No. 1 Illegal Drugs Target and No. 2 Most Wanted Person Nabbed in Bulacan Police Lambat Sibat

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The No. 1 Illegal Drugs Priority Target of San Rafael and the No. 2 Most Wanted Person of Paombong were arrested in two different operations conducted by personnel of San Rafael Municipal Police Station and Intelligence Operatives/Warrant Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) of Paombong Municipal Police Station.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the No. 1 Illegal Drugs Priority Target of San Rafael as Arnold Mendoza y Pulongbarit @ Nog-nog, 36 years old, single, jobless, resident of Barangay San Agustin, San Rafael, Bulacan and the No. 2 Most Wanted Person of Paombong as Gaudencio Agustin Y Clemente @Ding, 52 years old, married, businessman, and a resident of No.554 Sitio Balot in Brgy San Roque, Paombong,  Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT ORLANDO CASTIL JR., Chief of Police (COP) of San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS), personnel of San Rafael MPS conducted anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation around 7:45 PM of April 26, 2016 against Arnold Mendoza @ Nog-nog listed as No. 1 Illegal Drugs Priority Target of San Rafael. The suspect was arrested after selling suspected shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange of Php500.00 bill buy-bust money. Recovered from the possession of Mendoza were the marked money and eleven (11) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu.

The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination while appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Office of Provincial Prosecutors, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Meanwhile, PCINSP LEOPOLDO ESTORQUE Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Paombong MPS reports that on April 27, 2016 at 10:00AM the No. 2 Most Wanted Person of Paombong identified as Gaudencio Agustin Y Clemente @Ding was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Arcadio I Manigbas, Presiding Judge, of RTC Branch 6, City of Tanauan, Province of Batangas under criminal case # 08 -11-7332 for the crime of Robbery with a recommended bail of one hundred thousand pesos (P 100,000.00). Suspect Agustin is currently detained at Paombong Municipal Police Station custodial facility for documentation prior turn-over to court of origin. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Suspect Voluntarily Surrendered after Stabbing Wife and Wife’s Alleged Lover

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A man voluntarily surrendered after stabbing his wife and his wife’s alleged lover inside a barracks at Sitio 2, Barangay Bahay Pare, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on April 26, 2016 around 11:10 in the morning.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Alejandro Rile ‘y Cabelen, 54 years old, married, construction worker, resident of Sitio 2 Brgy. Bahay Pare, Meycauayan, Bulacan while victims were identified as Ramon Rabino ‘y Meralyes (deceased), 52 years old, single, caretaker, and resident of #1974 Sta. Ana, Manila and Marichu Rile ‘y Gallapos, suspect’s wife, 45 years old, married, jobless. 

Based on the report of PSUPT LAILENE J AMPARO, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Meycauyan City Police Station the suspect at around 6:00 AM left their house and went to the construction site where he is working. An hour after the suspect went back to their house which is adjacent to the barracks of victim Ramon. The suspect noticed that his wife was not in their house so he went looking for his wife and upon reaching Ramon’s barracks, the suspect was shocked when he saw the two (Ramon & Marichu) in the act of having sexual intercourse. Due to sudden emotional impulse, the suspect grabbed a kitchen knife and repeatedly stabbed the two (2) victims in the different parts of their bodies. Consequently, Ramon died on the spot while Marichu was immediately brought to Mary Mount Hospital for medical treatment.

The suspect voluntarily surrendered to Meycauayan City Police together with the Barangay Tanods of Barangay Bahay Pare, Meycauayan City Bulacan while elements of  Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office conducted technical examination on the crime scene.

Criminal charges for Homicide, Frustrated Parricide and Violation of Omnibus Election Code are being prepared for filling against the suspect before the Office of City Prosecutor, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan. (PIO Bulacan PPO)

Bulacan Police Nabbed No. 7 Illegal Drugs Priority Target of Pulilan

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The No. 7 illegal drugs priority target of Pulilan was arrested by personnel of Pulilan Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan on April 26, 2016 at around 7:40 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the No. 7 illegal drugs priority target of Pulilan as Ferdie Gabriel y Duañes, 46 years old, single and a resident of Mabini St., Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan.

