Notorious Drug Pusher Killed in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A notorious drug pusher was killed as 38 sachets of suspected “shabu”, a gun and ammunitions were recovered in an armed encounter with Meycauayan Police during a buy-bust operation conducted in Camia St., Bancal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on June 24, 2016 at around 2:40 AM.PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect as RODELIO DELA CRUZ @ KULOT, male, of legal age, resident of Camia St, Bancal, Meycauayan City.
Based on the report of PSUPT LAILENE AMPARO, Officer-In-Charge of Meycauayan City Police Station (CPS), after confirmation of complaints against @ KULOT’s rampant selling of illegal drugs, the City Anti-illegal Drugs and Intel Operatives of Meycauayan CPS in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Camia St, Bancal, Meycauayan. The encounter ensued when @ KULOT (suspect) sensed that his poseur buyer is a policeman, @ KULOT went inside his house and successively fired towards the poseur buyer prompting the police officer and his back up to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued, wherein @ KULOT sustained gunshot wounds on his chest and abdomen resulting to his immediate death. No casualty was however reported on the PNP side.
The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: 1) thirty-eight (38) pieces of heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance  of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu”; b) one (1) caliber 38 revolver without serial number loaded with three (3) fired cases; c) three (3) 9mm fired cartridge case; two (2) cartridges; d) one thousand peso bill (1,000 PHP) and four (4) one hundred peso bill (PHP400.00) buy-bust money; and several drugs paraphernalia’s.Further, PSSUPT CARAMAT JR, said that the slain suspect is listed as Number One (1) in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) watch list personality of Bancal, Meycauayan City and was also involved in robbery/snatching cases in adjacent city/municipality.The cadaver of the slain suspect was brought to Ever Funeral Homes in Brgy. 3 Suspects with Warrant of Arrest Voluntarily Surrenders to Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) suspects with outstanding Warrant of Arrest voluntarily surrendered yesterday afternoon to PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, Acting Provincial Director (APD) of Bulacan Police Provincial Office.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, APD of Bulacan PNP identified the surrendered suspects as a. Michael Dela Cruz y Faustino, 57 years old, married, b.  Maximo Dela Cruz y Faustino @ PULA DELA CRUZ, 44 years old, married, and c. Marcelo Dela Cruz y Faustino @ MAGNING, 54 years old, married, all residing at Barangay Buhol Na Mangga, San Ildefonso, Bulacan who have outstanding Warrant of Arrest for the crimes of Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention with Serious Physical Injuries with Criminal Case Nos. 1792-M-2016 and 1793-M-2016 issued by Hon. Judge Francisco P Felizmenio of RTC, Branch 19, City of Malolos, Bulacan dated June 1, 2016. 
According to the suspects, they voluntarily surrendered to PSSUPT Caramat in Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan, because they have been receiving information that they are police targets for their existing Warrants of Arrest.
Base on the report gathered by PIB, Bulacan, two (2) of the arrested suspects Michael Dela Cruz and Maximo Dela Cruz are active members of Civilian Active Auxiliary (CAA).
The surrendered suspects are presently detained at Bulacan PPSC custodial facility for proper disposition.

Notorious Drug Pusher Killed, 8 Arrested in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos --- A notorious drug pusher was killed while eight (8) other suspects were arrested in armed encounter during a buy bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police in Sitio Dike, Brgy Banga 1st Plaridel, Bulacan at about 8:30 PM of June 18, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, identified the slain suspect as JASON ADRIANO y MANGULABNAN @ BILOG of Sitio dike Brgy Banga 1st Plaridel, Bulacan, while his cohorts eluded arrest. While the eight (8) other suspected drug pushers and users who were also arrested while having an ongoing pot session were identified as: 1) Alfonzo Tanglao Y Beclon, 22 yrs old, single, resident Brgy Banga 1st Plaridel, Bulacan; 2) John Philip Dela Cruz Y Flores, 29 yrs old, single, driver of Hyundai Starex Van with plate no; XHU-775, resident of Taliptip Bulacan, Bulacan; 3) Jocelyn Espidido Y Garcia, 19 yrs old, single, resident of Banga 1st Plaridel Bulacan; 4) Desiree Santos Y Perez, 35 yrs old, single, a resident Banga 2nd Plaridel, Bulacan; 5) Reynaldo Garcia Y Pineda, 36 yrs old, married,  a resident of First Bridge Macabebe, Pampanga; 6) Niño Santos Y Clemente 33 yrs old, single,a resident of Banga 2nd Plaridel, Bulacan; 7) Rodolfo Fabian Y Estrella, 60 yrs old, married, a resident of Bagong Barrio, Pandi Bulacan; and 8) Arwin Dela Cruz Y Santos, 19 yrs old, single, a resident of Banga 2nd Plaridel Bulacan.

