Unidentified Motornapper Killed as Gun and Stolen Motorcycle were Seized by Patrollers of Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An unidentified carnapper was killed as gun and stolen motorcycle were seized by the responding patrollers of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station (CPS) at Paradise Farm, Brgy. Tungkong Mangga, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on March 23, 2016 around 10:00 P.M.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the victim as Roy Dela Cruz y Marquez, 33 years old, with live-in partner, jobless, resident of Purok 4, Brgy. Paradise 3, City of San Jose Del Monte.

According to the report of PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, OIC, San Jose Del Monte City CPS he said that at around 9:45 PM of March 23, 2016 two (2) unidentified male persons forcibly took the Skygo 125 motorcycle of victim Roy Dela Cruz at gunpoint along Quirino Highway, CSJDM, Bulacan. After the incident the victim immediately sought the assistance of CSJDM Police Community Precinct 1 personnel who were then conducting mobile patrol along Quirino Highway. Thereafter, a brief chase ensued wherein the two (2) suspects when cornered instead of surrendering to the police, the driver suspect drew a gun and pointed towards the patrollers prompting them to fire at the suspects. Rescue personnel of CSJDM were then immediately requested to save the life of the driver suspect unfortunately the vital signs of the driver suspect was no longer responding, the other suspect however eluded arrest.

SOCO team arrived at the crime scene at around 12:10 AM and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) calibre .38 revolver with serial no. 29000 loaded with four (4) live ammunitions and the stolen motorcycle. The cadaver of the dead suspect was brought to Faith Funeral Homes at Brgy. Gaya-Gaya, CSJDM, Bulacan for autopsy. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Bulacan Police Arrests Suspect with Search Warrant for Violation of RA 10591(Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition) and Omnibus Election Code

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A male person was arrested by the personnel of Marilao PNP during the implementation of search warrant in Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan on March 22, 2016 at 7:00 in the morning.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as RUDY SABRINE y GRAMATICA @ EDEK, 26 years old, live-in, jobless, native of Manila and resident of Black 20 Lot 14, Northville 4B, Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.

PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA JR.Acting Chief of Police, Marilao Municipal Police Station (MPS), said that @ EDEK was arrested by virtue of a search warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Celso O. Baguio of Regional Trial Court, Branch 34, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija dated March 15, 2016 for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 and further amended by RA 10591(Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition). Consequently, confiscated from the possession of the suspect were the following pieces of evidence: 1) one (1) Smith & Wesson Cal. 38 revolver without serial no.; 2) five (5) pieces of live ammunitions for cal. 38 ; and 3) one (1) small bag color black with label the north face.
The arrested suspect is presently detained at PNP Marilao custodial facility for proper disposition, while the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for appropriate examination.
Criminal charges against the suspect for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 and further amended by RA 10591(Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition) and Omnibus Election Code has already been filed before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan on March 23, 2016. No. 1 Drug Personality of DRT Nabbed by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Dońa Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Number 1 drug personality was nabbed in an operation conducted by elements of Dońa Remedios Trinidad MPS in Brgy. Pulong Sampaloc, DRT, Bulacan on March 22, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as CRISTAN GELUA Y GERONA, 38 years old, married, self employed, resident of Sitio Suapog, Bgy. Camachile, DRT, Bulacan Ranch 2, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Based on the report of PCINSP ISAGANI E SANTOS III, Chief of Police, Dońa Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Municipal Police Station (MPS), he said that CRISTAN GELUA was arrested in a Comelec checkpoint conducted by the personnel DRT MPS. The suspect while on board his red Euro motorcycle without plate number was flagged down for initial violation of not wearing a helmet. Upon verification, the suspect hesitated to show his identification card, when he was about to open his wallet, a folded foil fell into the ground which he then picked up. The checkpoint team instructed the suspect to unfold the said foil which yielded four (4) pieces of heat sealed plastic sachet of white crystalline substance of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” that prompted the policemen to arrest the suspect.

Further, PSSUPT PACLEB said that CRISTAN GELUA is ranked as No.1 in the Drug Personality Watch List (Phase 2) of DRT.

The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for appropriate examination. Appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing against the suspect before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Frustrated Murder Suspect Arrested in Bulacan Police Hot Pursuit Operation

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A frustrated murder suspect was arrested in a hot pursuit operation conducted by personnel of Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) at  ML Santos Movers in Brgy. Sta. Cruz Santa Maria, Bulacan on March 21, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Rodel Sillano Y Mendoza, 40 years old, married, mechanic, native of Balagtas, Bulacan, resident of ML Santos Movers, in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Santa Maria, Bulacan while his victim was identified Joseph Cariño y Nicolas, male, 38 years old, married, tricycle driver, native and resident of No. 440,Sulucan St., Brgy. Bagbaguin, Santa Maria.

