Bogus Dentist Arrested in Bulakan, Bulacan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT GERARDO ALMARIO ANDAYA, COP, Bulakan Municipal Police Station (MPS) the said Chief of Police stated that on March 16, 2015 at around 4:30 pm, joint elements of Provincial Special Operation Group (PSOG-lead unit), Provincial Public Safety Company Bulacan and Bulakan MPS conducted entrapment operation in Barangay Sta. Ines, Bulakan, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of Joy Aica Consul Luciano Aka Aika M Luciano, female, 21 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy. Sta. Ines, Bulakan, Bulacan for Violation of RA 9484 (Illegal Practice of Dentistry). Confiscated from the suspect were the following items: a) marked money amounting to one thousand pesos (Php 1,000.00); b) two (2) Fuji 1 luting cement (powder); c) two Fuji 1 luting cement (liquid); d) several ortho elastic rubber band; e) two (2) empty packaging of full mouth brackets; f) seventeen (17) ortho edgewise brackets; g) one  (1) dental explorer; h) two (2) twissors; i) one (1) ligature wire; j) one (1) ortho wire cutter; k) one (1) improvised puller; and l)dental cast.

             While conducting inventory of the seized items at the Barangay Hall of the said place, Rolando Flores Luciano (father of the suspect) arrived and confronted the operating team which after a while resulted to a commotion. At that instance one (1) transparent plastic heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance weighing 0.0802 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” fell on the floor from the pocket of Rolando’s short pants. The incident prompted the police officers to arrest Rolando and when subjected to a body search, another one (1) transparent heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu” weighing 0.0473 grams and one (1) disposable lighter color blue were seized again from his possession.

             The arrested suspects and the pieces of evidence were brought to PSOG Office, Camp Alejo Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan for proper disposition and documentation. Further, the conduct of the inventory relative to the confiscated items was done in the presence of the Barangay Captain of Brgy Sta. Ines, Bulakan,Bulacan, Board of Trustee from the Philippine Dental Association and representative from the media.

            Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects were filed before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, City of Malolos , Bulacan.

Motornapper Arrested, Nine (9) Motorcycle Seized by Bulacan PNP’s Lambat Sibat

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan-The order of the Secretary, DILG and the OIC Chief, PNP for all units to intensify its campaign against carnapped vehicles as cascaded by the OIC PNP Regional Director, is being carried on by Bulacan Police. With the continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALVARADO and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan chaired by VICE GOVERNOR DANIEL FERNANDO, the Provincial Police Office of Bulacan has significant result again in its drive against motornapping.

In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office PSUPT MARCOS CANO RIVERO, COP, Marilao Municipal Police Station MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that the suspect identified as Rodolfo Marcos Y Garcia, 22 years old, with live-in partner, laborer, native of Laguna, resident of No. 243 Binang 2nd, Bocaue, Bulacan and Gulod, Tigbe, Norzagaray, Bulacan was arrested for Motornapping which transpired  on March 14, 2015 at around 6:16 PM in front of Itlugan sa Ibayo Eatery, Barangay Ibayo, Marilao, Bulacan, wherein the victim identified as Benjamin Evangelista Y Bartolo, 42 years old, married, tricycle driver, native of Meycauayan City, resident of Block 7 Lot 14 Salcedo Street Villa Grande Subdivision Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.
           
