2 Armed Drug Targets Killed, 2 Arrested in Bulacan Buy-Bust

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed drug targets were killed, two (2) were arrested as  illegal drugs, firearms and ammunitions were seized during buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on early morning today.

Based on the reports, one (1) was killed in Norzagaray and one (1) in San Miguel while two (2) other suspects were arrested in San Miguel, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director (APD) of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) identified the two (2) slain suspects as 1) MANNY ESPIRITU; and  2) FIL SAYUMAN Y MENDOZA @Tamang, 42 yrs old, married, farmer, resident of Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan. The arrested suspects were identified as 1) FERDINAND ALFARO Y LISING, 48 yrs old, jobless and 2)ROMAR LISING Y DIAZ, 31 yrs old, jobless, both residents of Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan.

Base on the report of PSUPT JOEL ESTARIS, Chief of Police of San Miguel MPS he said that suspect Fil Sayuman @Tamang was neutralized and two (2) other suspects were arrested during a series of buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of San Miguel MPS in Sitio Riles and Sitio Mandamulag, Brgy Camias, San Miguel, Bulacan, while FERDINAND ALFARO and ROMAR LISING were arrested in a follow buy-bust operation in Sitio Mandamulag, Brgy Camias.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) five (5) sachets of suspected “shabu”; b) one (1) caliber .38 revolver with one (1) fired cartridge and four (4) live ammos and three (3) fired cartridge cases of caliber .45 and 9mm.

Meanwhile, PSUPT RIZALINO ANDAYA, Officer-In-Charge of Norzagaray MPS said that an armed encounter ensued in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Partida, Norzagaray, Bulacan on July 29, 2016 at around 5: 20 A.M. against Manny Espiritu @Manny  during a hot pursuit operation when @Manny tried to elude arrest, fired towards the raiding team prompting the policeman to return fire  resulting to the instantaneous death of the suspect.
Recovered from the slain suspect are the following pieces of evidence a) three (3) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; b) one (1) improvised shotgun loaded with one (1) fired cartridge case for 12 gauge shotgun, one (1) live ammunition for 12 gauge shotgun, and c) buy-bust money.

5 Arrested as Illegal Drugs Seized in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operation 

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Five (5) suspects were arrested as illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia’s were seized in two (2) separate buy-bust operations conducted by personnel of Baliwag Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Bustos MPS in Brgy Pinagbarilan, Baliwag and Brgy Tanawan, Bustos on July 27, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the three (3) arrested suspects in Baliwag as 1) Aldin Yusoph y Noor @Aladin, 48 years old, 2) Mobarak Yusoph y Noor, 20 years old and 3) Samsoden Yusoph y Noor, 25 years old, all resident of Brgy Pinagbarilan, Baliwag, Bulacan and two (2) arrested suspects in Bustos as 4)  Romel Dimaapi y Cristobel @Romel, 43 years old, resident of Brgy Tanawan, Bustos, Bulacan  and 5) Saypodin Yusoph y Noor @ Mameng, 19 years old, resident of Brgy Pinagbarilan, Baliwag.

Based from the report of PSUPT FROILAN UY Officer-In-Charge of Baliuag PNP, around 3:02 PM of same date joint personnel of Baliwag MPS and Bustos MPS conducted buy-bust operations against the suspects. The suspects were arrested after selling one (1) small sized heat-sealed transparent plastic of suspected shabu. Seized from the suspects were five (5) pieces medium sized sachet of suspected shabu with approximate weight of 20.3 grams and street value of more or less one hundred and one thousand pesos (Php 101,500.00).

Meanwhile, PCI FLORENCIO MORALES Chief of Police of Bustos PNP reports that around 3:30 PM of July 27, 2016 personnel of Bustos MPS conducted buy-bust operation.The suspects were arrested after selling one (1) sachet of shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange of Php 500.00. Seized from the possession of the suspects were five (5) small sachet of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia’s.

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination while appropriate criminal complaints against the five (5) arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan. 6 Armed Drug Personalities Neutralized, 44 Arrested as Firearms, Ammunitions, Illegal Drugs and Undocumented Motorcycles Seized in Bulacan Police One Time Big Time Operation

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Six (6) armed drug personalities were neutralized and forty-four (44) were arrested as numerous illegal drugs, firearms, ammunitions and six (6) undocumented motorcycles were seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on July 25, 2016.
  

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that eight (8) Search Warrants were implemented and fourteen (14) buy bust operation was conducted by different units of Bulacan Police in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs and loose firearms in the Province.

