Armed Drug Suspect Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug suspect was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Pandi Municipal Police Station (MPS) at in P. Sebastian St., Brgy Bagong Barrio, Pandi, Bulacan  on December 28, 2016 at around 2:35 A.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the killed suspect as @ Eloy.
Based on the report of PCINS MANUEL C DE VERA JR., Officer-In-Charge of Pandi MPS, he said that that while operatives of Pandi MPS were conducting buy bust operation, suspect @ Eloy sensed that he was dealing with a police officer he immediately drew a handgun and fired towards the operatives, prompting the latter to retaliate. @ Eloy fatally hit on the chest causing his instantaneous death.
Bulacan Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) Team arrived and processed the crime scene. Recovered from the scene were the following; one (1) cal .45 fired cartridge case, one (1) Ruby cal .22 revolver with serial no. 599589, loaded with four (4) fired cartridge cases and two (2) live ammunitions, three (3) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu, two (2) cut opened transparent plastic sachets with suspected shabu residue and two (2) one hundred peso bills buy-bust money. The cadaver of the slain suspect was brought to Superior Funeral Homes, Bintog, Plaridel, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

5 Suspects Including a Minor Apprehended in Bulacan PNP Task Force “Paputok” Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Five (5) suspects including a minor were apprehended as numerous illegal firecrackers were confiscated during Bulacan PNP Task Force “Paputok” operations conducted by Bulacan Police against manufacturing of illegal firecrackers in Bocaue, Bulacan on December 22, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the apprehended suspects as 1) Jen Alvarico y Cuasito, 30 years old, with live-in, native of Gen. Santos City, resident of Brgy. Igulot, Bocaue; 2) Presaldo Simplicio y Amante, 56 years old, married, native of Samar; 3) Ernie Genova y Ballad, 23 years old, single both resident of Brgy. Binang 1st, Bocaue; 4) Renato Sionco Jr Y Trono, 38 years old, married, residing in Biniang 1st, Bocaue, and 5) a minor, resident of Brgy. Igulot, Bocaue.

PSSUPT CARAMAT, said that a joint operation was conducted by Bul PPO under his supervision together with the 3rd Maneuver Platoon of Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) and Bocaue Municipal Police Station led by PSUPT DELA CRUZ, against unlicensed manufacturing sites in Brgy. Igulot and Brgy. Binang 1st, Bocaue, Bulacan on December 22, 2016.
Based on the investigation, the three (3) manufacturing sites raided, owned by a certain Elsie Lachama; Noel Ignacio of Brgy Igulot, Bocaue, Bulacan; and Renato Sionco Jr Y Trono operates/manufactures firecracker without permit and licenses, and likewise producing prohibited kinds of firecrackers.
Recovered from the different manufacturing sites were numerous sacks/reams of prohibited firecrackers among these are: “Sawa”; “Super Lolo”; “Pla-pla”; and “Cabasi”; nineteen (19) pieces of “Binladen”; 5000 pieces of Sky-Rocket “Kwitis”, 3,000 pieces of Five-Star, six (6) cases assorted Fountains; thirty six (36) pieces of Dragon Fire Fountain-Tall; twenty eight (28) pieces of Crackling Fountain (small), and two (2) sacks of unfinished products and chemicals used in making fireworks.

Appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing against the suspects. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Armed Drug Pusher Killed in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug pusher was killed during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by Bocaue Police in Brgy Binang 1st, Bocaue, Bulacan on December 21, 2016 at around 12:20 A.M.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the killed suspect as Ernan Corpuz y Magallanes @Toto, 35 years old, married, fireworks manufacturer while the arrested suspect was identified as Agnes Corpuz y Ilanan,( suspect’s wife) 35 years old, fireworks manufacturer, native of Leyte, both resident of Brgy Binang 1st, Bocaue, Bulacan.
PSUPT JOWEN C DELA CRUZ, OIC of Bocaue Municipal Police Station, reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Bocaue MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 @Toto who sensed the ongoing police operation that prompted him to draw and fire his firearms towards the operatives. A brief firefight ensued that led to the death of the suspect.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: fifteen (15) small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu” with estimated weight of 5 grams worth Php 25, 000.00; one (1) cal .45 pistol with marking Colt and serial number 852736 and inserted magazine loaded with five (5) ammunitions,  one (1) Php.500 bill as buy bust money; one (1) fired cartridge case for cal.45; and two (2) fired cartridge cases for  cal .9mm.

The confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for appropriate examination while appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the arrested suspect before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Bulacan PNP Intensifies Crackdown on Illegal Manufacture/Sale of Firecrackers and Pyrotechnic Devices

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The Bulacan PNP intensifies crackdown on illegal manufacture, sale and use of firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices this yuletide season.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office said that Bulacan PNP has implemented series of police operations and stringent inspections to all fireworks and firecracker manufacturers and sellers all over Bulacan, dubbed as Task Force “Paputok”. Said task force aims to enforce, continuously monitor and prevent the proliferation of prohibited and illegally manufactured firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices that could endanger the life and limbs of people.
As per record, a total of 35 manufacturers and 135 dealers are involved in the firecracker industry in the Province of Bulacan. From November 2016 up to date Bulacan Police was able to arrest 5 suspects involved in illegal manufacturing of firecrackers. One (1) fly-by-night manufacturing site was also discovered as numerous illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices from unlicensed fireworks manufacturer were confiscated.
The public is again reminded by the Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) of Bulacan PNP regarding the types/kinds of firecrackers that can be sold to the public to be used for the expected revelry over the holidays. Among these are: Baby Rocket;  Bawang; El Diablo; Judas Belt; Paper Caps; Pulling of Strings; Kwitis; Small Triangulo; and other similar kinds of firecrackers in terms of explosives content.
On pyrotechnic devices, only allowed are the butterfly, fountain, jumbo regular, luces, roman candle, “mabuhay”, sparklers, trompillo, whistle devices, all kinds of pyrotechnic devices (pailaw) and other types equivalent to these pyrotechnic devices.
The prohibited firecrackers for sale and manufacture in the country are the those
overweight (not more than 0.2 gram or not more than 1/3 teaspoon), oversized (like Super Lolo, Giant Whistle Bomb, etc), the fuse of the firecracker should not burn less than 3 seconds but not more than 6 seconds, imported finished products and firecrackers with mixture of phosphorous of sulfur with that of chlorate.

PD CARAMAT said that Bulacan PPO strictly implements the order of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to all manufactures and sellers of fireworks products in Bulacan to comply with all the requirements needed, these are certifications from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Department of Labor and Employment.
As of December 07, 2016, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has lifted the work stoppage order of 48 establishments in Bocaue and other parts of Bulacan who are engaged in the manufacture and sale of firecrackers and pyrotechnics as they are now back in business. (PIO, Bul PPO)

Armed Drug Pusher Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug pusher was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by Bocaue Police in Barangay Taal, Bocaue, Bulacan on December 18, 2016 at around 12:30 P.M.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the killed suspect as Mauricio De Jesus @ Lupin, other data unknown.

PSUPT JOWEN C DELA CRUZ, OIC, Bocaue Bulacan Municipal Police Station (MPS), reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Bocaue MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 at NIA Road in front of Good Samaritan Memorial Garden, Barangay Taal, Bocaue, Bulacan against @ Lupin who sensed the ongoing police operation that prompted him to draw and fire his firearms towards the operatives. A brief firefight ensued that led to the death of the suspect.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: twenty one (21) small heat- sealed plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu” including the buy- bust item with an estimated weight of 5 grams worth Php 25, 000; one (1) Cal .38 revolver with marking Smith and Wesson without serial number loaded with six (6) fired cartridge cases; one (1) Php.500 bill buy bust money, five (5) Php 100 bills drug money and three (3) fired cartridge cases for cal .9mm.