            Follow-up operation conducted by joint elements of Marilao MPS, Sta Maria MPS and Highway Patrol Group, Meycauayan Sub-Office in Area C, Brgy San Martin 2, Sapang Palay, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan resulted to the recovery of nine (9) KAWASAKI BARAKO motorcycles namely; a.) KAWASAKI BARAKO, bearing plate number QV-6045 owned by  LITA F. SONAYA of Road 6 Area G Citrus, Sapang Palay, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan; b.) KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number BI-3122 owned by JESSIE S. DELA CRUZ of Gulac Diffun, Quirino; c.) KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number QN-6468 owned by MICHAEL FULLA of Blk 36 Lot 10 Area G Citrus, Sapang Palay, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan; d.)KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number 6080-WS owned by Cornella Asuncion of Kaong, Silang Cavite; e.) KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number 6094-WF owned by GERALDINE OCAMPO AGUJA of No. 129 Calumpit St., Kayhakat, Sta Maria, Laguna; f.) KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number 1288-DH owned by MARIO O. ABLING of Blk 24 Lot 10 Our Mahogany Village, San Isidro, Cabuyao, Laguna; g.) KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number OP-2464 owned by LAURA P. ESTRADA of No. 742 M. Dela Fuente St., Sampaloc, Manila. Said motorcycles has pertinent papers to its lawful and rightful ownership while two (2) motorcycles were held for verification for its registered owner by Highway Patrol Group (HPG) Meycauayan Sub-Office were h.) KAWASAKI BARAKO with improvised Plate number 038503 with Chassis number BC175B-B39983 and Engine number BC175AEAD1509 and i.) KAWASAKI BARAKO bearing plate number QV-7667, Chassis number BC175A-B95818 and Engine number BC175AEAD1409. Accordingly, the authenticity of the documents of recovered Kawasaki Barako motorcycles are being checked by the elements of Highway Patrol Group, Meycauayan, Bulacan Sub-office.
            The arrested suspect is now presently detained at Marilao MPS. Appropriate complaint is now being prepared against the suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Four (4) Suspects for Violation of Section 5, 11 and 15, Article II of RA 9165 in Meycauayan City

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office PSUPT DAVID NICOLAS POKLAY , COP, Meycauayan City Police Station CPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on March 15, 2015 at around 2:30 AM, elements of Meycauayan CPS conducted Buy-Bust operation along Mc Arthur high way, in front of Medallion Subd, Brgy Saluysoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, which resulted to the arrest of the following persons: a) MAMAO NASED y SARIPADA @ MAMAO, 28 years old, married, DVD vendor, native Marawi City, residing at Medallion Subd, Bry Saluysoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan; b) JUDE NAVARRA y SARA @ TIKBOY, male, 30 years old, jobless, residing at Block 7, Lot 750 Northville 3, Brgy Bayugo, Meycauayan, Bulacan; c) BANIS SULTAN y BURAOS @ BANIS, male, 18 years old, single, DVD vendor, native of Marawi City, resident Medallion Subd, Bry Saluysoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan; and d) ANWAR ESMAIL @ ANWAR, male, 30 years old, fisherman, native of Marawi City, resident Medallion Subd, Bry Saluysoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. MAMAO NASED y SARIPADA @ MAMAO (one of the suspects) was arrested after selling one (1) piece transparent sachet of white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” to a poseur buyer. Recovered from his possession were: a.) one (1) piece of medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” b.) one (1) piece of Php500.00 c.) four (4) pieces of Php1,000.00 used as buy-bust money.
             Recovered from the three (3) other arrested suspects were the following pieces of evidence: a) two (2) pieces of large size transparent heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” from JUDE NAVARRA y SARA @ TIKBOY; b) two (2) pieces of large size transparent heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabufrom BANIS SULTAN y BURAOS @BANIS; and c) two (2) pieces of large size transparent heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” from ANWAR ESMAIL @ ANWAR.
            The arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos Bulacan for laboratory examination. Appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared against the arrested suspect before the City Prosecutors Office, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Bulacan Police’s Lambat Sibat Nets Php 1.25 Million Worth of Shabu and Guns, Suspects Arrested too

In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ENRICO H VARGAS, Chief of Police, Baliwag Municipal Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on March 13, 2015 around 2:15 AM, two (2) suspects were arrested identified as a) JUNEL ACUŇA y VILLEGAS, 30 years old, married (listed as drug pusher) and b) CHRISTOPHER JUAN y VALLES, 26 years old, single, both residents of Tumana, Brgy. San Jose, Baliwag, Bulacan for Violation of R.A. 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition); Sections 5 (Transportation of Dangerous Drug); 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drug) and 12 (Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs) as stated in Article II of R.A. 9165 at Brgy. San Jose, Baliwag, Bulacan.

