18 Suspects Arrested, 1 Killed by Bulacan Police One Time Big Time Operation on Illegal Drugs as Firearms, Ammunitions Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Eighteen (18) suspects were arrested, one (1) killed as firearms and ammunitions were also seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on February 27, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge, Bulacan PNP said that the OTBT operations on illegal drugs were conducted by 11 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.

A total of forty eight (48) pieces of plastic sachet of suspected “shabu”; three (3) plastic sachets of suspected marijuana, one (1) converted shotgun, one (1) converted cal .22 rifle, one air gun (ISAAC) rifle; one (1) improvised home-made shotgun; one (1) caliber 38 revolver (smith and wesson) and other assorted drug paraphernalia’s.

PSSUPT PACLEB, identified the killed suspect as Ruben Yapan y Alcaide @ Orlando, 42 years old, carpenter, married, resident of Brgy. Gabihan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. Investigation revealed that when the elements of San Ildefonso Police Station were about to arrest the suspect who was at that time standing beside his motorcycle, he immediately ran away heading towards a vacant lot and fired towards the PNP operatives using his cal. 38 revolver (smith and wesson without serial number) prompting the policemen to return fire that resulted to the death of the suspect. No injury was reported on the PNP side.

Three Suspects Arrested for Raping a 10 Year Old Girl

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) suspects were arrested after raping a 10 year-old girl inside the victim’s house in Brgy. Muzon, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on February 24, 2016 around 12:00 in the morning.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the three (3) arrested suspects as 1) Jeffrey Santiago y Jotojot, 40 years old, married, tricycle driver. 2) Ivan Santiago y Licay, 20 years old, student both resident of Blk 1 Lot 21, Europe St. Harmony Hills,Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan and 3) @ Allen (not his real name) 17 year old boy student.

According to the report of San Jose del Monte PNP Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES the victim was first raped by suspect @Allen on November 19, 2015. On February 24, 2016 at about 12:00am, suspect Ivan went to the victim's house, came near her, undressed himself and the victim and sexually assaulted her and thereafter left. After a few minutes, suspect @Allen also went to the victim's house and raped her and then left. Suspect Jeffrey followed, he entered the victim's house mashed her breast several times and raped her.

After the incident, the victim's uncle saw the victim inspecting her swollen private part in front of the mirror which prompted the victim’s uncle to bring her to the hospital for medical check-up. Frightened, the victim confessed the entire rape incident and reported to San Jose Del Monte City Police Station on February 25, 2016 at about 05:00 PM. Elements of CSJDM police station immediately responded and staged an operation that led to the arrest of the three (3) suspects.

Appropriate criminal complaints against the three (3) arrested suspects are now being prepared for filling before the City Prosecutors Office, City of san Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

60 Year Old Man Arrested for Frustrated Homicide

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 60 year-old suspect of frustrated homicide was arrested in a follow-up operation conducted by personnel of Guiguinto Municiapal Police Station in Barangay. Pulong Gubat,Guiguinto Bulacan on February 26, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Lauro Landayan y Galvez, 60 years old, married while the victim was identified as Ramiro Landayan y Libiran, 59 years old, with live in partner, resident of Brgy. Pulong Gubat.

According to the report of Guiguinto PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT JULIUS CAESAR M DOMINGO a heated argument for unknown reason ensued between the victim and the suspect that resulted into mauling. As result, the victim sustained injuries on his head and different parts of his body.  The victim was rushed at Rogaciano Memorial Medical Center in Sta Maria Bulacan and was later transferred to East Ave Medical Center in Quezon City.

The victim’s live-in partner reported the incident at Guiguinto MPS. Follow up operation was immediately conducted that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation Nets Four (4) Suspects as Illegal Drugs, Firearm and Ammunitions Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) suspects were arrested while thirteen (13) sachets of suspected shabu, a firearm, ammunition and drug paraphernalia’s were seized in a buy bust operation conducted by personnel of San Miguel Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Sta. Rita-Matanda, San Miguel, Bulacan on February 24, 2016 around 5:30 A.M..

