Suspected Drug Personality Killed in Bulacan Anti-iIlegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A suspected drug pusher was killed during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by Bulacan Police in Bigaa Road, Brgy San Juan, Balagtas, Bulacan on August 22, 2016 at 11:40 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the slain suspect as alias “Good Job” with no permanent address, other data unknown.

PCINSP NAPOLEON CRUZ, Officer-in-charge, Balagtas Municipal Police Station (MPS) reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by elements of Balagtas MPS against @“Good Job” when the suspect sensed the ongoing police operation @“Good Job” immediately drew and fired his short firearm towards the operatives and thereafter a running gun battle ensued between the police officers and the suspect that resulted to his death. However, no casualty was reported on the PNP side.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: five (5) transparent plastic sachet of suspected “shabu”; one (1) caliber .38 revolver with two (2) live ammunitions, one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber 38; and three (3) spent shells of caliber 9mm.

The recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.

Armed Drug Personality Neutralized in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug pusher was neutralized during a buy-bust operation conducted by Bulacan Police in Sitio Dulong Bayan, Brgy. Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan on August 21, 2016 at around 11:10 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the slain suspect as Jimmy Boy Gruta y Alejandro, @Toto, 28 years old, single, Passenger Utility Jeep (PUJ) driver, resident of Sitio Putol, Brgy. Bulac, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

PSUPT RANIEL VALONES, Acting Chief of Police, Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by elements of Santa Maria MPS against @Toto who resisted arrest upon consummation of the drug transaction. The suspect, while onboard his driven PUJ with plate number CXC 184 with route Sampol-Sta. Maria-Meycauayan, drew his caliber .38 revolver and fired successive shots towards the operating team, thereafter a running gun battle ensued between the police operatives and the suspect that resulted to @Toto’s death. However, no casualty was reported on the PNP side.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: seven (7) sachets of suspected “shabu” weighing 2.6 grams with street value of Php. 9,000.00; one (1) caliber .38 Smith and Wesson Revolver with serial number 285287 loaded with three (3) live ammunition and two (2) fired cartridges, five (5) pieces fired cartridge cases for caliber 9mm, one live ammunition for Caliber 9 mm and Php. 500.00 buy bust money.

The recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.

Bulacan Police is Best Provincial Police Office during PNP Founding Anniversary

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bul PPO) was adjudged as the Best Police Provincial Office during the 115th Founding Anniversary of the Philippine National Police with the theme: “Hamon ng Pagbabago, Pinag-ibayong Serbisyo.” held at the PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City on August 17, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR receives the said award from President Rodrigo Roa Duterte together with Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary and National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Chairperson Ismael Sueno and PNP Chief, Police Director General Ronald Dela Rosa for the outstanding achievement of Bulacan Police Provincial Office.

3 Killed, 31 Suspects Arrested as Firearms, Grenade, Ammunition and Illegal Drugs were seized in Bulacan Police war against drugs

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) were neutralized and thirty-one (31) suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs, firearms and ammunitions were seized in series of Anti-Illegal Drugs Operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on August 16 and 17.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that fifteen (15) buy-bust operations and one (1) Oplan Sita were conducted by different units of Bulacan Police in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.
A total of sixty-four (64) plastic sachets of suspected shabu, four (4) sachets of dried marijuana leaves, one (1) piece empty box of Marlboro with  marijuana leaves , other drug paraphernalia’s, three (3) firearms with eight (8) live ammos and one (1) hand grenade were confiscated.

Two Armed Drugs Suspects Killed in Buy-Bust Operation by Bulacan Police

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) armed suspects were neutralized during separate buy-bust operations conducted by the operatives of Bocaue Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Meycauyan City Police Station (CPS) on August 15, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the two (2) slain suspects as Benjamin Biento y Nieva @ Bornok, 32 years old, resident of Barangay Batia, Bocaue and John Paul Dane Y Suyu “Alias Batcher”, 20 years old, resident of Bancal Extension, Barangay Bancal, Meycauayan City.

Based from the report of PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA Acting Chief of Police of Bocaue MPS, on August 15, 2016 at around 6:40 PM at Block 43 Lot 4, Northville 5, Brgy Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan personnel of Bocaue MPS conducted anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation against Benjamin Biento y Nieva @ Bornok. The suspect initiated a firefight against Bocaue MPS operatives to evade arrest but resulted to the death of the suspect.