5 Suspects including 2 Minors Apprehended for Illegal Manufacturing of Fireworks

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Five (5) suspects including two (2) minors were apprehended during the patrolling and surveillance operation against illegal firecrackers of members of Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan on December 15, 2016 at around 4:00 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the apprehended suspects as 1) Edwin Del Rosario Y Flores, 40 years old, married, caretaker; 2) Rolly Roxas Y Batukabe, 32 years old, single, helper, native of Bocaue Bulacan; 3) Jayr Asi Y Gamarin, 26 years old, single, helper, and the two (2) other 15 year old suspects, all residents of Sitio Manggahan, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, Acting Chief of Police of Santa Maria MPS reported that while members of Santa Maria MPS were conducting patrolling and surveillance operation against illegal firecrackers in Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan. When they pass along Sitio Manggahan the operatives noticed that Mr. Reynaldo Alcantara is making sticks for skyrocket (kwitis) in front of his house. Immediately, police officers alighted the patrol vehicle and approached Mr. Alcantara who was with his wife. Operatives of Santa Maria MPS covertly inspected the said activity and discovered that in front of the house of Mr. Alcantara, owned by Edwin Del Rosario there were malefactors processing fireworks (Sawa and 5 Star). The police officers asked for pertinent documents pertaining to the manufacturing of fireworks but the suspects failed to present any. Thereafter, suspects were appraised of their constitutional rights and arrested for illegal manufacturing of fireworks.

Recovered from the suspects were chemicals used in making fireworks (Sulfur, colorato, aluminum, galic), finished products (Sawa and 5 Star) and other raw materials. The powder mixture ready for loading and are dangerous were disposed to the atmosphere in the bushes at the far end of Sitio Manggahan. The confiscated chemicals were temporarily stored for safekeeping at a chemical dealer, Anastacio General Merchandise for proper handling and storage.

Armed Drug Pusher Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug pusher was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by Malolos Police in Brgy. Mabolo, Malolos City, Bulacan on December 15, 2016 at around 12:30 A.M.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the killed suspect as Ariel Robles y Fernando @Kalatog, included in Barangay Anti-drug Abuse Council (BADAC) and one of the top ten drug personality watch list. The said suspect surrendered in Oplan Tokhang and a known drug user and pusher of Brgy. Mabolo, Malolos City.

PSUPT HERYL L BRUNO, OIC, Malolos City Police Station (CPS), reported that armed encounter ensued during a consummated buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Malolos CPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 that resulted to the death of Ariel Robles y Fernando @Kalatog.

Investigation disclosed that after the transaction the assets introduced themselves as police officers to arrest the suspect but @Kalatog drew his cal. 38 revolver firearm and shot the police officers that prompted the law enforcers to fire back, an exchange gun fired ensued between the suspect and the operatives that resulted to the death of @Kalatog while his companion @Pogi managed to escape onboard a single motorcycle with no plate number together with one thousand peso bill buy-bust money.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) cal. 38 revolver with serial no. 962571 Smith & Wesson loaded with two (2) fired cartridge cases and two (2) live ammos; four (4) 9mm fired cartridge cases; six (6) pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” amounting to more or less Php1,800.00; one (1) color pink bicycle; and one (1) inside holster.

2 Armed Drug Pushers Killed in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) drug pushers were killed in two (2) separate buy-bust operations conducted by Hagonoy and Pandi Police last night.

Based on the report one (1) was killed in Hagonoy and one (1) in Pandi, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the two (2)  killed suspects as 1) Ramiro S Dela Cruz @Ramil/Punks, of legal age, native and resident of Brgy Lolomboy, Bocaue, Bulacan; and a certain 2) @Dagul.