According to the report of Santa Maria PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT ANGEL L GARCILLANO on March 21, 2016 around 10:10 A.M. the victim was driving his Honda TMX with side car (tricycle) along the National Road in Brgy. Sta. Cruz going to Walter Mart while the suspect was traversing in the opposite direction on board a single Yamaha Mio motorcycle. The suspect suddenly swayed towards the victim’s lane which surprised the victim, prompting him to utter the words “Sabog ka ba?”. Upon reaching Brgy. Sta. Clara, Sta Maria Bulacan the suspect drew his Magnum Caliber 22 revolver and shot the victim on the feet. The suspect immediately fled towards the direction of Pandi, Bulacan after the incident.

Personnel of Santa Maria MPS immediately conducted hot pursuit operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect and recovery of one Magnum Caliber .22 revolver loaded with three (3) live ammunitions and one (1) fired cartridge case. The victim who sustained gunshot wound on his left feet was brought to Rogaciano M. Mercado Memorial Hospital in Poblacion, Santa Maria.

The confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination while appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

24 Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police in One Time Big Time Operation on Illegal Drugs

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Twenty-four (24) suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs were also seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on March 17, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge, Bulacan PNP said that the OTBT operations on illegal drugs were conducted by 9 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.

A total of sixty-four (64) plastic sachet of suspected shabu, two (2) dried marijuana leaves and other assorted drug paraphernalia were seized during the simultaneous anti-drugs operations.

According to the report of Balagtas PNP under OIC PSUPT ISAGANI V ENRIQUEZ, Cielo was arrested by the joint elements of Balagtas Municipal Police Station (MPS), Provincial Special Operation Group (PSOG) and Regional Intelligence Unit 3 (RIU) on March 16, 2016 around 2:30 PM by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest (WOA) issued by Hon. Judge Virgilita B. Castillo, of RTCBr.12, City of Malolos, Bulacan with criminal case number 873-M-2011 for the crime of Frustrated Murder. Subject person is presently under the custody of Balagtas PNP for documentation prior for proper turned-over to the court of origin.

Bulacan Police Lambat Sibat Operation Nabbed No. 5 and No. 8 Illegal Drugs Priority Target of Norzagaray and 2 Other Suspects

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The No.5 and No.8 Illegal Drugs Priority of Norzagaray and two other suspects were arrested by the personnel of Norzagaray Municipal Police Station after being caught in the act of using suspected illegal drugs at Akillah Salon in Brgy. Tigbe, Norzagaray, Bulacan on March 17, 2016 around 1:00 AM.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspects as 1) Edmond San Pedro y Ocampo Alias “Michael Baesa”, No. 8 Illegal Drugs Priority Target, 22 years old, single, hair dresser, resident of  Brgy. San Mateo, Norzagaray, Bulacan, 2) Raymond Russel Bilbao y Parocha, 18 years old, single, jobless, native of Quezon City, resident of Marlane, Brgy. Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan; 3) Ronaldo Fernandez y Vargas, 24 years old, single, hair dresser, resident of Marlane, Brgy. Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan and 4) a 17 year old male (name withheld) No.5 Illegal Drug Priority Target, single, jobless, native, resident of Marlane, Brgy. Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan.

According to the report of Norzagaray PNP under OIC PSUPT RAFMIL CORPUZ, a concerned citizen approached the police officers informing them of ongoing pot session of illegal drugs in Akillah Salon while the elements of Norzagaray MPS were conducting Olpan Sita Masalubong Madaanan in Brgy. Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the information, the police officers immediately proceeded in said area and caught the suspects in the act of sniffing smoke of suspected shabu that prompted the police officers to arrest the suspects.

Recovered pieces of evidence were as follows: a) two (2) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, b) one (1) piece of medium size heat sealed transparent sachet containing suspected dried marijuana leaves/fruits and c) assorted paraphernalia.

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.   Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspects is now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Suspect Arrested for Raping 8 Year-Old Girl

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 62 year-old man was arrested by the responding personnel of San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS) for raping an 8 year-old girl in Barangay Dagat-Dagatan, San Rafael, Bulacan on March 15, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Carlos del Rosario y Dungao, 62 years old, resident of Barangay Dagat-dagatan, San Rafael, Bulacan.