According to the report of PSUPT LEON VICTOR ROSETE Acting Chief of Police of Pulilan Municipal Police Station at around 7:30 PM of same date, a telephone call was received by Pulilan MPS informing that an alleged commotion is ongoing at said Barangay. Immediately, personnel of Pulilan MPS were dispatched to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival at the area, responding police officers saw a male person holding a knife (balisong) but when they were about to approach the suspect, he  tried to escaped but was caught by the responding police officers. The suspect when subjected to search was caught in possession of one (1) transparent heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride and a (balisong) butterfly knife.

The arrested suspect and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. 2 Suspects Arrested as Firearm, Grenade and Illegal Drugs Seized in Bulacan Police Lambat Sibat Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two suspects were arrested while a firearm, hand grenade and illegal drugs were seized in the implementation of search warrant conducted by personnel of San Ildefonso Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Alagao, San Ildefonso, Bulacan on April 20 at around 5:00 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the two arrested suspect as 2) Charlie Dig y San Gabriel, 38 years old, married, driver, and 2) Charize Delos Santos y  Vermas, 28 years, with live-in partner, self-employed  both residents of Brgy. Alagao San Ildefonso, Bulacan.

According to PSUPT RODOLFO C HERNANDEZ, Officer-In-Charge of San Ildefonso MPS, the personnel of San Ildefonso MPS arrested the two suspects through the implementation of Search Warrant No. 251-(16) at Brgy. Alagao, San Ildefonso, Bulacan issued by Executive Judge Celso O Baguio - Regional Trial Court, Gapan City which resulted to the arrest of the two suspects. Recovered from the two (2) suspects during the implementation of search warrant were the following items; a) six (6) transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; b) one (1) Magnum 22 Cal. 22 without serial number with four live ammunitions; c) one hand grenade; d) one  (1) plastic container containing drug paraphernalia e) two (2) improvised tooter f) one (1) improvised burner and g) disposable lighter  

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos Bulacan for appropriate examination. Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation Nets No. 4 Illegal Drugs Priority Target, Firearm and Illegal Drugs

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The No. 4 illegal drug priority target of Obando was arrested while a fire arm and suspected illegal drugs were seized in a buy-bust operation conducted by anti-illegal drugs operatives of Obando Municipal Police Station (MPS) at Yellow bell St., Barangay Paliwas, Obando, Bulacan on April 19, 2016 around 2:30 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested No. 4 illegal drug priority as Dante Juanerio Y Esteban @ “Davis”, 31 years old, married, jobless, resident of No.159 Yellowbell st., Paliwas, Obando, Bulacan.

According to PCINSP ARNULFO S TANGOL, Chief of Police (COP) of Obando MPS, the suspect was arrested after handing out one transparent plastic sachet of suspected dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops to a poseur-buyer in exchange of one hundred peso bill marked money. Upon body search, two (2) more sachets of suspected marijuana leaves with fruiting tops and a home-made caliber .22 pistol loaded with seven (7) pieces live ammunitions for caliber .22 were recovered from the suspect.

 The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office City of Malolos, Bulacan for appropriate examination. Father Arrested for Raping 13 and 14 Year-Old Daughters

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 40 year-old father was arrested by personnel of Meycauyan City Police Station (CPS) for raping his 13 and 14 year-old daughters inside their house in Barangay Lawa, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Rolando De Vera y Cagulada, 40 years old with live-in partner, painter, resident of Barangay Lawa, Meycauayan City,  Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT LAILENE J AMPARO Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Meycauyan CPS, one of the two (2) victims (the 13 year-old) stated that she and her siblings were left under their father’s custody when their parents separated several years ago. On April 17, 2016 between 9:00 and 10:00 pm, while she and her younger sibling were sleeping inside their house at the aforementioned place of occurrence, she felt that someone was touching her legs and private parts, and forcibly took-off her clothes. When she opened her eyes she saw her father with alcoholic breath on top of her, and drastically spreading wide open her legs for his lewd intention. She tried to resist by pushing away her father and beg for mercy, but no to avail. Her father raped her by inserting his private part into hers and thereafter went to sleep beside her. On April 18, 2016, when she noticed that her father was not around, she hurriedly left and went to the house of their mother in Valenzuela City and narrated her ordeal. Immediately, they reported the incident to Barangay Officials of Barangay Lawa, Meycauayan City, Bulacan who accompanied them in reporting the same to Meycauayan City Police Station that eventually resulted to the arrest of the suspect. Further, according to the victim, this is the second (2nd) time that her father had molested and raped her, the first (1st) incident happened on March 24, 2016 at around 11:00 pm, by use of force and intimidation the suspect was able to raped the 13 year-old victim threatened to harm her if she narrated the incident to her mother.