A total of one hundred eleven (111) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected “shabu”, eleven (11) undocumented firearms with thirty-seven (37) live ammunitions and  six (6) units of undocumented motorcycles & other drug paraphernalia’s were confiscated.
Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing its intensified campaign against illegal drugs and loose firearms as directed by the Chief PNP and the Regional Director, of PNP Region 3 PCUSPT AARON N AQUINO, with significant results this time in the neutralization of six (6) armed drug personalities, arrest of forty-four (44) drug personalities, and confiscation of numerous illegal drugs, firearms, ammunitions, and six (6) undocumented motorcycles during the One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations of the Bulacan Police.

4 Armed Drug Pushers Killed, 1 Arrested in Bulacan Police Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) armed drug pushers were killed, one (1) arrested as  four (4) firearms, numerous illegal drugs, ammunitions and one (1) motorcycle were seized in four (4) different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on July 24 and July 25, 2016.

Based on the reports, two (2) were neutralized in Bocaue, one (1) in Pulilan, and one (1) in Bulakan, while one (1) suspect was arrested in Bocaue.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director (APD) of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) identified the three (3) slain suspects as 1) Johnny De Leon y Del Pilar, 47 years old, tricycle driver and a resident of Sta. Ana, Bulakan, Bulacan; 2) one @ NONO; 3) one @ Edong, allegedly of Sitio Dike, Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan; 4) while one (1) is still unidentified. The arrested suspect was identified as Eunice Zapra Ripia 34 years old, live-in partner of the killed suspect @ Nono.

On July 24 and 25, 2016 four (4) separate buy-bust operations were conducted against illegal drug personalities by Pulilan Municipal Police Station (MPS), Bocaue MPS and Bulakan MPS. Investigation revealed that the buy-bust operation resulted to an armed encounter after the suspects sensed the ongoing police operation (buy-bust) and fired towards the police operatives that prompted the policemen to defend themselves and return fire causing the death of the four (4) suspects. No casualty however was reported on the PNP side.

Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) forty one (41) heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; b) four (4) caliber 38 without serial number; c) fourteen (14) live ammunitions; d) two (2) caliber 9mm live cartridge cases; e) two live cartridge cases of unknown caliber; f) four (4) spent shells; g) PHP 1,200.00 as buy-bust money; and h) red Suzuki raider J motorcycle with plate no. 5370RR.

2 Armed Drug Pushers Neutralized in Bulacan Police Buy- Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed drug pushers were killed as  firearms, ammunitions, numerous illegal drugs and one (1) motorcycle were seized in two (2) different armed encounters during buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on the evening of July 21, 2016.

Based on the reports one (1) was neutralized in San Ildefonso and one (1) in Guiguinto, Bulacan.  

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the two slain suspects as 1) Ariel Dela Cruz y Tolentino, 37 years  old, a resident of Brgy Basuit, San Ildefonso, Bulacan and 2) Florentino Santos Y Landayan @ Ante, 44 years old, resident of San Miguel St., Barangay Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

PSUPT GANABAN ALI, Officer-In-Charge of San Ildefonso Police reported that personnel of San Ildefonso MPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Maasim, San Ildefonso, Bulacan on July 21, 2016 at about 9:30 p.m. that resulted to an encounter after suspect Ariel Dela Cruz sold one (1) transparent plastic sachet of suspected “shabu” to a poseur buyer in exchange of PhP 500.00 bill sensed that his buyer is a policeman. The suspect immediately drew his firearm and fired towards the policeman, prompting the operatives to return fire causing the suspect’s death.
Recovered pieces of evidence are the following a) one (1) Cal.38 revolver loaded with five (5) live ammunitions; b) four (4) live ammunitions for cal.38: c) 3 sachets of shabu; e) one (1) five hundred peso bill buy bust money; f) one (1) BS mobile cell phone; and g) one (1) lighter.
The cadaver of the victim was brought to La Familia Funeral Homes in Brgy. Pala Pala, San Ildefonso, Bulacan for autopsy.
Meanwhile, PSUPT JULIUS CAESAR DOMINGO, Chief of Police of Guiguinto Police reported that an armed encounter ensued between elements of Guiguinto MPS and a suspected drug pusher identified as Florentino Santos Y Landayan @ Ante in Bagong-Daan, Barangay Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan on July 21, 2016 at about 05:45 PM.
After the confirmation of the illegal drug transactions of @Ante personnel of Guiguinto MPS conducted a buy-bust operation against him. Upon the arrival of the poseur buyers at the agreed place of transaction (Bagong Kalsada, Barangay Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan) they were surprised to see that the suspect was already there, standing beside a black Kawasaki tricycle, without plate number. The suspect arrived ahead of the operatives and when the poseur buyers alighted from their Yamaha Mio motorcycle, the suspect who was approximately ten (10) meters away from them suddenly drew a unknown kind of revolver and fired towards the direction of PO1 Hernandez (one of the poseur buyer) prompting the operatives to retaliate causing the death of @Ante. No casualty however was reported on the PNP side.
The Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) One (1) piece of Cal.38 revolver; b) three (3) fired cartridges case of cal 9 mm; c) one (1) fired cartridge case of cal.38; d) four (4) live ammunition of cal. 38; e) two (2) pieces of fired cartridges of cal .40; f) three (3) plastic sachets  of shabu and g) cash money worth more or less P250 pesos only. 3 Armed Drugs Suspects Neutralized in Bulacan Police Buy- Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) armed illegal drug personalities were killed, as  firearms, ammunitions, numerous illegal drugs and two (2) motorcycles were seized in three (3) different armed encounters during buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on July 20 and 21, 2016.