The SOCO team from Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office arrived and processed the crime scene. Recovered from the scene of the crime were one a) one (1) cal. 38 special revolver Smith and Wesson, w/out serial number, loaded with two (2) live ammos and four (4) spent shells, b) five (5) sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 8 grams worth Php15,000, c) one (1) piece Php 1,000.00 bill (buy-bust money), d) four (4) pieces fired cartridge cases of 9mm, e) one(1) ammo of 12 guage, f) one (1) live ammo for cal. 38, g.) four (4) cut open sachets w/ suspected shabu residue h.) assorted drug paraphernalia’s and i.) one (1) plastic sachet of suspected shabu (buy-bust item).

Meanwhile, in Meycauyan, PSUPT LAILENE J AMPARO, Chief of Police reports that the City Anti Illegal Drugs/Intel operatives of Meycauayan CPS conduced buy-bust operation against John Paul Dane Y Suyu “Alias Batcher”. Apparently, the poseur buyer and the confidential asset were able to transact with the suspect. However, during the transaction the suspect sensed that the poseur buyer is a policeman so he hurriedly drew a caliber .38 revolver from his waist and shot the poseur buyer. Fortunately, the poseur buyer managed to take his cover and fire back hitting the suspect on the body and thereafter an exchange of gun fire ensued. Although the suspect was already wounded, he managed to run inside his rented room and locked himself up. The operatives run after the suspect and tried to negotiate with him to open the door and peacefully surrender, but the suspect insistently refused and instead uttered the words; “HINDI AKO PAHUHULI SA INYO NG BUHAY, SIGE PASOK MAGKAKAMATAY KAYO!”.  When the operatives where able to open the door the suspect fired towards them but unfortunately missed, such demeanor of the suspect prompted the police to fire back which caused the suspect’s death.

Recovered from the crime scene and possession of the suspect were, a.) caliber .38 revolver with four (4) live ammunitions and one (1) empty shell inside its chamber, b) eight (8) sachets of suspected “shabu”,  c.) five (5) empty shell for caliber .9mm.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the slain suspect as @Kalbo of legal age, single, resident of Brgy. Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan.

PSUPT RIZALINO A ANDAYA, Acting Chief of Police, Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by elements of Norzagaray MPS against @Kalbo who eluded arrest upon sensing of the ongoing police operation and thereafter a running gun battle ensued between the police operatives and the suspect that resulted to his death.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) cal. 38 revolver loaded with one (1) fired cartridge case and two (2) live ammunition, two (2) cal 9 mm fired cartridge case, two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”.

Bagong Buhay III, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on August 11, 2016 at around 2:55 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office identified the slain suspect as Roberto Tiu alyas Chris Tiu, other data unknown.

Based from the report of San Jose Del Monte CPS Officer-In-Charge PSUPT WILSON M MAGPALI, elements of Intel DEU operatives of SJDM CPS conducted a buy-bust operation and utilization of one (1) five hundred peso (Php 500.00) bill buy bust money against the suspect which resulted in an armed encounter after the suspect sensed that the poseur buyer is a police officer he fired towards him which prompted the police operative to return fire causing the death of the suspect. 

The SOCO Team arrived and processed the crime scene. Recovered from the suspect were a) one (1) Caliber 38 Pistol, b) five (5) heated sealed plastic sachet of suspected as shabu and c) one (1) five hundred peso (Php 500.00) bill. Recovered  pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for Ballistic appropriate examination.

Bulacan Cops Neutralized 4 Drug Pushers in Different Buy-Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) drug pushers were neutralized in different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on August 10, 2016 and early morning today.