 Furthermore, during the investigation the other victim (14 year-old sister of one of the victim) confessed that she was also molested and repeatedly raped by her father since she was on Grade 3 and up to the present, and the last incident happened on February 29, 2016 inside their residence.
Hence, appropriate criminal complaint for VIOLATION OF R.A. 8353 (RAPE) IN RELATION TO R.A. 7610 is now being prepared for filing before the Office of the City Prosecutors of Meycauayan City, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

41 Suspects Nabbed, 2 Killed in Bulacan Police OTBT Operations

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Forty one (41) suspects were arrested as numerous illegal drugs, firearms, grenades, ammunitions and bladed weapon were confiscated in the simultaneous One Time Big Time (OTBT) operation by Bulacan Police on April 15 to 16, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Officer-In-Charge, Bulacan PNP said that the simultaneous OTBT operations were conducted by ­­­­17 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan including the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB), Bulacan Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC), Provincial Special Operations Group (PSOG), Regional Intelligence Division (RID) 3, Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB) 3 and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs, loose firearms, and implementation of search warrant in the Province.

A total of seventy-eight (78) plastic sachets of suspected shabu; thirty (30) firearms; three (3) grenades; eight hundred nineteen (819) ammunitions; one (1) bladed weapon (samurai); 23 bricks of dried marijuana leaves; and other assorted drug paraphernalia’s were seized during the said operations including 1 Armed Encounter that resulted to the neutralization of 2 suspects with warrants of arrest.

PSSUPT CARAMAT further added that 24 assorted long and short firearms were surrendered by ALSC Security Services at Grand Royale Subdivision in Barangay Bulihan, Malolos City, Bulacan for safekeeping to Malolos City Police Station on April 15, 2016 at 8:00 AM. The said accomplishment is brought about by the intensified and stringent implementation of “OPLAN KATOK” by Bulacan PPO.

Indeed, Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing “SOP on Managing Police Operations” otherwise known as Lambat Sibat, as directed by the SILG, Chief PNP and the Regional Director, of PNP Region 3 PCUSPT RUDY G. LACADIN, with significant results this time in the of arrest forty-one (41) suspects, 2 killed in armed encounter and seizure of numerous firearms, ammunitions, grenades, bladed weapon and illegal drugs during the One Time Big Time (OTBT) operation of Bulacan Police. 7 Suspects Arrested in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

Camp Gen Alejo s Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Seven (7) suspects were arrested during the anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by personnel of Marilao Municipal Police Station at Miranda St., Mc. Arthur Hi-way Brgy. Saog, Marilao, Bulacan on April 13, 2016 at around 5:30 PM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the seven (7) arrested suspects as 1) Hermedelio Mangcoy y Dela Cruz @ Karim/Dondi, 31 years old, single, resident of Miranda St., Brgy. Saog, Marilao, Bulacan; 2) Gerry Lo y Tiu, 41 years old, married, resident of Hermacon, Brgy. Lias, Marilao, Bulacan; 3) Deogracias Sta. Cruz y Berboso, 67 years old, married, resident of Miranda St., Mc. Arthur Hi-way, Brgy. Saog, Marilao, Bulacan; 4) Rose Ann Hamtig y Ignacio, 19 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Caypombo, Sta. Maria, Bulacan; 5) Joanna Ramirez y Bon, 22 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Sta. Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan; 6) Eliza Omnes Y Lopez, 30 years old, with live-in partner, resident of Brgy. Gumaok, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; and 7) Edelyn Delos Reyes y Albes, 27 years old, with live-in partner and  resident of Brgy. Gumaok, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

According to the report of Marilao PNP under Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA JR., prior to the arrest at around 5:10PM, April13, 2016 personnel of Marilao MPS received a telephone call from a concerned citizen informing of the  rampant usage (pot session) of illegal drugs  in the house of a certain Deogracias Sta. Cruz. Upon receipt of the information personnel of Marilao MPS were immediately dispatched and conducted anti-illegal drugs operation. The suspects were caught in the act of sniffing illegal drugs while gathered around a small table.  Seized from the possession of Hermedelio Mangcoy were three (3) pcs. heat sealed small size plastic pack containing suspected “shabu”, while one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” was seized from Gerry Lo; also seized from the possession of Deogracias Sta. Cruz, Rose Ann Hamtig, Joanna Ramirez, Eliza Omnes and  Edelyn Delos Reyes y Albes were three (3) pieces open cut plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue, two (2) pieces of crumpled aluminum foil strip containing suspected shabu residue, five (5) pieces rolled aluminum foil strip containing suspected shabu residue, one (1) piece improvised glass totter  with shabu residue, three (3) pieces disposable lighter and one (1) piece black key pouch.