Initial investigation disclosed that on the said time, date and place, elements of Baliwag MPS led by PSI DIOSDADO PARAGAS LEAL together with four (4) augmented personnel from First Maneuver Platoon, Bulacan PPSC were conducting Checkpoint and OPLAN SITA at the said area when they flagged down one (1) Honda Civic bearing plate no. ZNH 314 for record verification and visual inspection. Upon verification, PSI LEAL initially saw the suspect Junel Acuna drew a pistol (Jericho) from his shoulder bag which prompted the police officers to arrest the suspect. Subsequently, search was made and yielded to the recovery of a transparent plastic pack of white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “Shabu” approximately one fourth kilo with a street value of Php1,250,000.00 and cash money amounting to Php 37,780.00 pesos.

Thereafter, a thorough inspection was conducted and seen in plain view at the flooring of the passenger’s seat of the vehicle where Christopher Juan Valles was seated, was one (1) Uzi machine pistol with 83 live ammunitions. Another firearm described as caliber 9 MM pistol (Jericho) with five (5) magazines and ammunitions was seized.

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan for drug test/laboratory examination and ballistic examination.  Seized cash money, as well as the Honda Civic bearing plate no. ZNH 314 were brought to Baliwag MPS for proper disposition. Cases for Violation of R.A. 10591; and Sections 5 (Transportation of Dangerous Drug), 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drug) and 12 (Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs) in Article II of R.A. 9165 are now being prepared for filing before the Bulacan Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
The implementation of “SOP on Lambat-Sibat Operations” by Bulacan Police continues with significant results, this time on illegal drugs and also firearms.

Arrest of Two (2) Suspects for Robbery (Hold-Up) in Marilao

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT MARCOS CANO RIVERO  COP Marilao Municipal Police (MPS) Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on March 12, 2015 at around 10:35 AM, a case of Robbery (Hold-Up) was reported to Marilao MPS that transpired along Marilao-San Jose Road, near Villaluz Subdivision, Barangay Santa Rosa I, Marilao, Bulacan; wherein the victim was identified as LADY LYNBELARMINO y DELA CRUZ, 27 years old, single, accountant, native and resident of Block 14 Lot 4 Mary Grace Subdivision, Barangay Santa Rosa I, Marilao, Bulacan. The suspects were identified as REGGIE BAUTISTA y LANZUELA alias Regie, 19 years old, single, jobless, native of Valenzuela City and resident of Block 25 Lot 24 Northville 4B, Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan, CARLO BOY LIWANAG y JALIMAO alias Caloy, 18 years old, single, jobless, native of Manila and resident of Block 5 Lot 19 North Ville 4B, Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan and Alias Rodel.
.                 Initial investigation disclosed that, on March 12, 2015 around 4:40 AM,  at the place of occurence, the victim and suspects were on board a pessenger jeepney from Prenza 2, Marilao, Bulacan travelling along the road bound for Mc Arthur Hiway, Marilao, Bulacan. When they reached at Villaluz Subdivision, the suspects pulled a kitchen knife from their waist and one of the suspect point a knife to the driver and announced the heist, he took the earnings of the driver while his cohorts grabbed the bag of the passengers, containing the different ID’s, ATM’s, HTC cellphone worth Php7,000.00 and cash money worth Php500.00 pesos and they get off from the passenger jeep and hurriedly fled on foot towards Gate 4, Barangay Santa Rosa I, Marilao, Bulacan. 
            The victim immediately reported to the station and upon reciept of  said information, elements Marilao MPS conducted a follow-up operation that resulted to the arrest of the two (2) suspects and the recovery of the stolen different ID’s of the victim Lady Lyn such as Pag-Ibig, BPI, Voters, Philhealt, Landbank Cash card, BDO atm debit card, Video sim card, Pouch bag color green/pink, Dental Health Card, Globe G cash card; BIR, Red Cross card, AS san life and Pic card. Recovered from the suspects possession were the assorted ID’s of their victims were identified thru the student ID Card of Daryl May R Claro, Furtune Care Card of Bernal Richard F; BDO atm debit card and Centives card of Francis L. Fajardo, BPI atm, BPI Save up and BDO of Enomar, Bernard, Three (3) improvised weapon (sumpak), black wallet with marked Polo, Three (3) lighters and Four (4) small plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue and scissors. One (1) of the three (3) suspects, a certain Alias Rodel managed to escape. The two (2) arrested suspects and recovered items were brought to Marilao MPS for proper disposition.
            Appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing against the two (2) arrested suspects before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor Malolos City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Wanted Person in Sta. Maria