Based on the reports one (1) was killed in Meycauayan, one (1) in Paombong, one (1) in Marilao, and one (1) in Santa Maria.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) slain suspects as 1) Oliver Delos Reyes @Otoy, male, legal age, residing of Barangay Sta. Rosa 1, Marilao, Bulacan, ranked as number 1 Most Wanted Person of Marilao; 2) Jess Bejare y Lindayag @Jes, 37 years old, married, jobless, residing in Wawa Street, Barangay San Jose, Paombong, ranked as number 1 Drug Personality of Paombong; 3) Lozano Flores @Anog, of legal age, jobless, resident of Phase 3 Heritages Homes Brgy. Loma De Gato, Marilao; and 4) Christopher Yap alias “MacMac”, resident of KM 38, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta Maria Bulacan other data unknown.
Based from the report of PSUPT LAILENE JAVIER AMPARO, OIC, Meycauayan CPS, the No. 1 Most Wanted Person of Marilao identified as Oliver Delos Reyes @Otoy was neutralized during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Meycauayan CPS at Block-9, Northville 3, Barangay Bayugo, Meycauayan
Investigation reveal that @Otoy recognized the poseur buyer as policeman and hurriedly pulled out his handgun and fired towards the operating team prompting the operatives to retaliate that resulted to the neutralization of the suspect. Recovered from the crime scene were the following pieces of evidence: caliber .38 revolver with four (4) live ammunition and one (1) empty shell inside its chamber, six (6) sachets of suspected “shabu”, three (3) pieces of aluminum foil strip, black SYM motorcycle without plate number, two (2) hand sketches of maps in a piece of paper and three (3) pieces of empty shell for caliber .9mm.
Meanwhile in Paombong, PCINSP LEOPOLDO L ESTORQUE, Acting Chief of Police, reports that an armed encounter ensued during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by Paombong MPS in Barangay Kapitangan, Paombong, Bulacan at around 9:00 PM that resulted to the death of Jess Bejare y Lindayag @Jes. Said suspect was listed in the Barangay Anti-Drugs Abuse Coucial (BADAC) list of Barangay San Jose and ranked as number 1 drug personality of Paombong, although a self surrendered drug pusher, @Jes still pursues his illegal drug transactions.
Investigation reveal that @Jes together with his cohorts only identified as @ Bobie sensed the ongoing police operation, @Jes and his cohorts immediately fled onboard their motorcycle and fired their firearms towards the operating team that prompted the police officers to fire back. While pursuing the suspects a brief exchanged of gunfire ensued resulting to the death of @Jes, while his cohorts eluded arrest.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the encounter scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) caliber .38 Smith and Wesson revolver without serial number loaded with two (2) spent shells and three (3) live ammunition, seven (7) cal. 9mm fired cartridges and one (1) cal. 45 fired cartridges, two (2) sachets of suspected “shabu”, Php 500.00 bill marked money; and (d) one RKS 150 CC EURO motorcycle with plate number BC48725 used by the suspects.
On the other hand, in Marilao, PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA JR, Acting Chief of Police, reports that on August 10, 2016, at around 11:45 in the evening, an armed encounter between the elements of Marilao MPS Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and LOZANO FLORES @ANOG, in Marcelo Compound Looban 1, Brgy. Loma De Gato, Marilao, Bulacan.
Based on the investigation, @ANOG immediately run inside his house upon sensing of the ongoing police operation and fired his firearm towards the policemen that resulted to exchange of gun fire causing @ANOG’s death.
Recovered evidence are the following: one (1) piece .38 caliber revolver marked Smith And Wesson without serial number loaded with two (2) live ammo and four (4) empty spent shell, three (3) pieces cal. 9mm empty spent shell, three (3) sachets containing suspected “shabu”, two (2) pieces glass tooter and five-hundred peso bill (P500.00) buy bust money,
Further, PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, Officer-In-Charge, Santa Maria MPS reports that an armed encounter ensued at KM 40, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan on August 10, 2015 at 11:52 PM during the anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by the Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group of Santa Maria MPS, when Christopher Yap @MacMac sensed the ongoing buy-bust operation he immediately drew his firearm and fired successive shots towards the operatives that prompted the police officers to fireback that resulted to the suspect’s death.
PSUPT VALONES further said that @MacMac is the primary suspect in the killing of Jordan Fernandez y Sarmiento on August 3, 2016. The recovered slug on the head of Jordan Fernandez will be subjected for cross matching examination with the slug from the ballistic examination.
The Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the encounter scene and recovered from the following: one (1) caliber .38 revolver without serial number with two (2) fired cartridge cases and four live ammunition in the chamber; three (3) fired cartridge cases for caliber 9mm; one (1) bullet fragment; one small pouch containing eight (8) live ammunition for caliber .38 revolver, two (2) sachets of illegal drugs (shabu), two (2) aluminum foil strips, and Php. 760.00 including the buy bust money.