The seven (7) arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.  Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors City of Malolos, Bulacan. Suspect Arrested for Raping 8 Year-Old and 16 Year-Old Step Sisters

Camp Gen Alejo s Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 27 year-old suspect was arrested by the personnel of Marilao Municipal Police Station (MPS) for raping an 8 year-old and 16 year-old step sisters in Brgy. Santa Rosa 1, Marilao, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Dante Candelaria y Villan, 27 years old, with live-in, native of Quezon City and resident of Lambingan, Tanza Cavite.

 According to the report of Marilao PNP under Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA JR., that on April 10, 2016 at around 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon, the eight year-old victim went to her Tita Katrina’s house to watch television wherein the suspect was there. The suspect called the 8 year old victim and told him to give him a massage and thereafter the suspect held the victim and let her stood-up in front of him and pulled down her shorts and panty. The victim tried to stop the suspect but the suspect forcibly inserted his finger at the victim’s private part. The suspect threatened the 8 year-old victim by saying “HUWAG KANG MAGSUSUMBONG, PAREHO TAYONG MAPAPAGALITAN NG NANAY MO”. After the incident, the suspect gave the victim P50.00 to buy cigarette and soft drinks and said that she can keep the change and also told the victim that he will always give her money for as long as the victim follows the desires of the suspect.

On the same date at around 5:00 in the afternoon at the same place of occurrence the 16 year-old victim (step sister of the 8 year old victim) was watching television when the same suspect sat beside her and started to hug and cuddle her. The victim became irritated and told the suspect to stop what he was doing but the suspect forcibly lifted the victim, brought her to a room and forcibly inserted his penis to the victim’s private part repeatedly. Incidentally @ Marie (cousin of the 16 year old victim) heard some commotion inside that room, so @ Marie told the suspect to stop what he is doing to her cousin but the suspect ignored it and instead brought the victim inside the comfort room and continued abusing the victim. Minutes later, the suspect stopped and told the victim “HUWAG KANG MAGSUSUMBONG KAHIT KANINO MAGAGALIT SA IYO ANG ASAWA KO AT PAPATAYIN KO KAYO” then the suspect gave the victim P100.00.
The incident was first reported to the Barangay and then it was referred to Marilao MPS on April 11, 2016 at 5:35 PM, who immediately conducted pursuit operation against the 27 year old suspect that resulted to his arrest. Criminal complaints for Two (2) Counts of Rape and Violation of Art 266 a Para (2) of RA 8353 against the arrested suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors of City of Malolos, Bulacan. Frustrated Homicide Suspect Voluntarily Surrendered

Camp Gen Alejo s Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 49 year-old frustrated homicide suspect voluntarily surrendered to Angat Municipal Police Station on April 7, 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR., Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Romulo Kipot y De Guzman, 49 y/o, single and resident of Sto. Cristo, Angat, Bulacan while the victim was identified Ariel Cruz Y Cruz, 43 years old, married, tricycle driver and resident of Sta. Cruz, Angat.

According to the report of Angat PNP under Acting Chief of Police (ACOP) PCINSP C VOLTAIRE C RIVERA, on April 7, 2016 around 11:00 PM in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Angat, Bulacan the victim and the suspect were having a drinking session when a heated argument ensued between the two prompting the suspect to stab the victim.  The victim sustained stabbed wounds on the different parts of his body and was rushed to Angat Health Center for medical treatment and later transferred to Bulacan Medical Center.   The suspect personally surrendered to Angat MPS. Salapungan, Candaba, Pampanga; c) Eloy Manalastas y Bulos, 42 years old, single, resident of Sitio Masagana, Salapungan, Candaba, Pampanga; d) Rolando Centeno y Adriano, 47 years old, single, resident of Brgy. San Agustin, San Miguel, Bulacan; e) Joel Clemente y De Guzman, 32 years old, married, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy. Bantog, San Miguel, Bulacan; f) Ferdinand Talledo y Pingad, 38 years old, married, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy. Paliwasan, San Miguel, Bulacan; g) Rolando Zabat y Esguerra, 64 years old, widow, jobless, resident of Brgy. San Vicente, San Miguel, Bulacan h) Silvino Talledo y Martin, 46 years old, single, jobless, resident of Brgy. San Agustin, San Miguel, Bulacan; and i) Juanito Caballejo y Pineda, 39 years old, married, mechanic, resident of Brgy. San Agustin, San Miguel, Bulacan.