Based on the reports one (1) was neutralized in Bocaue, one (1) in Sta Maria, and one (1) in City of Malolos, Bulacan.  

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the three (3) slain suspects as 1) Zaldy Carinio Alyas Zaldy/Dragon, 43 years old, resident of Ma. Socorro Subdivision. Marilao, Bulacan; 2) Alyas Ben, a notorious drug pusher in Papagan, Public Market, Barangay. Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan; and 3) a certain @ Moris.

PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bocaue Municipal Police Station (MPS) said that an armed encounter ensued between the elements of Bocaue MPS and Zaldy Carinio @ Zaldy/Dragon on July 20, 2016 at around 11:10 P.M. in Gov. Halili Avenue, Barangay Turo, Bocaue, Bulacan. Based on the report of Bocaue MPS, during the buy-bust operation @ Zaldy/Dragon initiated a fire fight against the operating team to evade arrest which prompted the policemen to return fire that resulted to the suspect’s death.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) one (1) cal. 38 revolver SW without serial number loaded with 3 live ammos and two (2) spent shells, b) five (5) fired cartridge case of 9mm, c) one (1) red ultra mega coin purse containing nine (9) sachets of suspected “shabu”; d) one pink tin container containing one (1) sachet of suspected “shabu”; e) one (1) sachet of suspected marijuana; f) three (3) cut open sachets with shabu residue; g) three (3) sachets of shabu (buy-bust items) with an estimated weight of 1 gram worth Php 2,000; h) one (1) unit white Euro Motorcycle with Plate No.BA 863135; with assorted tools j) two (2) pieces of Php100.00 buy-bust money and assorted drug paraphernalia’s.

Meanwhile PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Santa Maria MPS reported that an armed encounter ensued during a follow up buy-bust operation against @ Ben a notorious drug pusher in Papagan, Public Market, Barangay. Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan on July 20, 2016 at 11:50 PM when one Jayson Gallardo y Rosillas @ “Jay” who was arrested in an earlier buy-bust operation revealed that @ Ben was his source of illegal drugs. That @ Ben despite being warned to stop his illegal activities continued selling and supplying drugs in their area.

Investigation disclosed that upon sight of @ Ben, who is set to sell illegal drugs to Jayson sensed the ongoing operation and opted to engage the operatives by firing successive shots that prompted the police officers to return fire, that resulted to a fire fight causing the death of @ Ben.

Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the encounter scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence a) one (1) caliber 9mm pistol model 1911 with serial number 56365691; b) one (1) magazine for caliber 9mm pistol, c) five (5) pieces live ammunition for caliber 9mm, d) four (4) pieces fired cartridge cases for caliber 9mm, e) four (4) plastic sachets of shabu; f) one (1) digital weighing scale; and g) cash money amounting to Php. 14, 470.00.
Further, PSUPT ARWIN MOLINA TADEO, Chief of Police (COP), Malolos CPS reported that one @ Moris was neutralized in an armed encounter during a buy-bust operation conducted by personnel of Malolos CPS in Bantayan 2nd, Brgy Bulihan, City of Malolos on July 21, 2016 at about 2:15 A.M.
Based on the report of Malolos CPS suspect @ Moris sensed the ongoing police operation during the drug transaction. The suspect tried to escape using a red Honda motorcycle with plate no. 9235 HT and fired his .38 caliber revolver towards the operatives prompting the police officers to retaliate that resulted to the death of @ Moris.

Recovered pieces of evidence are the following: a) six (3) pieces of plastic sachets  of shabu; b) one (1) smith and Wesson made in USA caliber 38 revolver without serial number; c) empty shells; d) live ammunition; and e) one (1) red Honda motorcycle. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

18 Suspects Arrested as Numerous Illegal Drugs Seized in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Eighteen (18) suspects were arrested while numerous illegal drugs were seized in different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on June 20, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office said that eight (8) buy-bust operations were conducted in the Municipalities of Angat, Pulilan, Santa Maria, Paombong, Baliuag, Bulakan and San Miguel wherein a total of forty (40) sachets of suspected shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia were seized.