PCINSP RESTITUTO E GRANIL, Officer-in-Charge, Hagonoy Municipal Police Station (MPS) reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy bust operation conducted by the joint elements of Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and Hagonoy MPS  in Purok 6, Brgy. Palapat, Hagonoy on December 14, 2016 at 12:15 A.M. when @Ramil/Punks sensed the ongoing police operation immediately drew his firearm and fired successive shots towards the approaching operatives which prompted the law enforcers to return fire that led to the death of @Ramil/Punks while his unidentified cohort onboard a motorcycle speedily fled heading towards City of Malolos, Bulacan.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) Cal. 38 revolver, without marking and serial numbers, loaded with two (2) live ammunitions and two (2) spent shells for Cal. 38 revolver; one (1) inside holster; three (3) fired cartridge case for caliber 9mm; two (2) pieces of small heated sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; drug paraphernalias; two (2) cell phones; and four (4) pieces one (1) hundred peso bill as buy-bust money.

The cadaver of the suspect was brought to Robbia Funeral Homes in Brgy. Sta. Elena, Hagonoy, Bulacan.

Meanwhile, in Pandi PCINSP MANUEL DE VERA reported that one (1) armed suspect was killed during an armed encounter ensued in a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Pandi MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Brgy Cacarong Bata, Pandi, Bulacan on December 14, 2016 around 12:20 AM that resulted to the death of @ Dagul.

Investigation revealed that while the suspect sensed the ongoing police operation, @ Dagul immediately drew a handgun and fired towards the operatives, prompting the police officers to return fire that resulted to the death of the suspect.

SOCO of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed and recovered the following; one (1) cal .45 fired cartridge case; one (1) improvised handgun loaded with one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber .38; two (2) heat sealed plastic sachets containing suspectwed “shabu”; and buy-bust money.

The cadaver of the suspect was brought to Superior Funeral Homes, Bintog, Plaridel, Bulacan.

5 Armed Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operations over the Weekend

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Five (5) armed suspects were killed in two (2) separate buy-bust operations conducted by Norzagaray and San Jose Del Monte (SJDM) Police over the weekend.

Based on the report two (2) were killed in Norzagaray and three (3) in SJDM City, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the five (5) killed suspects as 1) Dennis Ignacio Y Maunay @Keso, resident of Phase 4 NHV Brgy. Tigbe Norzagaray, Bulacan; 2) Mark Sevillino Y Cabrera @ Anlabus, 21 years old, residing in Phase 1 NHV Brgy. Bitungol Norzagaray, Bulacan  included in the drug personality Target List of Norzagaray MPS; 3) Gilberto Ybañez @Popeye, 42 years old, married, jobless, resident of Block 71, Lot 11, Purok 6, Area B, Brgy. Bagong Buhay 1, CSJDM, Bulacan; 4) Julius Ybañez y Zamora, 31 years old, single, jobless, resident of block 29, Lot 41, Bagong Buhay II, CSJDM Bulacan; and 5) Geron Sigua y Dicdican, single, jobless,  resident of Block 21 Lot 8, Purok 9, Area C Brgy. San Martin III, CSJDM Bulacan.

PSUPT RIZALINO ANDAYA, Chief of Police, Norzagaray MPS reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy bust operation conducted by the members of Norzagaray MPS in Brgy.Tigbe, Norzagaray on December 11, 2016 at around 11:45 PM, when suspect @ KESO while onboard a parked tricycle sensed the ongoing police operation he shouted “Pulis Pare” @ Anlabus and @ KESO drew and shot their firearms towards the operatives several times prompting the police officers to fireback that resulted to a gun battle that led to the death of the two (2) suspects.

The Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) improvised cal. 38 loaded with one (1) fired cartridge case; one (1) cal. 22 loaded with two (2) fired cartridge cases and three (3) live ammos; one (1) fired cartridge case of cal. 38; nine (9) fired cartridge cases of cal. 9mm, five (5) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; and one (1) piece of five hundred peso bill buy-bust money.
Meanwhile, in SJDM PSUPT WILSON MAGPALI reported that three (3) suspects were killed during an armed encounter that ensued in a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Drug Enforcement Unit of SJDM CPS against @Boyong that resulted to the death of Gilberto Ybañez @Popeye, Julius Ybañez y Zamora and Geron Sigua y Dicdican in Sitio Mausok, Bungad, Brgy. Bagong Buhay 1, CSJDM, Bulacan on December 9, 2016 at about 6:40 PM.