Based from the joint report of San Miguel PNP under Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PSUPT JOEL S ESTARIS and Bulacan PPO Provincial Intelligence Branch under Acting Chief PSUPT FRANKIE C CANDELARIO, the anti-illegal gambling operation was an offshoot of earlier intelligence surveillance by PIB Bulacan who coordinated with San Miguel MPS for the launching of a joint operation that resulted to the arrest of the nine suspects and recovery of the following items; a) one (1) fighting cock, b) one (1) dead fighting cock, c) different denomination of money  that amounts to three thousand eight hundred pesos (Php3,800.00)  d) twelve (12) pieces of gaff (tari) and e) two (2) placards with marking “Meron/Wala. Camp Gen Alejo s Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- The No. 7 Illegal Drugs Priority Target of Guiguinto was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Guiguinto Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan on April 5, 2016 around 2:30 P.M.

PSSUPT ISRAEL EPHRAIM T DICKSON, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested No. 7 Illegal Drugs Priority Target as Kristopher  Sillano y Magpantay @ Phey, 40 years old, married, resident of B5 L2 A Villarome Brgy Tabe Guiguinto, Bulacan.

According to the report of Guiguinto PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT JULIUS CAESAR DOMINGO the suspect was arrested after selling one (1) piece of plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange of five hundred peso bill buy bust money. Upon frisking two (2) more pieces of plastic sachets of suspected shabu were recovered inside the right pocket of the suspect.

The arrested suspect and the recovered pieces of drug evidence were brought to the Office of the Provincial Crime Laboratory Office in Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan for appropriate examination. MARIA MARUJA P. NARVAIZA - MENDOZA under criminal case nr. 1240-M-2015 for Frustrated Murder.

Meanwhile Santa Maria PNP under OIC PSUPT ANGEL GARCILLANO, reports that Warrant and Intelligence Operatives of Sta. Maria MPS served two Warrants of Arrest for the crime of Robbery against Marlon Castro with criminal case no. 4054-M-2013 issued by Hon. Judge Ma. Theresa V. Mendoza-Arcega of Regional Trial Court, Branch 12, Malolos City, Bulacan with a recommended bail of PHP 100,000.00 dated February 21, 2014 and another crime of Robbery issued by Hon. Judge Mirasol O. According to the report of Guiguinto PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT JULUIS CAESAR DOMINGO the suspect was arrested after selling one (1) piece small transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange of five hundred peso bill marked money. Upon body check, another one (1) small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu was recovered from the right pocket and a bladed weapon (balisong) on the left back pocket of the suspect’s pants.

61 Year-Old Driver Arrested for Frustrated Homicide and Arson

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A 61 year-old driver was arrested for frustrated homicide and arson by the responding personnel of Marilao Municipal Police Station at the Sterling Business Park, Barangay. Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan on March 31, 2016.

PSSUPT ISRAEL EPHRAIM T DICKSON, Officer-In-Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Pepito Pascua y Concepcion, resident of Brgy. Bangkal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan while the victim was identified as Marlon Perillo y Barbado, 30 years old, married, driver, native of Bicol, resident of Block 26 Lot 27 Phase 2, Northville 4, Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.

According to the report of Marilao PNP under OIC PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA the victim was driving a red Kawasaki Barako 175 tricycle when the suspect who was driving a red Kawasaki Bajaj 100 tricycle suddenly blocked the victim’s way, drew a pointed weapon then stabbed the victim on the neck. The victim inspite of the sustained injury managed to escape and thereafter the suspect turned his anger to the tricycle of the victim and pulled out the fuel hose then ignited it with the use of a lighter, that burned the tricycle.  The suspect tried to escaped but was apprehended by the personnel of Marilao MPS and responding Barangay Tanods of Brgy. Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan.