In Angat, PSUPT ROMEO GAHID, Officer-In-Charge reports that four (4) suspects identified as 1) Emelita Cruz y Figaroa @ “NENENG”, 51 years old, jobless, resident of Brgy. Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan, 2) Pedro Geronimo y Villarama, 44 years old, jobless, resident of No. 278 Brgy. Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan, 3) Josephine Concepcion y Jocson, 44 years old, jobless, resident of Sitio Tubigan, Brgy. Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan and 4) Jean Flores y Sutina, 38 years old, housemaid, resident of Brgy. Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan were arrested in Barangay., Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan while eight (8) sachets of suspected illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia’s were seized in a buy-bust operation at Barangay, Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan.

In Pulilan, PSUPT SATUR EDIONG, Officer-In-Charge reports that a buy-bust operation was conducted in Barangay. Longos  wherein five (5) suspects identified as 1) Verginia Dulicen y Flores @binya, 28 years old, 2) Julius Plumos y Taba @jayson, 31 years old, 3) Greg Balawag y Tabagoy @ Niño, 33 years old, 4) Maanne Miranda y Sanchez @ Barang, 37 years old, all residents of Barangay Longos, Pulilan, Bulacan and 5) Jefferson Oliveros y Cruz @ Jef, 48 years old, resident of Barangay Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan were arrested while seventeen (17) pieces of small sachets of suspected shabu and five hundred peso (P500) bill buy-bust money were recovered from the suspects.

In Sta Maria, PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) reports that two (2) separate buy-bust operations where staged by Sta. Maria MPS in Barangay Sta. Clara and Barangay Camangyanan wherein two (2) suspects identified as Jayson Gallardo y Rosillas @Jay, 38 years old, tricycle driver, resident of Molave St. Barangay Sta. Clara, Sta. Maria, Bulacan and Dominic Joaquin y Mendoza @Minggoy, 30 years old, single, resident of Barangay Camangyanan, Sta. Maria, Bulacan were arrested. Three (3) pieces plastic sachet of suspected shabu and five hundred peso bill marked money were confiscated from the suspect Jayson Gallardo while four (4) pieces of plastic sachets of shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia and Php 920.00 buy-bust money in several denominations were seized from suspect Dominic Joaquin.

In Paombong, PCINSP LEOPOLDO L ESTORQUE JR, Chief of Police reports that a buy-bust operation was conducted in Barangay Poblacion, Paombong, Bulacan wherein two (2) suspects identified as John Eric Javier Y Mateo @Zuma, 32 years old, resident of Sitio Buga Barangay. San Isidro 2, Paombong, Bulacan and Wilson Medina Y Miguel, 29 years old, ship crew, resident of Barangay. San Jose, Hagonoy Bulacan were arrested while two (2) sachets of suspected shabu were seized.

In Baliuag, PSUPT FROILAN UY, Chief of Police reports that one (1) suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation identified as Remedios Estrella Y Cao @ Nanay. Confiscated from the possession of the suspect were four (4) plastic sachets of shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia, and P 500 peso bill buy-bust money.

In Bulakan, PSUPT JACQUILINE P PUAPO Officer-In-Charge said that two (2) suspects were arrested in Barangay Bambang identified as Shirley Kuribayashi y Domingo, 52 years old, jobless and Henry Bernabe y De Castro, 23 years old, jobless resident of NIA Road, Bambang, Bulakan, Bulacan. Confiscated from their possession were one (1) sachet of suspected shabu and 500 peso bill marked money.

Lastly in San Miguel, PSUPT JOEL ESTARIS, Chief of Police said that two (2) suspects were arrested in Barangay Bagong Silang, identified as Alma Manuzon Y Dela Cruz @Alma, 31 years old, vegetable vendor, and her live-in partner, Jeffrey Yarcia Y Pineda, 33 yrs old, jobless, both residents of Barangay Bagong Silang. One (1) sachet of suspected shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia and 500 peso bill marked money were confiscated from the suspects.

All the arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Police, Provincial Office for appropriate examination while appropriate criminal complaints against them are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan. 4 Armed Suspects Killed, 6 Arrested in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) armed suspects were killed, six were (6) arrested, as  firearms, ammunitions, numerous illegal drugs and one (1) motorcycle were seized in three (3) armed encounters in different police operations conducted by Bulacan Police on July 14 & 15, 2016

Based on the reports, one (1) was neutralized in Malolos City, two (2) in Meycauayan City, and one (1) in San Rafael, Bulacan while six (6) suspects were arrested.  