Based on the report from PSUPT ANDREW M AGUIRRE, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Plaridel Municipal Police Station (MPS), Intel operatives and Municipal Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (MAIDSOTF) personnel of Plaridel MPS conducted a buy bust operation upon confirmation of the receipt information that @ Bilog and his cohort while onboard a Starex Van with plate number XHU-775 parked at the entrance of Sitio Dike area, were seen distributing illegal drugs. However the suspects sensed the ongoing police operation and fired towards the approaching policeman who acted as a poseur buyer, then a brief fire fight ensued that resulted to the death of JASON ADRIANO y MANGULABNAN @ BILOG while his cohort eluded arrest. No casualty was reported on the PNP side.

The Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene. Recovered were the following items: a )one (1) Cal 38 revolver Smith Wesson with serial number 59877 loaded with b) (4) live ammunitions for Cal 38; c) one (1) fire Cartridges case; d) (3) pcs of heat sealed Plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” (from the pocket of killed suspect); e) one (1) heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” (from the floor of the driver’s seat); f) two (2) pieces heat sealed plastic sachet containing “shabu”.

Further, PSSUPT CARMAT JR said, that the three (3) of the arrested suspects have a pending cases for the crime of Illegal Drugs; Homicide; and Physical injuries and Grave threat at the Regional Trial Court (RTC), City of Malolos, Bulacan. 

The cadaver of JASON ADRIANO y @ BILOG was brought to Superior Funeral Service in Brgy Bintog, Plaridel for autopsy.

The arrested suspects together with the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime laboratory Office in Malolos City, for appropriate examination. Appropriate criminal complaints against the suspects are now being readied to be filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan.  (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

2 Armed Suspects Killed, One Arrested in Encounter with Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed men were killed while one was arrested in an encounter took place between criminal elements and Bulacan Police in Sitio Daang Bakal, Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan, at about 5:45 am of June 16, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspects as 1) JOSEPH SARMIENTO Y MANIQUIZ, 47 yrs old, single, and his brother, 2) FELICIANO SARMIENTO Y MANIQUIZ, 49 yrs old, single, while the arrested suspect was identified as ALEX CARPIO Y SANTIAGO, 45 yrs old, single, all residents of Sitio Daang Bakal, Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan, whereas the other suspect was able to elude arrest.
Based on the report of PSUPT JOEL ESTARIS, Officer-In-Charge of San Miguel Municipal Police Station (MPS), personnel of San Miguel MPS in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 conducted an anti-illegal drug operation in Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan. The encounter ensued after one of the suspects (alias EPAK) sold one (1) sachet of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride also known as Shabu to a poseur buyer in exchanged of PHP 500.00. However, after the consummation of the buy-bust operation, it was discovered that suspects JOSEPH SARMIENTO and BOY SARMIENTO, together with one ALEX CARPIO, were a having a pot session.
Sensing of the ongoing anti-illegal drugs operation the suspects JOSEPH and FELICIANO fired towards the PNP operatives prompting the police to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued that resulted to their death and resulted to the arrest of ALEX CARPIO Y SANTIAGO while @ EPAK escaped.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a)Two (2) cut-opened transparent plastic sachets; b) one (1) kitty pouch containing 1)  One (1) cut-opened transparent plastic sachet with residue; c) One (1) metallic fragment; d)  Three (3) caliber .22 fired cartridge cases; e) one (1) deformed fired bullet; f) One (1) lead case; g) One (1) fired bullet; h) one (1) caliber 5.56 fired cartridge bullet; i) One (1) caliber .38 revolver with no serial numbers and with five (5) live ammos; and j) One (1) caliber .38 revolver with no serial number loaded with two (2) ammos; k) one (1) fired cartridge case.
While confiscated pieces of evidence from the suspects were as follows: One (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu; b.  One (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu; one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu; one (1) heat-sealed plastic sachet 1; one (1) improvised pen gun loaded with one (1) fired cartridge of caliber .38; one (1) plastic container with aluminum foil strips; three (3) disposable lOne (1) piece of P1,000.00 peso bill.