                        Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RODOLFO CAOILI HERNANDEZ, COP, Sta. Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) the said Chief of Police stated that on March 11, 2015 joint elements of Sta. Maria MPS and Sorsogon PPO, arrested MELCHOR ARDALES Y GRINO, 44 years old, married, construction worker, native of Sorsogon City, presently residing at Brgy. Camangyanan, Sta. Maria, Bulacan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 51, Sorsogon City, under the sala of Hon. Judge JOEL L. MADRID for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 under Criminal Case no. 2001-6236 dated August 18, 2004 and with no bail recommended.  Arrested person was temporarily detained at Sta Maria PS and will be turn over to elements of Sorsogon Police Provincial Office for proper disposition.

Master Forger of Vehicles’ O.R. and C.R.
Arrested by Bulacan Police, Gun Seized too  

        With the marching order and continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALAVARDO and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan chaired by VICE GOVERNOR DANIEL FERNANDO, the Provincial Police Office of Bulacan has significant result again in the fight against criminality, this time against a master forger of Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt of Vehicles.

In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DALE DAUPAN SOLIBA, COP, Plaridel Municipal Police Station MPS the said Chief of Police stated that on March 11, 2015 around 4:00 in the afternoon, James Gabriel y Hipolito, 37 years old, married, businessman, resident of Brgy. Agnaya, Plaridel, Bulacan reported to the police his complaint against the suspect identified as Timothy James Tibajia y Saporteza, 31 yrs old, married, native of San Agustin, San Rafael, Bulacan, residing at No. 5 Project 7, Quezon City for Estafa Thru Falsification of Public Document. Sometime in November 2014, Suspect James presented himself as a fixer and promised to expedite the OR/CR of the victim’s one Tamiya Multi-Cab in exchange for Php 35,000. An initial payment was made in the amount of Php 25,000 for the OR and CR.

The victim however found-out in February of 2015 that the documents (OR and CR) were fake, thus the complaint to the police.

At around 4:30 PM of March 11, 2015, elements of Plaridel Police Station prepared the necessary documents and marked money of Php10,000.00 pesos (the amount as full payment upon delivery by the suspect of the plate number) which was brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, Malolos City, Bulacan for appropriate dusting. At around 6:30 PM of said date, the entrapment operation was conducted against the suspect in Brgy Tabang, Plaridel. The suspect was arrested after receiving the marked money from the victim.

Recovered from the possession of Timothy James Tibajia (suspect) was one unit Armscor Cal.45 pistol with serial number 1142921 with two (2) pieces magazines loaded with fourteen (14) ammunitions. When the suspect was arrested, seven (7) other victims appeared to the station claiming that they were also victimized by Timothy James Tibajia in the night of March 11. Four (4) other victims appeared to complain with the Bulacan Police. Several other persons were believed to have been victimized by the suspect who is obviously notorious.

The suspect is now temporarily detained at Plaridel Police Station. The pieces of evidence were brought and subjected for Lifting of Ultraviolet Fluorescent Powder (Php 10,000) and Ballistic examination (Caliber .45 pistol) in Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office in Malolos City, Bulacan. Appropriate criminal charges against the suspect are now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

For the realization of whole of PNP approach under Lambat Sibat against said Master Forger, the PNP Regional Highway Patrol 3 and Intelligence Division of Police Regional Office 3 has now joined Bulacan Police in the follow-investigation and operations.