According to the report of San Rafael PNP under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT ORLANDO CASTIL JR. the victim was playing with her playmates when the suspect called the victim and instructed her to enter the suspect’s room. The suspect then started kissing the neck and lips of the victim. Afterwards, the suspect pulled down the short and underwear of the victim and kissed her private part. The incident was witnessed by the minor playmates of the victim who ran and revealed what happened to the victim’s grandmother, the grandmother of the 8 year old victim readily reported the incident to the personnel of San Rafael MPS who immediately responded and arrested the 62 year old suspect.

15 Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police in One Time Big Time Operation on Illegal Drugs as Firearm, Ammunitions and Bladed Weapon Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Fifteen (15) suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs, firearm, ammunitions and bladed weapon were also seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on March 10, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge, Bulacan PNP said that the OTBT operations on illegal drugs were conducted by 10 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.

A total of thirty three (33) pieces of plastic sachet of suspected SHABU; one (1) cal. 22 revolver, loaded with six (6) live ammunitions; and one (1) bladed weapon (Swiss knife); and other assorted drug paraphernalia.

Uncle Arrested for Raping 5 Year-Old Niece

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 25 year-old uncle was arrested for raping his 5 year-old niece inside their house in Brgy Muzon, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on March 8, 2016 around 10:00 P.M.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Arnold Yaguel y Degucena, 25 years old, factory worker, resident of Pleasant Hills, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

According to the report of San Jose Del Monte PNP under Officer-In-Charge PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES the suspect and the victim lives in the same house. While the victim was sleeping, the suspect turned off the light, crawled towards the victim, undressed, spread the victim’s legs and sexually assaulted the victim's private part with the suspects tongue and fingers. The suspect's live-in partner (victim's aunt) caught the suspect in the act of assaulting the victim and immediately informed her sister (victim's mother) about the incident. The victim and her parents sought the assistance of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

Maria, Bulacan on March 8, 2016 around 5:15 P.M.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the No. 6 Illegal Drug Priority Target as Romella Chavez y Borja, female, 37 years old, married, jobless, resident of Blk 31 Lot 169 El Pueblo Del Rio Subdivision, Barangay Mag-Asawang Sapa, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, the No. 7 Illegal Drug Priority Target as Ariel Sacdalan y Corico Alias Entong, male, 45 years old, married, jobless, resident of Km. 37 Barangay Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan and the three other suspects were identified as Jake Ericson Alberto y Del Rosario, male, 28 years old, single, jobless, resident of Alberto St. Km. 37 Barangay Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, Michelle Gonzales y Manlapas, female, 30 years old, single, jobless, resident of Pantalion St. Barangay Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan and  Rolly Santos y Constantino, gay, 27 years old, and resident of Norzagaray, Bulacan.

According to the report of Santa Maria PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT ANGEL L GARCILLANO a confidential agent personally appeared before Santa Maria MPS and reported that there was an on-going pot session of suspected illegal drugs at the house of Romella Chavez in Barangay Mag-Asawang Sapa, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Hence, a follow-up operation was conducted that resulted to the arrest of the suspects and the confiscation of the following pieces of evidence; a) one (1) piece of small plastic sachet containing suspected shabu b) one (1) piece small of open plastic sachet containing suspected shabu c) two (2) pieces of small open plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue d) two (2) pieces aluminum foil strip containing suspected shabu residue  e) three (3) pieces aluminum foil tooter containing suspected shabu residue f) one roll of aluminum foil g) one pair (1) Scissors k) three (3) pieces disposable lighter.

Farmer Jailed for Raping 14 Year-Old Step Daughter

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 39 year-old farmer was arrested for raping his 14 year-old step daughter inside their house in Patubig 2, Brgy. Santol, Balagtas Bulacan on March 8, 2016 at around 6:30 PM.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Mario Marinay, 39 years old, married, farmer, native of Polo, Gapan Nueva Ecija, resident of Patubig 2, Balagtas Bulacan.

According to the report of Balagtas PNP under Officer-In-Charge PSUPT ISAGANI V ENRIQUEZ the victim was inside their house when the suspect called her and forcibly removed her clothes and started kissing the victim on her private part and then sexually abused her.  After the incident, the suspect threatened the victim. However, the victim asked for help from her Auntie Annie Nazareno.