Investigation revealed that while the suspects sensed the ongoing police operation @Boyong (buy-bust target) immediately escaped at the same time @Popeye (one of the suspects) opened fired toward the operatives prompting the back up security personnel to return fire resulting to the death of @Popeye and his two (2) cohorts Julius Ybañez and Geron Sigua.

SOCO of Bulacan Crime Laboratory process the crime scene and recovered the following: thirteen (13) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu”; two (2) cal. 38 revolvers; one (1) pen gun loaded with two (2) ammunitions for cal. 5.56; seven (7) ammunitions and three (3) fired cartridge cases for cal. 38 and cash amounting to four hundred forty one pesos (Php 441.00).

2 Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) suspects were killed in two (2) separate buy-bust operations conducted by Malolos Police on December 8, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) killed suspects as @Jonel and @Rolly other data unknown.
Based from the report of PSUPT HERYL BRUNO Officer-In-Charge of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) on December 8, 2016 the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (CAIDSOTF) of Malolos CPS conducted a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Mabolo, Malolos City that resulted to the death of @ Jonel while his cohort eluded arrest.
Investigation disclosed that @ Jonel arrived in the agreed place at around 11:15 PM on board of a black Racal motorcycle with Volvo sidecar while his cohort was onboard a black Yamaha Mio motorcycle.Suspect @Jonel alighted from the tricycle and transacted with the police undercover. After the transaction, the police officers introduced themselves and when about to be arrested @Jonel drew his firearms and shot the police officer, however missed. An exchange of gun fire ensued between the suspect and the police officer that resulted to @ Jonel’s death while his unidentified cohort was able to escape.
 Bulacan SOCO Team arrived and processed the crime scene and recovered a.) one (1) Racal motorcycle with Volvo type sidecar and key, b.) one (1) half yellow paper with debit/credit list, c.) four (4) 9mm fired cartridge cases, d.) one (1) caliber 38 revolver Smith & Wesson without serial number loaded with one (1) fired cartridge case and two (2) live ammos, one (1) black inside holster, e.) seven (7) pieces plastic sachets of suspected shabu, f.) one (1) plastic sachet of suspected marijuana, g.) one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet with several pieces of transparent plastic sachet containing residue, h.) three (3) aluminum foil strips, i.) one (1) improvise foil pipe and three (3) pcs. of lighter.
Meanwhile, on the same date CAIDSOTF personnel of Malolos CPS conducted another buy-bust operation in Brgy. Sumapang Bata, Malolos City that resulted to the death of @Rolly. Investigation disclosed that the suspect with his companion arrived in the place of agreement at around 12:10 AM onboard a skeleton motorcycle without plate number. After the transaction, when the police officers were about to arrest the suspects @Rolly fired his improvised firearm (sumpak) towards the police officers and thereafter an echange of gun fire ensued that resulted to @Rolly instantaneous death .
Bulacan SOCO  Team arrived and processed the crime scene and recovered: three (3) ID pictures, one (1) voter’s certificate with name Rolando De Leon Delos Reyes, four (4) 9mm fired cartridge cases, one (1) improvised firearm loaded with one (1) caliber 38 fired cartridge case, one (1) medium size open transparent sachet containing four (4) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu with an estimated amount of Php1,200.00, one (1) healed sealed transparent plastic sachet containing four (4) aluminum foil strips and one (1) pciece of lighter. Ex-Cop and 3 other Drug Pushers Killed in Bulacan Police Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An ex-cop and three (3) other drug pushers were killed in different police operations conducted by Bulacan PNP last night and early morning today.

Based on the reports three (3) were killed in San Miguel and one (1) in Bustos, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) slain suspects as 1) PO2 Marjo A Sidayen, 41 years old, married, a former Drug Enforcer Unit (DEU) operative of San Miguel MPS and has been Absent Without Leave (AWOL) since October 21, 2016; 2) Michael Q Taradel; 3) John Albert Apoderado @John, 28 years old, jobless, married, a resident of Corona Street Barangay Tigpalas, San Miguel, Bulacan and a certain 4) @JAO with the following description of 5’5-5’8 in height, medium body built, wearing white t-shirt, checkered short pants, black cap and brown islander slippers.