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) arrested suspects as 1) Erick Lanuza y Liberanda, 38 yrs old, married, resident of Brgy. Pulong Bayabas, San Miguel, Bulacan 2) Crisanto Evangelista y Ruiz, 34 yrs old, married, resident of Brgy Pulong Bayabas, San Miguel, Bulacan 3) Oscar Estagle y Sevilla, 36 yrs old, married, a resident of Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan and 4) Edward Diño y Matias, 28 yrs old, single and a resident of Sitio Daang Bakal, Brgy San Juan, San Miguel, Bulacan.

According to the report of San Miguel PNP under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT JOEL S ESTARIS elements of San Miguel MPS conducted a buy-bust operation wherein one (1) sachet of heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu was transacted in exchanged of five hundred pesos (P500.00) marked money. Recovered from the possession of the suspects were the following items; a) thirteen (13) heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu including the buy bust item; b) one (1) five hundred peso bill marked money; c) one (1) pistolized Magnum caliber .22; d)  one (1) magazine;  e) seven (7) rounds of ammos for caliber .22 magnum f) fifteen (15) rounds caliber 5.56 ammos; g) one (1) round of 9mm ammunitions; h) one (1) unit of video karera machine; i) three (3) empty plastic sachets with shabu residue; j) one (1)  improvised toothe; k) two (2) weighing scale; l) three (3) disposable lighters; m) one (1) pair of scissor; n) three (3) pcs of aluminum foil; o) one (1) unit of LG cell phone; p) six (6) other units of cell phones; q) two (2) unit of Samsung cell phones and r) one (1) unit of Cherry Mobile cell phone.

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints againts the four (4) arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Suspect Arrested for Illegal Possession of Firearm and Violation of Omnibus Election Code

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 33 year-old suspect was arrested by responding personnel of Community Precinct Action Center (COMPAC) 7 of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station at the Northgate Classica, Brgy. Sto. Cristo, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on February 23, 2016 at around 10:00 PM.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Ephraim Baruel y Tamayosa, 33 years old while the victim was identified as Gina Rivera y Barnuevo, 37 years old, single, Brgy. Tanod, native of Manila and resident of Blk-8, Lot 28, Northgate Classica, Brgy. Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan.

According to the report of San Jose Del Monte PNP under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT RANIEL VALONES while the victim is waiting near the guard house, the suspect drew a gun and pointed it at the victim. A concerned citizen called the assistance of COMPAC 7 and they immediately responded together with the security guard that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

Recovered from the suspect was a calibre 38 revolver (paltik) without serial number and two (2) live ammunitions. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing before the City Prosecutors Office, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Notorious Drug Pusher Killed, 4 Others Arrested in Armed Encounter with Bulacan Police as Gun, Ammunition and Sachets of Illegal Drugs were Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A notorious drug pusher was killed in an armed encounter during a buy bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police as gun, ammunition and fifty one (51) sachets of illegal drugs were seized in Brgy. Sto. Cristo on February 18, 2016 at 12:30 in the afternoon.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect as ROGER PASSI, while the four (4) other arrested suspects were identified as: a) JANET BERNABE Y CRUZ, live in partner of the slain suspect and three (3) other cohorts namely b) CRISTOTO BALORO Y MIANO, 45 years old, single and resident of B-13, L-90, Towerville Subd, Brgy. Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan; c) SOPRONIO LONGCOP Y URSUA, 41 years old, married and resident of B-24, L-28, Brgy. Minuyan II, CSJDM, Bulacan; and d) MARLON ROBES Y ENCELA, 40 years old, single, waiter, and resident of Igay Road Brgy. Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan.
Based on the report of PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Chief of Police (COP), SJDM City Police Station (CPS) he said that an armed encounter transpired between the personnel of SJDM CPS and the suspects. During the said operation suspect ROGER PASSI fired towards the PNP operatives prompting the police to return fire and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued that resulted to the death of suspect PASSI. No casualty however was reported on the PNP side.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: 1) one (1) Armscor caliber 40 pistol with serial number 1121852 with magazine loaded with 8 ammunition; 2) one (1) magazine loaded with 16 ammunition; 3) Two (2) calibre 5.56 fired cartridge cases; 4) one (1) 9 mm fired cartridge cases; 5) two (2) fired bullets (deformed); 6) two (2) metallic fragments; 7) one (1) lead core; 8) one (1) cal. 40 fired cartridge core;  9) three (3) calibre .40 ammunition; 10) fifty-one (51) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu inside a blue plastic container without cover; 11) three (3) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu; 12) two (2) aluminium foil strips each with white residue; 13) two (2) disposable lighter with burner; 14) one (1) glass tooter; 15) one (1) big roll aluminium; and 16) one (1) weighing scale; while one (1) transparent sachet containing suspected “shabu” and one (1) five hundred peso (P500) bill with serial number RP418232 was recovered from the possession of Janet Bernabe y Cruz.
Further, PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB said that ROGER PASSI is ranked Number 3 in the Priority Target List on Illegal Drugs in the City of San Jose Del Monte.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Appropriate criminal complaints are being filed against the four (4) arrested suspects at the City Prosecutors Office, City of SJDM, Bulacan.

Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation Nets Four (4) Suspects and Illegal Drugs

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four suspects were arrested while six (6) sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia’s were seized in a buy bust operation conducted by personnel of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station (CPS) at Blk-50, Lot-5, Purok 11, Brgy. San Pedro, City of San Jose Del Monte (SJDM) Bulacan on February 18, 2016 around 10:00 P.M.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) arrested suspects as as 1) Merlinda Isidro y Chua, 2) Antonio Rivera y Bidsuc, 3) Wilfredo Tatualia y Galang, resident of Blk-18, L-6, Purok 8, Brgy. San Pedro, City of SJDM, Bulacan and 4) Jessie Casauay y Pineda, resident of Purok 2, Brgy San Pedro, City of SJDM, Bulacan.

According to the report of San Jose Del Monte CPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT CHARLIE CABRADILLA, personnel of San Jose Del Monte CPS conducted buy bust operation under PDEA control no. 10004-022016-0223 against target Richard Isidro @ Chekwa that resulted to the arrest of the suspects after selling suspected shabu in exchange of five hundred peso bill marked money to a poseur buyer. Unfortunately, the target person managed to elude arrest but four (4) other suspects were arrested during the operation.

Confiscated from the arrested suspects were a) six (6) pieces heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected shabu; b) three(3) pcs water pipes; c) one (1) pc digital weighing scale; d) four(4) pcs surgical scissors; e) 4pcs disposable lighters; f) two (2) packs of plastic sachets; and g) six (6) pcs aluminum foil tooters.

Armed Theft Suspect Killed in Encounter with Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed male person was killed in an armed encounter with Bulacan Police in Brgy San Juan,San Ildefonso on February 16, 2016 at around 6:00 A.M.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP said that on February 16, 2016 at around 6:00 AM, an armed encounter ensued between joint elements of San Ildefonso and San Miguel Municipal Police Station with four (4) unidentified male suspects on board a yellow Mazda XLT bearing plate number WAB 825 loaded with twelve (12) live game fowls. The exchange of gunfire resulted to the death of one (1) of unidentified suspects.
Based on the report of San Ildefonso Municipal Police Station (MPS), Officer-In-Charge PSUPT RODOLFO HERNANDEZ he said that they received a call from San Miguel Police pertaining to the case of Theft of game fowls that transpired in Brgy Lambakin, San Miguel Bulacan wherein four (4) unidentified male suspects who were on board a yellow Mazda XLT bearing plate number WAB 825 loaded with game fowls reportedly fled towards the direction of San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
Upon receipt of the information, personnel of San Ildefonso MPS proceeded to Quijano Street, Brgy. San Juan, San Ildefonso. Upon reaching the area, the said suspects saw the approaching policemen and immediately alighted from the vehicle then fired towards the operating team. At that instance, the operating team were forced to retaliate and thereafter an exchange of gunfire ensued between the pursuing policemen of San Ildefonso MPS and San Miguel MPS against the four (4) armed suspects that resulted to instantaneous death of one (1) unidentified male suspect who ran towards the piggery of Councilor Er Magbitang. No casualty was reported on the PNP side.
Further investigation revealed that prior to the armed encounter in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, on February 16, 2016 around 5:00 AM while Brgy. Chairman Beny Gonzales of Partida San Miguel Bulacan and his Tanods were conducting patrol they received a call from Brgy. Lambakin regarding a vehicle loaded with game fowls.  When it reached their area and subjected for inquiry regarding its contents, instead of yielding to the personnel of the Barangay, it readily speed off. Thereafter, they sought the assistance of San Miguel Police who immediately conducted hot pursuit operation in Brgy. Oriente, San Miguel, Bulacan. When the policemen of San Miguel MPS tried to flag down the reported vehicle, the suspects fired towards the operating team and subsequently escaped towards San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
Scene of the Crime Operative processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: 1) .38 caliber revolver loaded with two (2) fired cartridge; 2) two (2) live ammos for .38 cal.; and 3) one (1) vehicle used by the suspects, loaded with fifteen (15) game fowls. The cadaver of the dead suspect was brought to Superior Funeral Homes at Bintog Plaridel, Bulacan for autopsy and for identification.
The recovered fifteen (15) game fowls and one (1) unit of water pump were already claimed by their respective owners.
Hot pursuit operation is still ongoing for the possible apprehension of the three (3) other suspects who fled during the encounter.
Indeed the Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing SOP on Managing Police Operations otherwise known as "Lambat-Sibat", as directed by the Secretary of DILG, Chief, PNP and PCSUPT RUDY G LACADIN, RD of PNP Region 3 with significant results in Bulacan, this time in armed encounter resulting to the death of an armed theft suspect and recovery of firearm, ammunition, stolen fifteen (15) game fowls and one (1) unit of water pump. 2 Fugitives Recaptured in Intensified Bulacan Police Follow-up Operation