During the investigation, the victim disclosed that since she was 12 years old she was repeatedly raped by the suspect. Upon receipt of the report, personnel of Balagtas Municipal Police Station together with the Barangay Tanods of Brgy Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan immediately conducted a follow-up operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

Drug Pusher Killed in Armed Encounter in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operation as Gun, Ammunition and Illegal Drugs were Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A drug personality was killed in an armed encounter during a buy bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police as gun, ammunition and illegal drugs were seized in Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan on March 7, 2016 at around 9:10 P.M.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect as JAKE PANGYARIHAN Y LIGON @ BADJECK, 23 years old, married, jobless and a resident of aforementioned barangay.
Based on the report of PSUPT JOEL S ESTARIS, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) San Miguel Municipal Police Station said that personnel of San Miguel MPS in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 conducted an anti-illegal drug operation in Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan. The encounter ensued after JAKE PANGYARIHAN Y LIGON @ BADJECK tried to escape after selling one (1) sachet of white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” to a poseur buyer in exchanged of PHP 500.00 and fired towards the PNP operatives prompting the police to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued that resulted to the death of suspect JAKE PANGYARIHAN. No casualty however was reported on the PNP side.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: 1) two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet with suspected shabu; 2) one(1) improvised pistol/sumpak loaded with one(1) 12GA cartridge; 3) two (2) 12 GA cartridge; 4) three (3) caliber 9mm fired cartridge;  5) one (1) improvised aluminum foil toother; and 6) one (1) improvised aluminum foil strip with residue.
Further, PSSUPT PACLEB said that the killed suspect was tagged as No.4 in San Miguel Police Station’s Drug Watch list Personality.
The cadaver of the slain suspect was brought Cathedral Funeral Homes in Brgy Camias San Miguel, Bulacan for autopsy, while the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for custody and appropriate examination.

 Unidentified Akyat-Bahay Suspect Killed in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police as Gun, Ammunition, Illegal Drugs and Stolen Items were Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Unidentified Akyat-Bahay suspect was killed in an armed encounter as as gun, ammunition, illegal drugs and stolen items were seized during a follow up operation conducted by Bulacan Police in San Gabriel Bypass Road, Brgy. San Gabriel, Santa Maria, Bulacan on March 5, 2016 at around 3:00 AM.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the victim as Jerylyn Dilag y Reyes, 35 years old, married, resident of Sitio Gulod, Brgy. Bagbaguin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The victim reported the incident to Santa Maria PNP who promptly responded as patrollers Santa Maria police are within the vicinity were the incident happen. The suspect tried to escape upon seeing the police officers and fired towards the PNP operatives prompting the lawmen to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued that resulted to the death of the suspect.

According to the report of PSUPT ANGEL GARCILLANO, OIC, Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) he said that the victim was awaken at around 2:45 AM when she noticed that their cabinet and boxes containing undetermined amount of money and jewelleries were forcibly opened.The robber suspect gained entry thru the window, upon checking, the victim saw one male person wearing white t-shirt, shorts and ball cap going out of their compound heading towards Bagbaguin-San Gabriel By-pass Road.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: 1) one (1) caliber .38 revolver, Smith and Wesson with SN 307733 loaded with two (2) ammos and two (2) fired cartridge cases; 2) two (2) plastic sachets of suspected shabu; 3) five (5) pieces of stolen jewelries; 4) PHP 6,000.00 cash; and 5) bag containing personal belongings and identification cards of the victim.

The cadaver of the slain suspect was brought to Superior Funeral Homes for autopsy and proper identification while the recovered cal .38 revolver and two (2) sachets of suspected shabu were under the custody of Bulacan Police Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examinations. Other recovered items are presently under the custody of Santa Maria MPS.

Two Suspects Arrested for Homicide

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two suspects for Homicide were arrested in a follow-up operation conducted by personnel of Guiguinto Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan on March 6, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) arrested suspects as Felipe Dadol y Amistoso, 50 years old, married, laborer; and Jesus Miranda y Dadol, 25 years old, married, laborer, both residents of San Juan St. Brgy. Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan while the victim was identified as Jonathan Constantino y Orio, 22 years old, with live in partner, factory worker, resident of Marlboro St. Brgy. Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

According to the report of Guiguinto PNP under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT JULIUS CAESAR M DOMINGO on March 6, 2016 at around 5:30 AM the victim and the suspects were having a drinking spree when a heated argument ensued between Felipe and Jonathan, then a certain Ronie Payoran and Armando Danpol pacified the incident and asked the group to leave. However, upon leaving the said place just outside the backyard the victim suddenly punched one of the suspects on his nose and thereafter the suspect drew a knife (balisong) from his waist and stab the victim. The victim ran and the suspects chased him. Later, the victim collapsed due to the stab wounds that he sustained and was brought to Balagtas Doctors Hospital in Balagtas, Bulacan but was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Manuel Samonte y Samonte @ “Jake”, 37 years old, single, jobless, native, resident of No. 153 Doña Anglita Subd., Taliptip, Bulakan, Bulacan.