Based from the report of PSUPT JOEL ESTARIS, Chief of Police (COP) of San Miguel Police Station (MPS), he said that an armed encounter ensued upon verification of the report of the ongoing pot session at the residence of a certain Alias “John” at Corona Street Barangay Tigpalas, San Miguel on December 6, 2016 at about 8:00 PM when the suspects open fired towards the approaching law enforcers that resulted to a brief exchange of gun fire causing the death of PO2 Marjo A Sidayen, Michael Q Taradel and John Albert Apoderado @John, 28 years old, jobless, married, a resident of Corona Street Barangay Tigpalas, San Miguel, both listed in the watchlist of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC).

Investigation reveal that PO2 Sidayen and Michael Taradel were involved in drug pushing and was using the residence of John Albert in repacking shabu and as a pot session area.  John Albert was identified in Barangay Tigpalas as a drug user and pusher who refused to surrender in “OPLAN TOKHANG’. Further investigation disclosed that Michael Taradel served as a runner of PO2 Sidayen for selling of illegal drugs.  

The Scene of the Crime Operative of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory process the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) caliber 9mm Pistol with serial no: 6010164 with magazine and eight (8) live ammos; three (3)  caliber .38 revolver with three (3) fired cartridges and two (2) rounds of live ammos, one (1) fired cartridge and five (5) rounds of live ammos; one (1) fired cartridge and five (5) rounds of live ammos; four (4) pieces of  heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; twenty four (24) pieces of transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”residue; two (2) fired cartridge cases of M16 rifle; two (2) cartridge cases of caliber .45; one (1) cartridge case of caliber 9mm; and other drugs paraphernalias.

Meanwhile in Bustos, Bulacan PCINSP VICTOR G BERNABE reported that armed encounter ensued during a consummated drug transaction when @JAO while evading arrest drew and fired his firearm towards the policemen prompting the operatives to retaliate that resulted to the death of the suspect during a joint buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Provincial Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operations Tasks Force together with the Drugs Enforcement Unit of Bustos MPS in Brgy. Cambaog, Bustos on December 7, 2016 around 3:15 in the morning, while his unidentified male cohorts managed to escape onboard a black BAJAJ motorcycle without plate number heading towards Plaridel, Bulacan.

SOCO of Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: five (5) pcs plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu”; one (1) smith and wesson cal .38 revolver snub nose without serial number loaded with three (3) live ammunitions, two (2) fired cartridge cases and one (1) black inside holster; three (3) pcs. fired cartridge cases of 9MM pistol and one (1) five hundred peso bill buy-bust money.

Motornnaper Arrested in SJDM

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A motornapper suspect was arrested by the responding personnel of Police Community Precinct (PCP) 3 San Jose Del Monte City Police Station in Barangay Muzon, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on December 6, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Isidro Cabandon Jr y Gabon, 28 years old, single, helper, resident of Sec. 16, Phase 2, Blk. 17, Lot.9, Pabahay 2000, Barangay Muzon, CSJDM while the victim was identified as Reynaldo Dela Peña y Mariano, 58 years old, farmer, married, native and presently residing at 379 Carriedo, Barangay Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan

PSUPT WILSON MAGPALI, Acting Chief of Police of San Jose Del Monte CPS said that on December 6, 2016 2:30 PM, Angelo Guilalas y Nibero borrowed the motorcycle identified as black Honda Wave motorcycle with Plate No RI 4063 from the victim. Angelo parked and left the motorcycle unattended beside the road and play E-Bingo inside a building. After thirty (30) minutes, he decided to go outside to take fresh air when he discovered that the motorcycle was missing.  He immediately informed the victim about the incident and they sought assistance from the personnel of PCP 3 located at Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan who promptly responded that resulted to the apprehension of the suspect at around 4:00 PM same date however the stolen motorcycle was not recovered. 2 Armed Drug Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Anti-illegal Drugs Operation