2 Suspects Neutralized, 2 Arrested in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) suspects were neutralized while two (2) were arrested in Bulacan Police anti-illegal drugs operation conducted in Bocaue and City of San Jose Del Monte on August 9, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) slain suspects as Alyas LIMBO, other data unknown, resident of Barangay Caingin, Bocaue and Crisanto Merquillo, 40 years old, of Block 254, Lot 15, Area D, Brgy. Sta. Cruz II, CSJDM, Bulacan while the two (2) arrested suspects were identified as  Rolando Provido y Gastallia, 47 years old, resident of Block- 254, Lot 14, Area D, Brgy. Sta Cruz II, CSJDM, Bulacan and Anthony Merquillo y Jardio, 26 years old, resident of Block 245, Lot 15, Area D, Brgy Sta Cruz II, CSJDM, Bulacan.

Based from the report of PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA Acting Chief of Police of Bocaue MPS, on August 9, 2016 at around 12:45 A.M. in Brgy. Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan personnel of Bocaue MPS conducted buy-bust operation against Alyas LIMBO who initiated a firefight against PNP operatives to evade arrest but operatives retaliated that resulted to the death of the suspect .  

SOCO Team arrived and processed the crime scene and recovered are following pieces of evidence one (1) cal. 22 revolver with serial number 042-52 loaded with 4 live ammos and two (2) spent shells, twelve (12) pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” with an estimated weight of 2 grams worth Php3, 500, three (3) pieces of cal. 9mm fired shell, and two (2) piece Php 100.00 bill buy-bust money.

Meanwhile in San Jose Del Monte CPS under PSUPT WILSON M MAGPALI reports that on August 9, 2016 at around 4:30 AM, in Brgy Sta. Cruz II, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Crime Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Bulacan (lead unit), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 3 (PDEA) , Highway Patrol Group Bulacan (HPG), Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and San Jose Del Monte City Police Station (CPS) simultaneously implemented three (3) search warrants against Rolando Provido y Gastallia, Anthony Merquillo y Jardio  and Crisanto Merquillo who were listed in CIDG Bulacan as suspected drug personalities. The operation resulted in an armed encounter wherein one (1) of the targets Crisanto Merquillo drew his gun as the raiding team barged inside his house resulting to his instantaneous death. Recovered inside his residence were several a) plastic sachets of suspected marijuana; b) 1 cal. 38; and c) 1 improvised handgun (sumpak). The search was also conducted at the premises of Rolando Provido and Anthony Merquillo which resulted to their arrest and recovery of drugs and paraphernalia. The arrested suspects are presently under the custody of CIDG Bulacan for proper disposition.

3 Armed Drug Pushers Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-Bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) armed drug pushers were killed in three (3) different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on August 4, 2016.

Based on the reports one (1) was neutralized in Meycauayan, one (1) in Guiguinto, and one (1) in San Ildefonso, while one was arrested in Guiguinto.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Provincial Office (Bul PPO) identified the three (3) slain suspects as 1) Alper Tesorero Y DuquezAlias Alper” 30 years old, policeman assigned in Quezon City, with postal address at No. 17 ACA Compound, Malanday, Valenzuela City; 2) Arthur Bautista y Vera, 27 years old, resident of Lot1, Block 9, Phase 1, Brgy. Malis, Guiguinto,Bulacan; and 3) Michael Gonzales @Michael, 30 years old, single, native of Brgy Pantoc, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija, presently residing in Brgy. San Juan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. The arrested suspect was identified as Joseph Vera y Laguerta, 38 years old, resident of Lot1, Block 9, Phase 1, Brgy. Malis, Guiguinto,Bulacan.

In Meycauayan, PSUPT LAILANE AMPARO, Chief of Police said that  an armed encounter ensued during a buy bust operation conducted by the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force (CAIDSOTF) of Meycauayan MPS against one @ ALPER in a public cemetery at Barangay Calvario, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on August 4, 2016 at 11:50 in the evening. However, during the transaction the suspect sensed that the poseur buyer was a policeman @ ALPER hurriedly pulled out his handgun and shot the poseur buyer and the informant which prompted the operative to fire back that resulted to the neutralization of the suspect.

Further, on August 4, 2016 at around 10:00 o’clock in the morning prior to the incident one drug user who voluntarily surrendered to Meycauayan police manifested that a certain “alias ALPER” was his financier and source of illegal drugs and also threatens him and his family if he stops from drug trade.

Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following a) eleven (11) sachets of suspected “shabu”; b) one (1) big plastic sachet containing several pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet with suspected “shabu”; c) caliber .38 revolver with two (2) live ammunition and two (2) empty shells inside its chamber; d) seven (7) pieces of live ammunition for caliber .38 revolver; e) wallet containing PNP pay slip, pictures, and several identification cards.

Meanwhile in Guiguinto, PSUPT JULIUS CEASAR DOMINGO, Chief of Police said that one (1) suspect was arrested while one was killed in armed encounter during a buy bust operation conducted by the personnel of Guiguinto  MPS at Lot 1, Block 19, Phase 1,Brgy. Malis, Guiguinto,Bulacan on August 4, 2016 at 04:00 PM. After the consummation of the drug deal, when the poseur buyer introduced himself as police officer and when the suspects were about to be arrested they ran inside their house, wherein suspect Arthur fired his revolver towards the chasing police officer prompting them to fire back causing suspect Arthur’s death and arrest of Joseph Vera.

Recovered from the scene of the crime were the following: a.  five (5) sachets of suspected shabu; b) one (1) Marlboro paper containing dried marijuana; c) two (2) rolled dried marijuana; d) one (1) caliber .38 revolver containing two (2) fired cartridge case, two(2) pieces of live ammunition; three (3) pieces of fired cartridge case of 9mm pistol; and one (1) slug of 9mm pistol and buy-bust money.

Moreover, PCINSP NAPOLEON CRUZ, Officer-In-Charge, San Ildefonso MPS said that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit Operatives of San Ildefonso MPS against Michael Gonzales @Michael in Sitio Lubao Brgy. San Juan, San Ildefonso. Upon sensing the ongoing police operation @Michael attempted to escape and immediately drew and fired his short firearm towards the police operatives.  The policemen, upon sensing the danger of their lives, shot the suspect causing his instantaneous death.

Recovered pieces of evidence are the following: a) three (3) sachets containing suspected “shabu”; b) one (1) cal.38 revolver loaded with four (4) live ammunition; c) five (5) fired cartridge cases for 9mm; d) one (1) five hundred peso bill buy-bust money

7 Armed Suspects Neutralized, 4 Arrested in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Seven (7) armed suspects were neutralized as illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition and assorted drug paraphernalia’s were seized in five (5) different police operations conducted by Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS), Marilao MPS, San Rafael MPS, Bocaue MPS , and San Jose Del Monte City Police Station  on August 1 and 2, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that two (2) suspects were neutralized in Norzagaray, one (1) in Marilao, one (1) in Bocaue, one (1) in San Rafael and two (2) in City of San Jose del Monte.

Based from the report of PSUPT RIZALINO A ANDAYA Acting Chief of Police of Norzagaray MPS on August 1, 2016 at around 3:30 AM at Sitio Bulalo  Brgy. Bitungol, Norzagaray the two (2) suspects identified as 1) Benidict Florentino @ Tisoy and
2) Raymond Magat  @ Panga, both of legal age, residents of Brgy. Bigte, Norzagaray were neutralized during a buy-bust operation. The two suspects sensed the presence of the raiding team and hastily boarded a Racal motorcycle with plate number ND 9286 to escape and thereafter a chasing gun battle ensued between the lawmen and the drug pushers that resulted to the death of the suspects.

Recovered evidence from the suspects were: one (1) cal. 38 revolver Armscor 786979 loaded with two (2) fired cartridge case and one (1) live ammo, one (1) cal. 38 revolver S&W S-23345 loaded with two (2) fired cartridge cases and one (1) live ammo, one (1) cal. 5.56 mm fired cartridge case, four (4) cal. 9mm fired cartridge cases and two (2) sachets of suspected shabu.

Meanwhile, In Marilao, PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA JR. Acting Chief of Police reports that on August 2, 2016 around 12:15 in the morning in Northville 4A, Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao a buy-bust operation was conducted against the suspect 3) Michael Lim Y Bonifacio, 47 years old, resident of B13 L27 Northville 4A, Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao but after the transaction the suspect sensed the presence of the operatives. The suspect immediately went inside his house, gets hold of his firearm and fired towards the policemen. Apparently, an exchange of gun fire ensued that resulted to the death of the suspect.