According to the report of Obando PNP under Chief of Police (COP), PCINSP ARNULFO S TANGOL the suspect was arrested after handing out a medium sized transparent plastic sachet of suspected  shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange of five hundred peso bill (Php 500.00). When frisked, the suspect yielded a) three (3) more sachets of suspected shabu found in a small brown leather pouch b)  homemade caliber .38 revolver (snub nose) without serial number with engrave Smith and Wesson logo loaded with four (4) live ammunitions for caliber .38 c) Yamaha MIO motorcycle color yellow with Plate No. 7465 KZ.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as ROLANDO PADURA JR. y BERMEJO @ JR. with following criminal cases: 1) No. 2015-SJ-0348 for Violation of Sec.12 as penalized by Sec.13 of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Law), 2) No. 2015-SJ-0347 for Violation of Sec.18 as penalized by Sec.56 (L) of RA 4136 (Use of Number Plate); 3) No. 2015-SJ-0346 for Violation of Sec.56(D), CHAP. V of RA 4136 (Driving w/o Registration), 4) No. 2015-SJ-0345 for Violation of Sec.19 as penalized by Sec.56(E) CHAP. Based on the report of PCINSP RONNIE FAILOGA, Chief of Bulacan HPT, Rolando Padura was arrested in a joint operation conducted by Bulacan Highway Patrol Team (lead unit) under the supervision of PCINSP RONNIE FAILOGA together with Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB), Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) 4th Manuever Platoon (MP), Meycauayan HPT and Anti-Carnapping group of San Jose del Monte City Police Station.

Further, PSSUPT PACLEB said that Rolando Padura is the leader of the notorious Padura Motornapping Group actively involved in the series of carnapping/motornapping incident in the province of Bulacan and further included in the list of Most Wanted Groups monitored by the law enforcement and other government operating units in Region 3 and National Capital Region (NCR).

The arrested suspect is now temporarily under the custody of Bulacan HPT for proper disposition.

Four (4) Most Wanted Persons Nabbed in Bulacan Police Lambat Sibat Operation  

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- In the intensified drive of Bulacan Police to locate Wanted Persons and Priority Targets, four (4) persons included in Lambat Sibat Priority Target List were arrested by Bulacan Police on March 2, 2016.

Based from the report submitted to PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP the four (4) arrested persons were the No. 1 Lambat Sibat Phase 2 Priority Target of the Province of Bulacan, No. 4 Most Wanted of Malolos City Police Station, No. 3 and No. 4 Lambat Sibat Priority Target of Pulilan.

Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) under PSUPT FRANKIE CANDELARIO identified the arrested No. 1 Priority Target of Bulacan as Jayson Cruz y Ramos, 33 years old, married, jobless, resident of Villa Prescila Subd Brgy. Cut Cot Pulilan Bulacan. Subject person was arrested by personnel of Bulacan PIB by virtue of a warrant of arrest in criminal case no. 1727-M-2014 for Violation of RA 6539 (Carnapping) issued by Hon. Judge Teodora R Gonzales of RTC, Br., 14, City of Malolos, Bulacan dated April 28, 2014 with a recommended bail bond of one hundred eighty thousand pesos (Php 180,000.00). Also, subject person is suspected to be involved in the series of Motornapping in Pulilan, Bulacan and other nearby Municipalities.

Meanwhile, Pulilan PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT LEON VICTOR ROSETE identified the No. 3  Lambat Sibat Priority Target of Pulilan as Amando Sinson y Alfonso,57 y/o, married, and the No. 4 Lambat Sibat Priority Target as Leonard Melo y Mangawan, 19 y/o, single, both residents of Brgy. Longos, Pulilan, Bulacan. The two subject persons were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest with criminal case No. 711-M-2015 for the crime of Frustrated Homicide signed by Presiding Judge Veronica Vicente-De Guzman, RTC Br. 9, City of Malolos, Bulacan on February 24, 2015 with a recommended bail of Php 24, 000.00 each.