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) suspects were killed during anti-illegal drugs police operation conducted by Santa Maria Police in Barangay Caysio, Santa Maria, Bulacan on December 5, 2016 at 3:00 in the morning.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the two (2) slain suspects who were killed during legitimate police operations as 1) Marvin Lester Bantoto y Quintos @Nuno Puto of legal age; and 2) Carl Ivan Pingol y Centeno @Patay of legal age, presently residing at Block 48, Lot 3, Northville 5A, St. Mary’s Village, Brgy. Caysio, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES Acting COP of Sta. Maria MPS reports that an armed encounter ensued after a consummated buy-bust operation between the members of Santa Maria PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs operatives and drug suspects @Nuno Puto and @Patay on December 5, 2016 at 3:00 in the morning.

Investigation revealed that after the consummated transaction, @Nuno Puto and companion @Patay were immediately arrested but violently resisted and immediately drew and fired two (2) successive shots towards the operating team that prompted the police officers to fire back that resulted to the suspects’ death.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: nine (9) sachets of shabu including the buy bust item weighing 2.7 grams with street value of Php 13,500.00; one (1) shotgun; one (1) caliber .22 revolver; 3 gauge 12 shotgun ammunition and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Further, the two (2) suspects were listed as pushers in the Barangay Anti- Drug Abuse Council watchlist of Brgy. Caysio and revealed that said residence is being used as drug den.  (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

​​ Drug Suspect Killed in Bulacan Police Operation

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug suspect was killed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the City Anti-Illegal Drugs (CAID) operatives of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) on December 2, 2016 at around 12:15 A.M.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the slain suspect as Jose Alberto Gesmundo Y Marquez @Jopeth, 40 years old and resident of Brgy Caingin, Malolos City, Bulacan.

PSUPT HERYL BRUNO Officer-In-Charge of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) said that PNP CAID operatives conducted buy-bust operation in Hipolito Street, Brgy., Caingin, Malolos City, Bulacan which resulted in an armed encounter and the death of one (1) of the suspect @ Jopeth while the other unidentified suspect managed to escape onboard a single motorcycle.

Investigation revealed that the suspects connived in the selling of one (1) piece plastic sachet containing suspected shabu. After the transaction, @Jopeth sensed that the poseur buyer is a police officer and then pulled out a caliber .38 revolver in his waist and shot the police operatives but missed, thereafter back up police operatives fired back and a gun battle ensued that resulted to the instantaneous death of @Jopeth while his companion managed to escape going to the direction of Brgy. Bulihan, Malolos City.

Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence : a) unmade caliber .38 revolver with serial number 39877 loaded with two (2) pieces fired cartridge cases and two (2) pieces of live ammunition; b) eight (8) pieces of small plastic sachets of suspected shabu; c)  one (1) piece medium plastic sachet containing suspected marijuana; d) one (1) piece of rolled aluminum containing suspected shabu residue; e) one (1) disposable lighter and f) four (4) pieces fired cartridges of caliber 9mm. 4 Armed Drug Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Operations

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) suspects were killed in different  police operations conducted by Bulacan Police on November 29 and 30 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) said that the four (4) slain suspects were killed during legitimate police operations conducted in Malolos, Meycauyan, Sta. Maria and Obando.

PSUPT HERYL BRUNO Officer-In-Charge of Malolos City Police Stations (CPS) reports that on November 30, 2016 at around10:15  PM, member of Malolos PNP City Anti-Illegal Drugs (CAID) operatives conducted buy-bust operation against @Darwin Sulit, legal age and a resident of Brgy., Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan (listed in BADAC Wacthlist/not surrenderee) along Mc Arthur Hi-way, Brgy., Bulihan, Malolos City, Bulacan. Investigation revealed that after the drug transaction have been consummated between the police operatives and the suspect sensed that he is dealing with police operatives, so thereafter pulled out a short firearm and shot the undercover policeman. Fortunately,  the police operative manage to avoid the shot and run away until the backup police operative return fire and shot @Darwin Sulit on his body that resulted to his instantaneous death. Recovered from the scene were; a.) one (1) improvised handgun without serial number, with one (1) pc. fired cartridge of caliber 5.56mm, b.) five (5) pieces plastic sachets of suspect shabu, c.) one (1) piece small plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue, d.) three (3) pieces improvised lighter, e.) two (2) pieces aluminum foil strip, f.) three (3) pieces live ammunition of 5.56mm and g.) piece of paper with name list three (3) pieces fired cartridge of caliber 9mm.