The cadaver of the slain suspects were brought to Tuazon Funeral Homes in Brgy Poblacion, San Miguel, Bulacan, their immediate family refused to submit the cadavers to Medico-Legal examination. Appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the arrested suspect before the office of the Provincial Prosecutors City of Malolos, Bulacan. 13 Suspects Arrested for Illegal Drugs by Bulacan Police in Buy-bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Thirteen (13) suspects were arrested while nine (9) small sachets of suspected illegal drugs were seized in a separate buy-bust operations conducted by the joint personnel of Baliwag Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Bulacan Provincial Intelligence (PIB) unit in Brgy Poblacion and Brgy Sto Cristo, Baliwag Bulacan on June 15, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the thirteen (13) arrested suspects as 1) Alexander Mayo Y Tomas, 49 years old, single; 2) Jocelyn Ala Y Castillo, 39 years old, single; 3) Analiza Perez Y Morallos, 46 years old, single;  4) Jherome Dela Cruz Y Santos, 23 years old, single; 5) Arnold Sombilla Y Iquitan, 39 years old, single, all are residents of Poblacion, Baliwag; 6) Gary Roberto Y Valdesotto, 36 years old, married, resident of Salapungan, San Rafael; 7) Melody Broqueza Y Ramos, 29 years old, single, a resident of Pagala, Baliwag; 8) Catherine Perez Y Nicdao @ Kaye, 24 years old, Single, resident of Brgy San Jose, Baliuag; 9) Annalyn Nicanor Y Gayas, 30 y/o, single, of 1131 A. Mabini St. Poblacion, Baliuag; 10) Mark Edison Sarmiento Y Valderama, 28 y/o, single, resident of 220 Plaridel St. Brgy Subic, Baliuag; 11) Daniel Demapilis Y Mapue, 38 y/o, male, single, resident of Liko Brgy Poblacion, Baliuag, Bulacan; 12) Orlando Dealino Y Sarondo, 26 y/o, single, resident of 0517, J. Buison St. Brgy Sto Cristo, Baliuag; and 13) Rey Rance Y Dela Cruz, 19 y/o, single, resident of Brgy Sto Cristo, Baliuag, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT FROILAN R UY, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Baliwag MPS, they conducted a buy-bust operation in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 against the suspects Alexander Mayo a.k.a “DONG-DONG” and Jocelyn Alaat both included in Baliwag MPS Drugs Watch List. The suspects were arrested right after selling one (1) small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “Shabu” to a poseur buyer in exchange of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) as buy-bust money. While the five (5) other suspects were arrested while having a pot session.

Seized from the suspects were the following: 1)seven (7) small sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu”; 2) one (1) piece small sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet with residue of suspected “shabu”; 3) two (2) pieces aluminum foil strips with residue of suspected “shabu”; 4) one (1) 500 peso bill as buy-bust money; and other drug paraphernalia.

Meanwhile, Baliwag COP, said that six (6) other suspects were also arrested in Barangay Sto Cristo, Bulacan on June 15, 2016 at around 1:45 PM in another joint buy-bust operation conducted with the Bulacan PIB.

Recovered from the arrested suspects were the following : 1) two (2) transparent heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; 2) one (1) pc empty sachet containing suspected “shabu” residue; 3) one (1) 500 peso bill as buy-bust money and 4) other drug paraphernalia.

The thirteen (13) arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan for appropriate examination while appropriate criminal complaints against the suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Bulacan Police Commissioned Officers submitted to “On the Spot Drug Test”

“On the spot” drug testing was conducted to all the Police Commissioned Officers (PCO’s) right after the Weekly Reporting/Assessment at the Post Conference Room of Bulacan Provincial Headquarters on Monday afternoon.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, said that forty (40) PCO’s including him and the 24 Chief of Police from it 24 City/ Municipality Police Stations and other Chief of Office from its subordinate Units submitted themselves on the said Drug Testing.