San Miguel PNP under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT JOEL ESTARIS reports that the No. 4 Most Wanted of Malolos City Police Station identified as Wilfredo Miranda y Pascual, 41 years old, married, resident of Sitio Mahipon Baluarte Gapan City Nueva Ecija. Subject person was arrested by personnel of San Miguel Municipal Police Station by virtue of warrant of arrest with criminal case No. 3393-M-2014 for the crime of Murder issued by Presiding Judge Maria Marujap Narvaiza Mendoza, RTC Branch 82, Malolos City, Bulacan, on October 13, 2016. The bail for his provisional liberty was fixed at NON BAILABLE. Subject person is currently detained at San Miguel Police Station Detention Cell  and will be presented to the court of origin for proper disposition. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Construction Worker Jailed for Raping 14 Year Old Girl

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 30 year-old construction worker was arrested for raping a 14 year-old girl inside their house in  AFP/PNP Housing Project, Bocaue Hills, Brgy Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan on March 1, 2016 between 10:00-11:00 P.M.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Ju-Jay Tolentino Y Garot @ Jr, 30 years old, single, construction worker and resident of Brgy Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan.

According to the report of Bocaue PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT GANABAN ALI the suspect was able to climb and enter the open sliding window on the 2nd floor of the victim’s house. The suspect threatened the victim that he would kill the victim’s younger brother and sister if she will not accede to the suspect’s carnal desire. The suspect thereafter raped the 14 year old girl. The victim’s mother on the other hand, noticed some unusual throttling sounds and movements which prompted her to check on her children.  The victim’s mother caught the suspect and the victim lying naked,  immediately she asked the assistance of the security guards and police officers who are residing at the area that resulted to the arrest of the suspect. 

The victim was brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos Bulacan, for appropriate examination. Criminal complaint against the arrested suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

 Suspected Drug Pusher Killed, 5 others Arrested in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police as Gun, Ammunition and Illegal Drugs were Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A suspected drug pusher was killed in an armed encounter during a buy bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police while five (5) other suspects were arrested as gun, ammunition and illegal drugs were seized in Brgy. Sto. Cristo in Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan on March 2, 2016, at around 2:50 A.M.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect as Ferdinand Sanguyo Jr Y Tecson Alias Camote, 32 yrs old, married, jobless and a resident of Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan while the five (5) other arrested suspects were identified as 1) Gerald Peñaflor Y Flores, 29 yrs old, single, jobless, resident of Brgy Tunsuya, Malabon City; 2) John Oliver Gonzales Y Hernandez, 22 yrs old, single, jobless, resident of Brgy Partida, San Miguel, Bulacan; 3) Dennis Salvador Y Aquino, 27 yrs old, single, jobless, resident of Brgy Sta. Ines, San Miguel, Bulacan; 4) Ryan Sanguyo Y Tecson, 25 yrs old, single, jobless, resident of Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan; and 5) Roselyn Peñaflor Y Adap, 26 yrs old, with live-in partner and a resident of Tunsuya, Malabon City.
Based on the report of PSUPT JOEL S ESTARIS, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) San Miguel Municipal Police Station an armed encounter ensued between a suspected pusher and PNP members of San Miguel MPS on March 2, 2016 at around 2:50 am in Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan. The encounter ensued after Ferdinand Alias Camote tried to escape after selling one (1) sachet of shabu to a poseur buyer and fired towards the PNP operatives prompting the police to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued that resulted to the death of suspect Ferdinand Sanguyo Jr. No casualty however was reported on the PNP side.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence; (1) six (6) heat-sealed plastic sachet of suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, also known as shabu; (2) one (1) caliber .38 revolver with serial no. 102443 loaded with one (1) cartridge case; (3) five (5) live ammos in its cylinder; and (4) assorted shabu paraphernalia consisting of  eight (8) disposable lighters, one (1) improvised burner, one (1) roll of aluminum foil  and one (1) black bag containing disposable lighters.
The cadaver of the slain suspect was brought Cathedral Funeral Homes for Medico-Legal examination, while the five (5) other arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.
Appropriate criminal complaints against the five (5) arrested suspects are being prepared for filling at the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Indeed the Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing SOP on Managing Police Operations otherwise known as "Lambat-Sibat" as directed by the Secretary of DILG, Chief, PNP and PCSUPT RUDY G LACADIN, RD of PNP Region 3 with significant results in Bulacan, this time in armed encounter resulting to the death of a suspected drug pusher, arrest of five (5) others and seizure of gun, ammunition and illegal drugs.