Meanwhile in Meycauayan, PSUPT LAILENE J AMPARO Acting Chief of Police of Meycauayan CPS said that on November 30, 2016 at around 4:00 PM, the CAID and Intel Operatives of Meycauayan City Police Station conducted a coordinated buy-bust operation at Estranio Street, Barangay Bancal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan wherein suspect identified as Frederick Guevarra Y Marquez “alias ERICK” (included in BADAC watch list), male, 44 years old sensed the ongoing police operation prompting him to run inside his house. Apparently, the police operative ran after the suspect, but before he could do so, the suspect started firing gun towards the operative, but missed. Armed encounter ensued which resulted to the neutralization of the suspect. Bulacan SOCO Team process the crime scene and recovered the following a.) one (1) caliber 45 pistol with deface serial number with magazine loaded with one (1) bullet  b.four (4) pieces of fired cartridge case of caliber 45; c.) three (3) pieces of fired cartridge case of 9mm; d.) one (1) piece of live ammo of 9mm; e.) twelve (12) pieces of plastic sachets of suspected shabu; f.) five (5) pieces opened plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue; g.) three (3) pieces of digital weighing scale; h.) six (6) pieces of glass tooter; i). one (1) small pack un-used; j.) one (1) big pack un-used; k.) one (1) big rolled aluminum foil; l.)  two (2) aluminum foil strip with suspected shabu residue; m.) two (2) pieces of scissors; n.) one (1) disposable lighter and o.) one (1) improvised burner.
Moreover, in Sta. Maria PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES Acting COP of Sta. Maria MPS said that on November 29, 2016 at around 7:30 PM SAIDSOTG operatives of Sta Maria MPS conducted buy-bust operation wherein suspect identified as Virgilio Maliclic y Hubella @ Tonton, 46 years old, married, part time electrician, resident of Block 32, Lot 17, Northville 5A, Brgy. Caysio, Sta. Maria, Bulacan violently resisted arrest and drew a firearm that resulted to an armed encounter and the suspect’s death. SOCO Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office recovered from the encounter scene were: one (1) improvised caliber .38 revolver loaded with (2) fired cartridge cases and three (3) live ammunition; three (3) 9mm fired cartridge cases; five (5) plastic sachets of suspected shabu; and the buy bust, with the buy bust money of Php. 500.00. Further investigation disclosed that suspect is included in the BADAC Watch List of illegal drug pusher in Barangay Caysio.
In Obando, PCINSP ARNULFO S TANGOL Acting COP said that on November 29, 2016 around 7:35 PM, personnel of Obando MPS conducted buy-bust operation in Barangay Pag-asa, Obando, Bulacan which resulted in the killing of Emil Montoya ‘Y Baradero @Emil, 33 years old, with live-in partner, pedicab driver, resident of  12 Macopa St; Bilog, Valenzuela City. Based from the investigation subject person after sensing that he was dealing with an undercover police officer tried to elude arrest and desperately shoot it out with the former. Unfortunately and in the process the outcome of his decision yielded results not in his favor. Recovered from the scene were; a.) one (1) cal.38 revolver loaded with four (4) pieces of live ammunition and one (1) piece of fired case cartridge, b.) two (2) fired case cartridge of caliber 9mm, c.) one (1) deformed metal jacket, d.) two (2) small plastic sachet of dried marijuana leaves, e.) one (1) small  sachet of suspected  “shabu” and f.) one (1) piece 500 peso bill marked-money.