Camp Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The Bulacan Police intensified follow-up operation resulted to the re-capture of two (2) detainees who escaped from the custodial facility of  San Rafael Municipal Police Station on February 10, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB,             Officer-in-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP said that the two (2) fugitives identified as Paul Michael Rivera Y Santos Alias 1-5; and Jerome Dela Cruz Y Mendoza Alias Jay R were apprehended on February 13, 2016 at around 6:00 PM in a series of follow-up operations conducted by San Rafael Police tracker team at Quiapo and Cristobal St., Sampaloc, Manila.

Based from the report of PSUPT CASTIL JR, OIC, San Rafael MPS, he said that two (2) detainees managed to escape by destroying/cutting the grill window of the comfort room of San Rafael MPS custodial facility with the use of an improvised saw on February 10, 2016 at around 7:45 AM, who were identified as PAUL MICHAEL RIVERA y SANTOS Alias 1-5, charged with Violation of Sec 5 & 11, Art 2, RA 9165 (Anti- Illegal drugs) docketed under IS No. III-04-INQ-15K-01962 and JEROME DELA CRUZ y MENDOZA Alias Jay R, charged with Violation of RA 6539 (Carnapping) docketed under IS No. III-04-INQ-15H-01328.

Six Suspects Arrested as Illegal Drugs and No Plate Motorcycles were Seized in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Six (6) suspects were arrested while fourteen (14) sachets of suspected illegal drugs and paraphernalia’s were seized in two (2) different anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by San Jose Del Monte City Police Station (CPS) and Marilao Municipal Police Station (MPS) on February 14, 2016.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP said that one (1) suspect was arrested by personnel of San Jose Del Monte CPS identified as Alvin Romera Y Patungan, 54 years old, married, factory worker, native of Pangasinan, resident of Block 232, Purok 6, Brgy. Sta Cruz III, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. While five (5) other suspects were arrested by personnel of Marilao MPS identified as Carlo Concepcion Y Ortega , 28 years old, with live-in partner; Christian Concepcion Y Ortega, 27 years old, married;  Alejandro Magat Y Faderon, 21 years old, with live-in partner;  Micahel Magat Y Faderon,  20 years old, single; all residents of resident of Lot 0021 Block 535, Santan St., Phase 5 Heritage Homes, Brgy. Loma De Gato, Marilao, Bulacan;  Arnel Francisco Y Enriquez, 37 years old, married, resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Ibayo, Marilao, Bulacan; and Ricky Francisco Y Gupit, 20 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Calvario, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

According to the report of San Jose Del Monte PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, a concerned citizen reported to the Chief PNP thru text that suspect Alvin Romera was involved in illegal drugs. Upon receipt of the report, the City Special Operation Group (CSOG), City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (CAIDSOTF) and COMPAC 5 immediately conducted buy-bust operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect. Recovered from his possession were eleven (11) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu including the buy-bust item and the buy bust money.