At the crime scene the following items were recovered: one (1) piece improvised pistol (paltik) without serial number loaded with one (1) cal. 5.56 fired cartridge case, three (3) pieces cal. 9mm fired cartridge case, two (2) pieces Cal.5.56 fired cartridge case, three (3) pieces disposable lighters, crumpled aluminum foil, one (1) pc. Myphone Rio cellphone, one (1) aluminum foil strip with suspected “shabu” residue, one (1) piece aluminum foil tooter, two (2) pieces glass tooters , one (1) pair of scissors, one (1) piece used plastic sachet with white crystal granules suspected as “shabu”, four (4) pieces of plastic sachet containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, one (1) plastic sachet of suspected “shabu” and a five hundred peso bill (PHP 500.00) buy bust money.

In Bocaue, PSUPT CHARLIE CABRADILLA Acting Chief of Police reports that on August 1, 2016 at around 10:30 PM in  Brgy Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan personnel of Bocaue MPS conducted buy-bust operation against @ Franco who initiated a firefight against PNP operatives that resulted to the death of suspect latter identified as 4) PO1 Franco Sagudang with badge Nr. 226404 with last assignment at RPSB3. Other  arrested suspects during the operation were of 1) Ramil Serrano y Bernardo, 34 years old, 2) Evelyn Roque y Mendoza, 41 years old, resident of Sto Nino, Meycauayan, Bulacan, 3) Marites Ortega y Manalo, 46 years old, resident of  Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan and 4) Arlene Lopez y Ramos, 29 years old resident  of Caingin, Bocaue, Bulacan.

Recovered from the crime scene were: one (1) cal. 38 revolver without serial number loaded with (3) live ammos and one (1) spent shell, one (1) pouch containing eighteen (18) sachets of suspected shabu, five (5) spent shell of cal 9mm, one sachet of suspected shabu (buy-bust item) with an estimated weight of 4 grams worth Php10,000, one (1) piece of Php500.00 (buy-bust money) and assorted drug paraphernalia’s.

In San Rafael, PSUPT ORLANDO CASTIL JR. Chief of Police reports that on August 2, 2016 at around 2:45 AM  in Brgy Maronquillo, San Rafael, Bulacan, elements of San Rafael MPS  conducted buy-bust operation which resulted to the death of 5) Alias "Paypay" a drug pusher of Brgy Talacsan San Rafael, Bulacan. Personnel of San Rafael MPS were able to consummate the transaction with @Papay in exchange of one (1) heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu but the suspect become suspicious that he was dealing with a police officer. The suspect then drew his firearm and pointed it to the poseur operative but the latter was able to parry the said firearm  and  thereafter a scuffle ensue between the operative and the suspect, until the firearm burst hitting the suspect. As other responding backup team witnessed the commotion, they rushed towards the crime scene and aided the poseur buyer police officer and shot the suspect causing his death.

Recovered are the following pieces of evidence: one (1) wallet containing three (3) sachets of suspected shabu, one (1)  cut open/used plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue, five (5) aluminum foil strip, one (1) caliber of .38 revolver without serial number loaded of three (3) fired cartridge case and three (3) live ammunition, and two (2) fired cartridge case of caliber 9mm. Also recovered at the crime scene was one (1) five hundred peso bill P500.00 used as buy bust money.

Lastly, in City of San Jose Del Monte, PSUPT WILSON M MAGPALI Officer-In-Charge reports that on August 1, 2016 at around 3:50 PM elements of Intel DEU operatives of San Jose Del Monte CPS conducted a buy-bust operation against 6) Alias Leo a known drug pusher who controls 90 percent of illegal drug trade in Banana Island which resulted to an armed encounter after the suspects sensed that the poseur buyer is a police officer and further resulted to the death of the suspect and his 7) unidentified cohort.

The SOCO Team processed the crime scene and recovered from the cadaver of the suspect (Alyas Leo) are four (4) sachets of suspected shabu, one (1) improvised caliber 22 and; one (1) five hundred peso (Php 500.00) bill, driver’s license and; PDEA ID. While recovered from the cadaver of the other suspect were one (1) sachet of suspected shabu, caliber 38 and; one (1) one hundred peso (Php 100.00) bill.