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the three (3) of the slain suspects as alias RANDY, alias TUKLAW and alias NINE, while one (1) remains unidentified. The six (6) arrested suspects were: 1) JAR-AR ATINGAN y BALANAY @ BAY”, 22 years old, pedicab driver, resident of No. Calachuchi St., Brgy Perez, Meycauayan City; 2) MARY JANE DUPALCO y BARMOEL @ MJ, 29 years old, vendor, resident of Block 39 Lot 21 Northville 2, Brgy Bignay, Valenzuela City; 3) JESUS CASTAŇEDA y BRIOSO @ NAY, male, 33 years old, vendor, resident in Calachuchi St., Brgy Perez, Meycauayan City; 4) JOHN CARLO ATINGAN y BALANAY, male, 19 years old, jobless, resident of Calachuchi St., Brgy Perez, Meycauayan City; 5) CHRISTIAN GEORGE GENETIA y MIRASO @ CJ, male, 27, years old, scavenger, resident of Block 42 Lot 2, Northville 2, Brgy Bignay, Valenzuela City; 6) ELLY LLACER y ELACIO @ JONJI, male, 41 years old, jobless, a resident of Calachuchi St., Brgy Perez, Meycauayan City Bulacan.

PSUPT ARWIN M TADEO, Chief of Police (COP) of Malolos City Police Station said that the City Anti-Illegal Drugs (CAID) operatives of Malolos CPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Menzyland Subdivision, Brgy Mojon on July 14, 2016 at around 10:15 PM that resulted to death of @ Randy with still unknown address while his companion one (1) male unidentified suspect managed to escape onboard a motorcycle heading towards Brgy.Barihan, City of Malolos.

Investigation disclosed that suspect @ RANDY sold a plastic sachet of suspected “shabu” to a poseur buyer in exchange of PHP 500.00. Upon handling of the five hundred pesos (Php 500.00) of the suspect to the poseur buyer @RANDY apparently sensed of the ongoing police operation. The two (2) suspects tried to escape @RANDY pulled out his .38 caliber revolver and fired towards the police operative, which prompted the police officer to retaliate causing his death while his cohort managed to escape. Recovered from the suspects were: a) caliber 38 revolver, empty shells, and live ammunitions and six (6) pcs. of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”.

On the other hand, PSUPT LAILENE J AMPARO, OIC, Meycauayan CPS reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy bust operation conducted by the City Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group (CAIDSOTG) operatives of Meycauayan in Barangay Perez, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on July 15, 2016 at 2:00 AM.

Accordingly, an armed encounter ensued during the course of the buy bust operation, when two (2) of the suspects only identified as Alias Tuklaw and Alias Nine, both male and of legal age fled from the scene which prompted the operative to chase them. Suddenly and without provocation, the suspects fired several shots towards the pursuing policemen which prompted the police officers to return fire that resulted to the death of the two (2) suspects (Alias Tuklaw and Alias Nine) while six (6) other suspects were arrested.

The Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following: a) one (1) pc snob nose caliber .38 revolver without serial number loaded with three (3) pcs caliber .38 live ammunition; b) one (1) pc fired cartridge case of caliber .38 ammunition; c) one (1) pc Armscor caliber .38 revolver with serial no 827630 loaded with two (2) pcs caliber .38 live ammunition; d) four (4) pcs fired cartridge case of caliber .38 ammunition; e) ten (10) plastic sachet of suspected “shabu”; f) one (1) pcs plastic sachet containing suspected marijuana fruiting tops; g) three (3) pieces of one hundred peso bill (Php100.00) buy-bust money and other drugs paraphernalia. Total estimated weight of the seized shabu is approximately 4 grams with a street value of Php 14,000 while the estimated weight of seized marijuana is approximately 1 gram, with a street value of 300 pesos.

Meanwhile, PSUPT ORLANDO L CASTIL JR, Chief of Police of San Rafael Municipal Police Station said that an unidentified armed runner of illegal drugs was neutralized during a checkpoint conducted by San Rafael Police along Kalsadang Bago in Brgy Caingin, San Rafael on July 14, 2016 at 11:45 PM.