Meanwhile, Marilao PNP under Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA reports that personnel of Marilao MPS received information that @Carlo is involved in rampant selling of illegal drugs at Heritage Homes, Brgy.Loma De Gato, Marilao, Bulacan. Personnel of Marilao MPS immediately conducted buy bust operation against @Carlo, however he and his cohort sensed the presence of the operatives and they hurriedly run inside a house. The policemen pursued the suspects and they were apprehended inside the said house, where the other suspects are incidentally caught in the act of snipping illegal drugs.

Recovered and confiscated from the possession of the suspects were the following items; a) one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet  containing suspected “shabu”, b) one (1) piece heat sealed medium size plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”, c) one (1) piece of five hundred pesos (Php500.00) marked money, d) one (1) piece heat sealed small size plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” were recovered from the possession of Christian Concepcion, e) one (1) pc. improvised totter was recovered from the possession of Alejandro Magat, f) one (1) pc. aluminum foil strip was recovered from the possession of Micahel Magat, g)  one (1) pc. aluminum foil strip recovered from the possession of Arnel Francisco and h) one (1) pc. aluminum foil strip recovered from the possession of Ricky Francisco,  also  recovered from their possession were; i) three (3) pcs. open cut plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue, j) one (1) rolled aluminum foil, k) one (1) pc. stainless scissors, l) three (3) pcs. disposable lighter and m) digital weighing scale.

Furthermore, three (3) units of Kawasaki Bajaj motorcycle were impounded, one (1) with plate no. 3310 WK while the other two (2) units have no plates. Said motorcycles will be subjected for verification with the Highway Patrol Team and Land Transportation Office.

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos Bulacan for examination while appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing before the San Jose Del Monte City Prosecutors Office and Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos Bulacan. Suspect Arrested as Illegal Drugs and Deadly Weapon Seized in COMELEC Checkpoint by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A man was arrested while suspected illegal drugs and deadly weapon were seized during the COMELEC checkpoint conducted by personnel of Hagonoy Municipal Police Station on February 14, 2016 around 9:30 PM.

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Cesar Crisostomo Jr y Caballero, 48 years old, married, resident of Purok 6, Brgy. Sta. Monica Hagonoy, Bulacan.

According to the report of Hagonoy PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT ANGEL BONDOC, personnel of Hagonoy PS were conducting COMELEC checkpoint operation when they flagged down the suspect driving a black Yamaha Mio Soul motorcycle, without plate number and without helmet. Upon verification, the driver was asked for his driver’s license and registration when police officers saw in plain view a 28 inches butterfly knife while opening his black shoulder bag and trying to show his pertinent documents. Thus, he was immediately placed under arrest and while conducting search and frisking, one (1) heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected “shabu” was recovered from his possession together with other drug paraphernalias. Also recovered from the compartment of his motorcycle were two (2) heat-sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance of suspected “shabu” inside a black pouch.

Two Suspects Arrested for Violation of Omnibus Election Code

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) suspects were arrested during the “Oplan Sita” and “Oplan Bakal” of Meycauyan City Police Station (CPS) in Barangay Bayugo, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on February 11, 2016 around 11:30 P.M..

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) arrested suspects as Erwin Dela Peña y Manulat, 36 years old, single, construction worker, native of Davao City, resident of Villa Monteverde, Barangay Nagbalon, Marilao, Bulacan and Edgardo Espiritu y Datumanong, 45 years old, married, construction worker, native of Valenzuela City, resident of Sulok St., Barangay Nagbalon, Marilao, Bulacan.

According to the report of Meycauayan CPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT NESTOR CUSI, the personnel of Meycauayan CPS were conducting Oplan Sita and Oplan Bakal when they flagged down the two suspects on board a black HAOJUE motorcycle with sidecar (tricycle) without plate number. During verification Erwin Dela Peña (driver) failed to present his driver’s license and other pertinent document of the said tricycle. The suspects were instructed to alight from the tricycle and in that instance, the police recovered one (1) cal.38 revolver loaded with four (4) live ammunition tacked in the waist of suspect Edgardo Espiritu that led to his arrest.

Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operations Nets Three (3) Suspects as Illegal Drugs Seized

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP said that two suspects were arrested by personnel of Angat MPS identified as Isaac Cruz y Cruz   @ Isaac, 40 years old, married, included in the drugs watch list of Angat MPS and Alexander Carbonel y Guevarra @ Alex , 31 years old, married,  both residents of Brgy. Sta. Cruz Angat, Bulacan. Another drug personality is arrested by personnel of Hagonoy MPS identified as Rosalie Evangelista y Velasco @ Salie, 42 years old, married, un-employed and resident of Brgy. San Isidro, Hagonoy Bulacan, listed as top 10 Lambat Sibat Priority Target on Illegal Drugs by Hagonoy Police.

According to the report of Angat MPS under Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PCINSP VOLTAIRE C RIVERA on February 11, 2016 around 6:30PM, Angat MPS received information from a concerned citizen that a certain @Isaac is rampantly selling illegal drugs in Brgy. Sta Cruz, Angat, Bulacan. With proper coordination and planning personnel of Angat MPS immediately conducted  buy bust operation. Suspect Isaac and Alex were arrested after selling suspected “shabu” to a poseur buyer.
Recovered from the possession of the two (2) suspects were the following items:  a) one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; b) four (4)  pieces of small heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; c) nine  (9) pieces aluminum foil strip believe to be containing suspected shabu; d) one (1)  improvised needle; e) one (1) rolled aluminum foil; f) two (2) improvised aluminum foil tooter; g) two (2) disposable lighter; h) one (1) open cut plastic sachet; i) two (2) scissors ; and j) cash amounting to Php 400.00 (marked money).
Meanwhile Hagonoy MPS under Chief Police (COP) PSUPT ANGEL BONDOC reports that suspect Rosalie Evangelista was arrested after selling suspected illegal drugs to their poseur buyer. Recovered from her possession were a) one (1) coin purse containing four (4) pieces of small transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; b) two (2) pieces unused transparent plastic c) one (1) open cut transparent plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue.

Barker Arrested for Violation of Omnibus Election Code by Bulacan Police

PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Danilo Tolentino Y Carusa @ “Dennis”, 40 years old, single, jeepney caller (barker), resident of No. 110 Daungan Street, Brgy. Malhacan, Meycauayan City.
According to the report of Meycauayan CPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT NESTOR CUSI personnel of Meycauayan CPS accosted the suspect on board a black/violet Yamaha Mio motorcycle with plate number 3275 OG for initial violations of no helmet and delinquent registration of the motorcycle. During further search, the policemen recovered one (1) Armscor caliber .38 revolver loaded with six (6) live ammunition from the waist of the suspect that led to his arrest.

Frustrated Homicide Suspect Voluntarily Surrendered

 CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A frustrated homicide suspect voluntarily surrendered to Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) after stabbing a minor victim in a riot at Block 6, Phase 1, FVR-1, Norzagaray, Bulacan on February 9, 2015 at around 7:00 PM.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Albert Panopio Y Baldago, 20 years old, single, jobless, native of CSJDM, resident of Block-4, Lot-54, Phase-1, FVR-1, Norzagaray, Bulacan while the victim was a 17-year old boy, resident of the same Barangay.
According to the report of Norzagaray MPS under Officer in Charge (OIC), PSUPT RAFMIL CORPUZ the victim and suspect were involved in a fist fight (riot). During the fight the victim was able to hit the suspect, who fell on the pavement. When the suspect stood up, he held an ice pick and stabbed the victim on his back. The victim was brought by his friends to the District Hospital of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan for medical treatment and was later transferred to Bulacan Medical Center in Malolos City for further treatment.
The suspect voluntarily surrendered himself to Norzagaray MPS. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) ice pick more or less eight (8) inches in length including its handle. Security Guard Arrested for Rape by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A security guard who raped a 19-year old girl was arrested in a follow-up operation conducted by personnel of Meycauyan City Police Station in Barangay Malhacan, Meycauayan City on February 8, 2016.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Jan Albert Pelareja y Porcianos @ Jan Jan, 20 years old, single, high school graduate, security guard (CIRCA Security Agency), native of Northern Samar, resident of LGP Brgy. Malhacan, Meycauayan City.
According to the report of Meycauayan CPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT NESTOR CUSI the suspect invited the victim for a drinking spree. When the victim got intoxicated and felt dizzy she decided to go to sleep. In the midst of her sleep, she was awakened, as the suspect was already on top of her. The victim resisted, however she was overpowered by the suspect, and was then raped by the suspect. After the incident, the suspect went to sleep while victim stayed outside their boarding house. On the same day, at around 1:00 PM the victim reported the incident to the Barangay and to the elements of Meycauyan City police who immediately conducted follow-up operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