The examination was facilitated by PSSUPT CARAMAT JR, and was conducted by the Bulacan Crime Laboratory Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO), wherein they collected urine samples from the Forty (40) PCO’s to be tested for their use of commonly abused controlled substances such as methamphetamines and marijuana.

According to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office result of the examination will be available after 48 hours. Personnel who will test positive on the substance will be given an appropriate action while the confirmation test is being conducted.

Further, PSSUPT CARAMAT JR, said that the examination was conducted as one its intensified campaign against illegal drugs and compliance with is drug-free workplace policy.

3 Suspects Arrested as Gun, Bladed Weapon, Illegal Drugs and Paraphernalia Seized in Bulacan Police Lambat-Sibat Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) suspects were arrested while suspected illegal drugs, gun, ammunitions and bladed weapon were seized during the implementation of two (2) Search Warrants in a separate operations conducted by the personnel of Hagonoy and Pandi Municipal Police Station (MPS) on June 14, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) arrested suspects as 1) Richard Cruz y Felipe @ Itcha, 38 years old, married, jobless and a resident of Purok 6, Brgy Mercado, Hagonoy, Bulacan, 2) Jomar Santos y Del Rosario, 26 years old, single and a resident of Brgy San Miguel Hagonoy Bulacan and 3) Nilo Waniwan y Recomes, 23 years old, single, resident of Phase 3, Lot 10, Block 2, Pandi Residence 1, Brgy. Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan.

Based from the report PSUPT ANGEL S BONDOC JR, Chief of Police of Hagonoy MPS, personnel of Hagonoy MPS served search warrants No. 405 (16) for Violation of RA 9165 issued by Hon. Executive Judge Celso Baguio, Regional Trial Court Gapan City. Said search warrant for Violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition) and RA 9165 of Sec 14 & 11 was served at Purok 6, Brgy. Mercado, Hagonoy, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of the two (2) suspects 1) Richard Cruz and 2) Jomar Santos.

Recovered from the two (2) suspects were the following; a) three (3) pcs. of small transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu; b) five (5) pcs of small transparent open cut plastic sachet of suspected shabu; c) one (1) unit of handgun caliber .38 without serial number; d) three (3)  live ammunitions for caliber. 38; d) six (6) live ammunitions for caliber 5.56; e) one (1) pc of Samurai single blade with holster; and other drug paraphernalia.

Meanwhile, PCINSP VICTOR G BERNABE, COP of Pandi MPS, reports that the personnel of Pandi MPS conducted a test-buy-bust operation June 5, 2016 at about 12:15PM after confirmation of the two (2) suspects identified as Nilo Waniwan and Kenneth Waniwan involvement in drug trade activities. On June 14, 2016 Search Warrant was implemented against the two (2) suspects, but one of the suspects (Kenneth Waniwan) eluded arrest.

Recovered were the following items: a) five (5) pcs. small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet  containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 2.1520 grams with approximate street value of Php 3,700.00l; b) one (1) pack small transparent plastic sachet; c) two (2)  pcs. cut-opened transparent plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue; and other drugs paraphernalia.

The three (3) arrested suspects and the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos for appropriate examination while appropriate criminal complaints against the suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan. 3 Killed, 48 Suspects Arrested as Firearms, Ammunitions, Illegal Drugs and Undocumented Motorcycles Seized in Bulacan Police One Time Big Time Operation

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) were killed and 48 (forty eight) suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs, firearms, ammunitions and undocumented motorcycles were seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on June 9, 2016 from 12:01 AM to 12:00 MN.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that twenty four (24) implementation of search warrant and one (1) buy-bust operation was conducted by different units of Bulacan Police in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.
A total of one hundred seventy (170) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu, six (6) firearmseighteen (18)ammunitions and  four (4) units of undocumented motorcycles & other drug paraphernalia’s were confiscated
Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing “SOP on Managing Police Operations” otherwise known as Lambat Sibat, as directed by the SILG, Chief PNP and the Regional Director, of PNP Region 3PCUSPT AARON N AQUINO, with significant results this time in the arrest of 48 (forty eight)  persons, confiscation of numerous illegal drugs, assorted drug paraphernalia’s, several firearms, seizure of undocumented motorcycles and death of three (3) suspected drug personalities during the One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations of the Bulacan Police.