Investigation revealed that an unidentified armed man on board a red/black Honda Wave motorcycle with obscured plate number passed the established checkpoint and when about to be flagged down the suspect sped-up and ignored the operatives that led to a hot pursuit between the suspect and San Rafael MPS personnel. A flash alarm was alerted immediately to all other mobile patrols to establish a dragnet operation in all possible exits of the fleeing suspect. The mobile patrol of Police Community Precinct 2 patrolling along Kalsadang Bago in Brgy Caingin chanced upon the suspect and established blockade, however, the suspect opted to engage them by firing successive shots that prompted the patrollers to retaliate, which resulted to the death of the unidentified armed suspect with a description of 30 to 40 years old, medium built, dark complexion, 5’4” to 5’6” in height, wearing color sky blue t-shirt and checkered shorts.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) one (1) Colt caliber .45 pistol with serial number 748631 chamber loaded with inserted magazine with five (5) live ammunitions; b) one (1) coin purse containing five (5) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets with white crystalline substance of suspected “shabu”, c) one (1) Honda wave motorcycle with plate number ZR-7554 and d) one (1) unit SKK mobile cellphone.(PIO, Bulacan PPO)

7 Illegal Drugs Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Cops in Buy-Bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Seven (7) suspects were arrested while twenty-two (22) sachets of shabu were seized in a buy-bust operation conducted by the joint personnel of Bocaue Municipal Police Station and Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) at Barangay Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan on July 14, 2016 around 4:30 P.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the eight (8) arrested suspects as 1) Luisito Ortega y De Jesus @ Bibe, 50 years old, resident of No.167 Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan; 2) Angelito Ortega y De Jesus, 48 years old, resident of No.167 Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan; 3) Roberto Guatno y Adame, 44 years old, resident of No.197 Igulot, Bocaue, Bulacan; 4) Arnold Gonzales y Santos, 36 years old, resident of No. 74 Mendoza St. Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan; 5) Rafael Atanacio y Sabanat, 54 years old, resident of No. 288 Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan; 6) Jerry Eugenio y Mendoza, 47 years old, resident of No. 167 Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan; and 7) Crisaldo Anataleo y Hysmith, 49 years old, resident of Block 5, Lot 14 San Pablo, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT CHARLIE CABRADILLA Chief of Police of Bocaue Municipal Police Station the team were able recover: a) twenty two (22)  plastic sachets containing suspected shabu including the buy bust item  with estimated weigth of 5.3 grams with street value of Php.4,400, b) three (3) pieces of aluminum foil strip with suspected shabu residue, c) three (3) pieces of disposable lighter, d) one (1) piece of improvised glass tooter, e) one (1) open pack of small plastic sachet, f) one (1) rolled aluminum foil, g) one (1) piece color blue pouch, and h) two (2) pieces of Php 100 bill buy bust money.

The recovered pieces of evidence and arrested suspects were brougth to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints for Violation of Section 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13, Art II, of RA 9165 will be filed against suspects Luisito Ortega y De Jesus @ Bibe and Angelito Ortega y De Jesus and Violation of Sec. 7, 11, 12 and 13 Art II RA 9165 against the five (5) other suspects. 2 Armed Drugs Suspects, Neutralized in Encounter with Bulacan Police

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the slain suspects as Ronaldo Viray @ Onad and Reynaldo Cruz @ Rey Ulo, both of legal age, residents of Brgy.Mercado, Hagonoy, Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT HERYL L BRUNO, Officer-in-Charge of Hagonoy Municipal Police Station (MPS), during the conduct of buy-bust operation the suspects sensed the ongoing police operation, Ronaldo Viray @ Onad pulled out and drew his gun (caliber .38) and fired towards the poseur buyer who is a police officer, prompting the operative to fire back against @ Onad while the other suspect @ Rey Ulo ran and open fired his gun (caliber .22 magnum) towards the operatives prompting them to return fire. The exchange of gunfire between the suspects and police operatives resulted to the neutralization of the two (2) suspects. No casualty was however reported on the PNP side.

Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) one (1) Smith and Wesson Caliber .38 with serial number 000077,  loaded with three (3) live ammunition ; b) one (1) Astra caliber .22 Magnum with serial number 182722 , loaded with five (5) live ammunition and one (1) fired cartridge case for caliber .22 Magnum; c)  one (1) plastic sachet;  containing suspected as “shabu”;  d) packed of cigarettese) one Seiko wrist watch; and f) PHP4,600.00 cash.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, identified the slain suspect as ARAMIS DEVIN CRISOSTOMO Y SILVESTRE of No.16 Brgy. Bambang, Bocaue Bulacan. Said suspect was listed as No. 1 Illegal Drug Personality in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) list of  Barangay Bambang and has been jailed before for Violation of RA 9165 (Illegal Drugs).

Based on the report of PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Officer-in-Charge of Bocaue Municipal Police Station (MPS), personnel of Bocaue PNP in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 implemented a Search Warrant against Aramis Devin Crisostomo. While the police operatives of Bocaue MPS were approaching the suspect, he initiated a fire fight against the PNP operatives to evade arrest, prompting the policemen to return fire causing the suspect’s death. No casualty was however reported on the PNP side.

Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: a) one (1) pc. cal 38 revolver loaded with 3 live ammos and 3 spent shells; b) eight (8) bricks of dried marijuana with an estimated weight of 5kgs & 250grams with an estimated market value of P48,000.00; c) one (1) pc weighing scale; d)marijuana powdered residues; and e) assorted illegal drugs paraphernalia. CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- 612 personalities involved in illegal drugs surrendered in San Ildefonso Gymnasium, Poblacion, San Ildefonso Bulacan on July 8, 2016.

In a report submitted to PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR. by PSUPT GANABAN C ALI, Officer-In-Charge of San Ildefonso Municipal Police Station he said that out of thirty-six (36) Barangays in the Municipality of San Ildefonso twenty four (24) Barangays supported San Ildefonso PNPs intensified campaign against illegal drugs “Oplan Tokhang”, wherein six hundred twelve (612) personalities voluntarily surrendered

PSUPT ALI, OIC together with Hon, Paula Carla Galvez–Tan, Municipal Mayor of San Ildefonso facilitated the mass surrender of the 612 personalities involved in illegal drugs activities held at SI Gymnasium, Poblacion, San Ildefonso Bulacan.

According to PSUPT ALI, as part of the reformation program of those who surrendered is that they will be required to report every day to the police station and will render community work, perform physical fitness activities and participate in seminars regarding livelihood projects.

2 Armed Suspects Killed, 1 Arrested in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed men were killed in two (2) different armed encounters with the Bulacan Police during the implementation of Search Warrant by the Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) and San Ildefonso MPS and in a Buy-Bust Operation conducted by Plaridel MPS on July 6, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the two slain suspects as 1) Nicky Noel Villanueva Santos @ “Nicky” (Killed), 40 years old, married, jobless, resident of 0325 Sitio Gulod, Brgty. Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan and 2) Aldwin Salvador @ AWENG (Killed) and the arrested suspect 3) Ahren Santos Y Ramos @Ayen (included in the drug watch list of Sitio Dike, Brgy. Banga 2nd, Plaridel, Bulacan).

Based on the report of PSUPT HELSON B WALIN, Acting Company Commander of PPSC and PSUPT GANABAN ALI, Officer-In-Charge of San Ildefonso MPS on July 6, 2016 around 4:00 AM, joint elements of PPSC and personnel of San Ildefonso MPS implemented Search Warrant No. 106B-M-2016 against the suspect Nicky Noel Villanueva Santos @ “Nicky”, in Brgy. Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan for Violation of RA 9165. While the operating team is about to enter the house of the suspect to implement/serve the search warrant, the suspect suddenly fired his short firearm several times towards the direction of the operating team that prompted them to return fire causing the instantaneous death of  @ “Nicky”.

The SOCO Team recovered from the crime scene the following items: a.) one (1) caliber .45 pistol NORINCO with serial number 202198, with magazine inserted loaded with five (5) live ammunitions; b) two (2) pieces of empty shell for caliber .45; c) one (1) piece metallic fragment; d) four (4) pieces empty shells of super 38 caliber; e) two (2) pieces of transparent heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu f.) one (1) piece of used cut/open transparent plastic sachet containing residue of suspected shabu g.) three (3) pieces improvised glass totters h.) one (1) piece aluminium foil strip i.) two (2) pieces bundle of plastic sachet j.) five (5) pieces of disposable lighters k.) three (3) pairs of scissors l.) two (2) pieces improvised bamboo sealers m.) one (1) piece improvised needle and n.) one roll of aluminium foil.

The cadaver of the suspect was brought to Bulacan Memorial Homes in Brgy. Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan for autopsy.

Meanwhile, PSUPT ANDREW M AGUIRRE Officer-In-Charge of Plaridel PNP reports that on July 6, 2016 around 8:00 PM, a confidential agent called the Intel Operatives of Plaridel police that Aldwin Salvador @ AWENG a notorious drug pusher who seen entering El Highway Hotel at Brgy. Tabang, Plaridel, Bulacan immediately operatives of Plaridel police conducted buy-bust operation. The policemen surrounded the said hotel and when the suspect was about to leave he saw the operatives, he then immediately run inside the room but his other companion AHREN SANTOS y RAMOS @AYEN (included in the drug watch list of Sitio Dike, Brgy. Banga 2nd, Plaridel, Bulacan) surrendered to the police. However, Aldwin Salvador @ AWENG resisted and shouted that “PATAYAN NA LANG TAYO MGA GAGONG PULIS DI AKO SUSUKO” when the operatives slowly opened the door of the room, the suspect @ AWENG fired upon the operatives prompting them to return fire which resulted to his death.

Aldwin Salvador @ AWENG was brought to Bulacan Medical Center but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Further, the suspect is listed as Ranked No. 2 in the Top Ten Drug Personality List of Plaridel Police. He has also several drug cases pending at RTC Branch 80, Malolos City, Bulacan

The SOCO team recovered the following pieces of evidence a.) one (1) caliber 45. Armscor without serial number,  b.) one (1) caliber .45 fired catridge case, c.) five (5) 9mm fired catridge cases, d.) three (3) deform fired bullets, e.) two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu f.)  assorted drug paraphernalias.

