went inside their house.  The victim tried to get out but the suspect prevented her and brought her in bed and undressed her, the victim resisted however the suspect told her to be quiet while he gagged his hands over the victim’s mouth and pointed a knife on her face.  Afterwards, the suspect raped the victim twice. Thereafter, the suspect again pointed a knife on her face and stomach and threatened the victim to kill her mother if she tells anyone about the incident and then the suspect immediately left.

Further investigation revealed that the victim’s mother found out about the incident only when someone told her to get her daughter at a friend’s house.  The victim went to her friend and drank beer crying and shouting that she was raped and that she no longer wants to come home as she’s afraid that the suspect will kill her mother. Upon learning about the incident, the victim’s mother immediately sought the assistance of Santa Maria MPS and with the help of the Barangay Tanods of Brgy Sta Clara the suspect was apprehended.

According to PSUPT JULIUS CAESAR DOMINGO, Chief of Police (COP) of Guiguinto Municipal Police Station, after receiving numerous complaint of alleged vote buying at RIS Compound in Guiguinto, they coordinated with the Election Officer of Guiguinto and arranged a plan to arrest the buyers and sellers of vote at the abovementioned place.

The suspects were arrested thru a confidential asset who entered the premises of RIS Compound and an unidentified male person handed him a small brown envelope containing PHP 2,000.00. Said unidentified person told everyone who were inside the compound who received the same amount of money to vote for Mayoralty Candidate Isagani Pascual.

The duty guard of the said compound sensed the impending police operation  immediately closed the gate while the arrested suspects (1) Trazzy Anne Ocampo, (2) John Gerome San Juan y Ortega, (3) Dante De Castro y Bragas, (4) Rosario Jose y Manapat and (5) Ofelia Principe y Sison) who at the same time went out of the compound together with the confidential asset were arrested after the police officers saw in their actual individual possession the envelope containing two (2) thousand pesos. A total of six (6) envelopes containing the amount of two (2) thousand pesos were confiscated.

The suspects and the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Guiguinto MPS while a case for Violation of Omnibus Election Code is being prepared for filing against the suspects.

Meanwhile, PSUPT AMADO MENDOZA, Officer-in-Charge, Marilao MPS, said that two (2) suspects were arrested in Sitio Tibagan, Brgy. Prenza 1, Marilao, Bulacan on May 7, 2016 at about 11:30 A.M. The members of Bulacan Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) were patrolling at Brgy Prenza, Marilao, Bulacan when a concerned citizen approached and informed them that there was an ongoing vote buying in Sitio Tibagan. Upon arrival at the area they saw the two (2) suspects (1) Jesus Dela Cruz Y Alarcon and (2) Emerlinda Ventura Y Mañebo in the act of buying votes within the premises of Ms. Rosenda San Diego’s residence. Recovered from their possession were Barangay Prenza 1 voters list, sample ballot of incumbent Mayor Juanito Santiago and his political party and cash money amounting of Php 20,000.00.
The arrested suspects are presently under the custody of Marilao MPS, while appropriate criminal complaint is being prepared for filing against them before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

No. 2 Most Wanted Person of Bustos Nabbed by Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The Number 2 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Bustos MPS was arrested by Bulacan Police in Brgy. Talampas, Bustos Bulacan on May 3, 2016 at about 2:00 PM

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the subject person as Carl Francis Cruz y Torres, 26 years old, single, jobless a resident of No. 461 Purok 6 Brgy., Talampas, Bustos, Bulacan  he was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) for the crime of Frustrated Homicide with Criminal Case No 4143-M-2014 issued on April 22, 2015 by Hon. Grave V Cruz Presiding Judge, of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 22, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Further, PCINSP MORALES, Chief of Police (COP) of Bustos Municipal Police Station identified the suspect’s victim as Joselito Reobaldo, resident of Brgy. Talampas, Bustos, Bulacan was having an ongoing fight with the suspect’s brother on October 2, 2014 at around 1:00 PM in Brgy. Talampas, Bustos, Bulacan, when Carl Francis arrived and hit Joselito Reobaldo’s head with a glass bottle then used the broken bottle to stab the victim on the left side of his chest that resulted to the victim’s death.

The accused is presently under the custody of Bustos Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

3 Suspects Arrested in Buy-Bust Operation by Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- 3 suspects were arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police in Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray, Bulacan on May 3, 2016 at around 3:30 A.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspects as 1) Jason Jalandoni Y Alvarez Alias “Jay”, 32 years old, married, tricycle driver, native, resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Baliuag, Bulacan; 2) Marites Jalandoni Y Pananghayan Alias “Tes”, 31 years old, married, jobless, native, resident of Little Baguio, Brgy. Poblacion, Baliuag, Bulacan; and 3) Crisanto Samson Jr Y Dela Cruz, 27 years old, single, tricycle driver, native of Sampaloc, Manila, resident of Milflora Hiway Subdivision, Baliuag, Bulacan.