38 Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police in One Time Big Time Operation on Illegal Drugs, Firearm also Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Thirty eight (38) suspects were arrested for illegal drugs and a firearm (improvised shotgun) were also seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on February 4, 2016.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP said that the OTBT Operations on Illegal Drugs were conducted by 11 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.

One (1) firearm (improvised shot gun), a total of 39 plastic sachets of suspected shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia’s were seized during the simultaneous anti-drugs operations.

Robbery and Frustrated Homicide Suspect Arrested by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A robbery and frustrated homicide suspect was arrested by the responding patrol personnel of Pulilan Municipal Police Station in Brgy Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan on February 3, 2016.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as James Rodney Hufana y Bansil, 18 years old, single, student, resident of Sityo Poso, Brgy Cut-Cot, Pulilan, Bulacan while the victim was identified as Mark Anthony Andres y Magat, 23 year old, single, student, resident No. 455, Olympia Subdivision, Brgy Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan.
According to the report of Pulilan MPS under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT LEON VICTOR ROSETE, the suspect hid inside the victim’s stockroom after stealing from the victim’s house. The victim on the other hand, went inside his stockroom to find a stick to be use to get the keys which was left inside his room. In that instance, the victim noticed the suspect’s foot which was exposed but even before making any move the suspect already attacked and hacked the victim with a huge knife inflicting wounds on the victim’s leg, arm and head. The suspect readily fled leaving the knife and the looted broken cell phone. The victim’s wallet containing 420 U.S. dollars and Php 1,000 peso cash was also stolen while the cell phone SAMSUNG NOTE 3 was already broken when recovered on place of incident.
Elements of Pulilan MPS immediately responded to the scene that resulted to the arrest of the suspect. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation Nets Four Suspects and Seized Illegal Drugs

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) suspect were arrested as illegal drugs and paraphernalia’s were seized in a buy bust operation conducted by the personnel of Angat Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan on February 3, 2016 around 1:00 P.M.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) arrested suspects as 1) Michael Flores Y Cernichez, 37 years old, with live-in-partner, jobless, resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan; 2) Maria Kuh Cañalita Y Quimada, 32 years old, with live-in-partner, jobless, native of Cebu, resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan; 3.) Johnny Garcia Y Geronimo, 37 years old, with live-in-partner, painter, native of Palawan, resident of no.38 Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta Maria, Bulacan; 4) Charlie Ocampo Y Vilarde, 35 years old, married, construction worker, resident of Sitio Partida, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta Maria, Bulacan.
According to the report of Angat MPS under Officer in Charge (OIC) PCINSP VOLTAIRE C RIVERA around 11:20 in the morning of February 3, 2016, a telephone call was received by personnel of Angat MPS informing that there is rampant selling of illegal drugs in Purok 2, Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the information personnel of Angat MPS with proper coordination conducted buy bust operation that resulted to the arrest of the four (4) suspects.
Recovered from the possession of the suspects were the following items; a) one (1) piece of heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu (buy bust item), b) eight (8) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, c) eight (8) pieces empty plastic sachet containing shabu residue, d) two (2) pieces aluminum foil containing suspected shabu residue, e) one (1) pc. aluminum burner, f) two (2) pieces improvised glass tube tooter, g) two (2) pack plastic sachet, h) three (3) pieces stainless scissors, i) six (6) pieces disposable lighter, j) four (4) pcs. cellular phone, k) one (1) pc. metal stylus, l) one (1) piece blue CD pouch with aluminum foil strips, m) five (5) pieces of one hundred peso bill marked, n) one (1) piece digital weighing scale
The four arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Armed Person who Evaded COMELEC Checkpoint, Killed in Encounter with Bulacan Police, Firearm Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed male person later identified as John Lawrence Garcia Y Milla, was killed in an armed encounter with Bulacan Police in Barangay Sampalok, San Rafael, Bulacan on February 2, 2016 at around 8:00 PM.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that an armed encounter ensued between the elements of San Rafael Police during the conduct of a COMELEC checkpoint and one (1) armed man (John Lawrence Garcia) on board a tricycle.