Appropriate criminal complaint against the arrested suspect is now being prepared for filing in court. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Father Jailed for Raping 11 Year-Old-Daughter

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 36 year-old father was arrested by the patrol members of Baliwag Municipal Police Station after raping his 11 year-old daughter inside their house at Angeles St, Brgy San Jose, Baliwag, Bulacan on July 4, 2016 around 8:30 in the evening.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Exan Rasamala y Datumulok, 36  years old, jobless. 
Based from the report of PSUPT FROILAN UY, Officer-In-Charge of Baliwag MPS,  the suspect instructed her 11 year-old daughter to go inside the bathroom where the suspect followed. The suspect removed the victim’s shorts and underwear, showed his penis to the victim and instructed to hold it. Afterwards, the suspect forcedly inserted his penis inside the victim’s private part. Moreover, after raping the victim, the suspect inflicted physical harm to her 11 year-old daughter and also to her other 10 year-old daughter to cover up the incident.
The victims with their mother reported the incident to Baliwag MPS on July 5, 2016 at around 4:30 in the morning. A follow-up operation was conducted by patrol members of Baliwag police that resulted to the arrest of the suspect. Criminal complaints of Statutory Rape in relation to RA 7610 and Physical Injuries in relation to RA 7610 are now being prepared for filing against the suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor Bulacan, City of Malolos, Bulacan. No. 3 Lambat Sibat Most Wanted Person of Dinagat Nabbed in Bulacan

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The No. 3 Lambat Sibat Most Wanted Person of Dinagat Province was arrested by the joint elements of Malolos City Police Station and Dinagat Municipal Police Station, Province of Dinagat, Region 13 at Malolos Public Market, Brgy San Vicente, City of Malolos, Bulacan on July 5, 2016 at around 3:00 in the afternoon.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the Most Wanted Person as Rochel Echavez y Salique, 33 yrs old, single, security guard of Cebuana  Lhuillier, native of Surigao Del Norte and presently residing at Pagsibigan St, Brgy Mabolo, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Based from the report of PSUPT ARWIN M TADEO, Chief of Police of Malolos City Police Station, the wanted person was arrested by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Presiding Judge Evangeline Y Bayana of Regional Trial Court, Branch 32, City of Surigao with criminal case number 1126 for the crime of Frustrated Murder with a recommended bail of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (180,,000.00). Arrested Illegal Drugs Suspect, Grabbed Cops Firearms Dead

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A suspect was killed in an encounter with the Bulacan Police in Brgy. Anyatam, San Ildefonso, Bulacan July 5, 2016 around 7:30 P.M.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect as Marvin Gomez, legal age, married and a resident of Brgy. Malipampang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
Based from the report of San Ildefonso Municipal Police Station under Officer-In-Charge PSUPT GANABAN ALI  at about 5:00 PM of July 5, 2016 Intel Operatives of San Ildefonso conducted anti-illegal drugs operation against the suspect in Brgy. Malipampang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan wherein a poseur buyer together with a confidential asset was able to buy one (1) small transparent plastic heat sealed sachet of suspected shabu in exchange of one (1) five hundred peso bill. At around 7:00 PM of the same day, the suspect contacted again the confidential asset asking if he wants to buy another shabu, the suspect was at that time in his residence at Brgy. Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan. At around 7:30 PM the Chief of Police of San Ildefonso MPS-PSUPT ALI coordinated with the Chief of Police of San Miguel MPS- PSUPT ESTARIS for the conduct of follow-up operation which resulted to the arrest of the suspect.
Confiscated from the possession of the suspect were nine (9) plastic sachets of suspected shabu, one (1) five hundred peso bill and three (3) aluminum foils.
While being travelled to San Ildefonso MPS the suspect upon reaching Brgy. Anyatam, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, suddenly grabbed the service pistol of PO2 Christopher Valenton and fired at him twice, fortunately PO2 Valenton was wearing a bullet proof vest and was not injured. The suspect immediately jumped-off from the patrol car and pointed the stolen service pistol to PO1 Mariano who was also seated at the back of the patrol car (Mahindra). At that juncture, PO1 Mariano immediately drew his firearm and fired at the suspect hitting the suspect’s body.
The SOCO team from the Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office arrived and processed the crime scene. Recovered were one (1) Glock 17 9mm with magazine loaded with eleven (11) live ammos (service pistol of PO2 Valenton), one (1) fired bullet of 9mm and five (5) spent shell for 9mm.