According to the report of PSUPT RAFMIL CORPUZ, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) personnel of Norzagaray MPS conducted a buy-bust operation in coordination with the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3, upon confirmation of the report that a certain alias “TES” and alias “JAY” were selling illegal drugs (shabu) in Brgy. Bitungol, Norzagaray. A police officer who acted as poseur buyer approached the three (3) suspects on board a tricycle bearing plate number QL-4470. Jason Jalandoni (one of the suspects) alighted from the tricycle and received the marked money from a poseur buyer in exchange of illegal drugs “shabu”. Upon handing of the illegal drugs, the police officers immediately apprehended the three suspects.

Confiscated from the possession of the suspects were the following: 1) three (3) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu; 2) one (1) digital weighing scale; 3) forty (40) pieces of transparent plastic sachet; 4) one (1) stainless scissors; 5) one (1) pink pouch; 6) one (1) blue pouch; 7) one (1) black shoulder bag; and 8) one (1) unit of Milflora-Primavera Toda MP-66 tricycle powered by black Kawasaki Bajaj.

The three (3) arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examinations while appropriate criminal complaint against them are now being prepared for filing before the City Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

2 Suspects Nabbed by Bulacan Police for Violation of Omnibus Election Code

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- 2 suspects were arrested for Violation of Omnibus Election Code in Sitio Kalayakan, Brgy. Kalawakan, DRT, Bulacan on May 3, 2016 at 9:00 in the morning.
 
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) arrested suspects as 1) Ejiant Abendan y Bati, 38 y/o, married, Barangay Councilor of Brgy. Sapang Bulak, 2) Jayson Noguerreza y Rodriguez, 33 y/o, married both residents of Brgy. Sapang Bulak, DRT, Bulacan, while one (1) other suspect evaded arrest.

According to the report of PSINSP ISAGANI SANTOS, Chief of Police (COP) of Dona Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Municipal Police Station (MPS), upon receipt of an information that three (3) suspicious riders wearing bonnet onboard a two (2) different motorcycles, both without plate numbers, were seen roaming around Sitio Kalayakan, Kalawakan. Personnel of DRT MPS promptly responded and upon arrival at the area the team chanced upon the three (3) suspects along the side of the road in the said Barangay. Upon noticing the police officers, one of the suspects Ejiant Abendan, drew his calibre 45 pistol but was immediately grabbed by one of the responding policemen, his cohort Jayson Noguerreza y Rodriguez was also arrested for having in possession of hand grenade however one (1) other suspect who was holding a gun was able to escape and fled towards the forested area.
 
Confiscated from the arrested suspects were the following a) one (1) hand grenade b) one (1) cal. 45 pistol with c) magazine containing one (1) ammunition loaded from its chamber; and d) two (2) spare magazines loaded with twenty one (21) ammunitions.

The confiscated firearm and ammunitions will be turn over to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for examination while appropriate criminal complaints against the two (2)arrested suspects is now being filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Follow-up operation is ongoing for the immediate arrest of the one suspect who eluded arrest. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Bulacan’s No. 4 Drug Personality and No. 1 Most Wanted Person of Malolos Arrested by Bulacan Police

 CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Bulacan’s No. 4 Drug Personality and No. 1 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Malolos City was arrested in two separate police operations on Monday.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, identified Bulacan’s No. 4 Drug Personality as Anthony Olivar Y Hernandez @Michael, 28 years old, with live-in partner, helper, resident of Sitio Tumana, Brgy. San Jose, Baliuag, Bulacan who was arrested by virtue of  a warrant of arrest for the crime of Violation for R.A. 9165 (Illegal Drugs) with criminal case no. 4257-M-2015 issued by Hon. Judge Gorgonio B Elarmo Jr. of Regional Trial Court, Branch 77, City of Malolos, Bulacan dated November 27, 2015.

The arrested suspect is presently detained at Bulacan Provincial Public Safety Company custodial facility.

On the other hand, PSSUPT CARAMAT, JR, identified the arrested No. 1 MWP of Malolos as SAUDI BOY ECHANEZ y ABAD @Kulet, 31 years old, single, vendor, native of Pili, Camarines Sur, Bicol Province, resident of Purok 5 Brgy, Tikay, Malolos City, Bulacan with warrant of arrest for the crime of Parricide.

Based on the report of PSUPT ARWIN M TADEO, Chief of Police of Malolos City Police Station, with their continues follow-up operation in coordination with the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) and with the cooperation of the relatives and friends of the victim, suspect SAUDI BOY ECHANEZ was arrested in a joint operation conducted by Malolos CPS and the Regional Public Safety Battalion (RBSB) of NCRPO along EDSA North bound fronting SM North, Quezon City on May 2, 2016 at around 2:00 P.M.

Further, PSUPT TADEO identified the victim as LUNA ENCHAVEZ (suspect’s father) who was last seen on August 8, 2015 had a heated argument with his son (SAUDI BOY ECHANEZ) who was under the influence of illegal drugs. On August 12, 2015, Luna Echavez’s (victim) dead body was found buried at the back of their house.

SAUDI BOY ECHANEZ is presently detained at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology- Malolos City Jail.

Indeed, Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing “SOP on Managing Police Operations” otherwise known as Lambat Sibat, as directed by the SILG, Chief PNP and the Regional Director, of PNP Region 3 PCUSPT RUDY G LACADIN, with significant results this time in the arrest of Bulacan’s No. 4 Drug Personality and No. 1 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Malolos(PIO, Bulacan PPO)