Base on the report from San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS) under Chief of Police, PSUPT ORLANDO L CASTIL JR while elements of San Rafael Police were about to end their COMELEC checkpoint, they noticed a tricycle parked less than 100 meters away from where they were posted which prompted the team leader of the checkpoint to check the said tricycle and its occupant, however as the policemen were about to reach the place where the tricycle was parked, it sped up and transferred to the opposite direction evading the checkpoint. Sensing that he will be over taken by the police personnel on board the marked PNP motorcycle, the suspect disembarked from the tricycle and tried to run in the open rice field and engaged the responding motorcycle rider in a firefight which resulted to the death of the suspect. No casualty/injury was reported on the PNP Side.

The armed person who was later identified as John Lawrence Garcia Y Milla, of legal age, resident of No. 827 Virgen Delas Flores, Baliwag, Bulacan, upon background check has an existing Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Theft with Criminal Case No. 13-10343 issued by Hon. Romeo Carmelito C. Conge of the Municipal Trial Court of Pulilan on February 28, 2014.

Scene of the Crime Operatives who processed the crime scene recovered a caliber .45 pistol, magazine and live ammos beside the dead suspect, empty shells were also recovered in the SOCO processing.

Parricide and Murder Suspect Nabbed by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A fugitive parricide and murder suspect was arrested in a hot pursuit operation conducted by personnel of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) at Metropolitan Medical Center, Room No. 688 in Sta. Cruz, Manila around 2:55 PM of January 31, 2016.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Rommel C. Layug a.k.a. Alvin, legal age, married, jobless while the two (2) victims who were killed by the suspect were identified as Norma Camposano Y Chavez, 68 years old, married, housewife and Gloria Layug Y Camposano, 29 years old, married, OFW, wife of the suspect, all residents of No. 413 B-16 L-19 Phase-3 Capricorn St. Saint Agatha Homes, Brgy. Tikay, Malolos City, Bulacan.
Based from the report of Malolos CPS under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT ARWIN TADEO, around 9:00 AM of January 23, 2016 the suspect and Gloria (wife of the suspect) had a heated argument about the issue of third party. Gloria decided and told the suspect that they should separate and let the suspect stay in Tondo, Manila for a while. On January 28, 2016, the suspect went to Tondo, Manila but came back to their house at St. Agatha Homes on January 29, 2016 wherein the suspect shot his wife Gloria Layug and his mother-in-law Norma Camposano using a cal. 9mm Taurus. The suspect immediately fled after the incident.
Personnel of Malolos CPS coordinated with Manila Police District (MPD) Station 2 at Sta. Cruz Manila and conducted hot pursuit operation. Around 10:00 in the morning of January 31, 2016 information was received by the operating team that an alleged Rommel Layug was brought to a hospital for attempting to commit suicide (intake of muriatic acid) by one of the visitors of Vista Hotel located at Sta. Cruz, Manila where the suspect was in hiding. Right away, the operating team went to the said hotel to verify the veracity of the information. The operating team immediately conducted search on adjacent hospitals and were able to locate and arrest the suspect at Metropolitan Medical Center.
The operating team with Fiscal Rommel J De Leon, Deputy City Prosecutor of Malolos City, Bulacan together with the complainant (father of Gloria/wife of Norma) and witness (nephew of Gloria Layug) went back to MMC Hospital for inquest proceeding of the suspect (under hospital arrest) for the crime of Murder and Parricide as he was positively pin pointed and identified by the witness.
On February 1, 2016, cases of Murder & Parricide against the suspect was filed with the Office of the City Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan and docketed with NPS No. III097-INQ-16A-00014. The suspect is still under hospital arrest in Metropolitan Medical Center, Sta. Cruz, Manila and guarded by personnel of Malolos CPS. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)