Arrest of Suspect for Attempted Homicide in San Rafael

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, COP, San Rafael Municipal Police Station MPS the said Chief of Police stated that on March 9, 2015 at around 9:45 PM, the suspect identified as Reservist Pvt. Jiesly Cajiben y Ebonas, 33 years old, married, a resident of Sitio Korokan Brgy. Pantubig San Rafael, Bulacan for Attempted Homicide. The victim identified as Romar Santos y Panis, 33 years old, married, farmers and a resident of Brgy. Pantubig San Rafael, Bulacan.
            Initial investigation disclosed that, on the aforesaid time, date and place the victim was standing in front of the gate of his house when one (1) red Toyota Corolla, with plate number PPA-168 driven by the suspect together with his companion passed by in front of the victim. After a few minutes, the suspects returned and stopped in front of the victim then opened the car window and fired upon the victim. Thereafter, the suspects immediately fled towards the direction of Barangay Pantubig, San Rafael, Bulacan.
            The victim immediately sought the assistance of Barangay Tanods and San Rafael MPS that resulted to the apprehension of Jiesly Cajiben while the other suspect eluded arrest. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) spent shell of Caliber .45 pistol, however, the firearm was not recovered.
            The arrested suspect together with the recovered evidence was brought to San Rafael MPS and to be submitted at Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for ballistics examination. Criminal complaint for Attempted Homicide was filed against the arrested suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA 10054, RA 10591, BP 6, Resistance and Disobedience to Person in Authority and Direct Assault in Santa Maria

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RODOLFO CAOILI HERNANDEZ, COP, Sta. Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) the said Chief of Police stated that on March 9, 2015 at around 11:20 PM, the suspect identified as Dennis Gimeno y Esteban, 36 years old, married, resident of No. 1172, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Sta. Maria, Bulacan was arrested for  Violation of RA 10054, RA 10591, BP 6, Resistance and Disobedience to Person in Authority and Direct Assault which  transpired in Brgy. Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
            Prior to the arrest, elements of Santa Maria MPS were conducting OPLAN SITA in Barangay Poblacion, Santa Maria, Bulacan, when they flagged down the suspect while riding a single motorcycle for his initial violation of not wearing protective helmet. When the suspect was asked to present the documents of his driven motorcycle, the Police Officer chanced upon to see inside the suspect’s belt bag a grip/handle of a pistol.  Accordingly, upon checking the suspect’s belt bag they discover the following items inside: a) one (1) Armscor caliber .45 pistol with serial number 892832; b) three (3) pieces magazine assembly for caliber .45 pistol; c) twenty one (21) pieces of live ammunition for caliber .45 pistol; and d) one (1) piece folding knife. The suspect presented a firearm license but failed to show his permit to carry a firearm that resulted to his arrest and brought to Santa Maria MPS for further investigation. The suspect also resisted while being arrested and hit PO1 Herbert Linoy Hernandez.
             Appropriate criminal complaints against the suspect are now being filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Murder in Bustos

        Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCINSP ISAGANI VENTURA ENRIQUEZ, COP, Bustos Municipal Police Station MPS the said Chief of Police stated that on March 10, 2015 suspect identified as Christian Cruz Y Santos Alyas “Sonny”, 33 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Bonga Menor, Bustos, Bulacan was arrested for Murder. The shooting incident was reported to Bustos MPS transpired at around 3:00 AM, at Barangay Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan, wherein the victim identified as Jose Rex De Leon Y Miranda, 39 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Tibagan, Bustos, Bulacan.
             
            Initial investigation disclosed that, on March 10, 2015 around 2:45 AM, victim together with his cousin Nelson Miranda Y Payuran, 48 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan on board of a red Yamaha MXI motorcycle, plate number 7187 JW, upon reaching Bustos-Baliwag Bridge, the suspect driving a white Honda City car, with plate number RAL 852, suddenly drove closer to the victim’s motorcycle. Subsequently, the suspect opened his car window and successively shot the victim two (2) times on his head & left shoulder. Thereafter, the suspect hurriedly fled towards Brgy. Bonga Menor, Bustos, Bulacan. The victim was rushed to Sto. Niño Hospital, Bustos, Bulacan by his cousin but pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician.  The witness immediately reported the incident to Bustos MPS and gave the vital information of the vehicle used by the suspect. Subsequently, a hot pursuit operation was conducted by the elements of Bustos MPS that resulted to the apprehension of the suspect. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) spent shell for Caliber 45 pistol.
            The arrested suspect is presently under the custody of Bustos MPS while appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of Sections 5 & 11 Article II of RA 9165 in Bocaue

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT GANABAN CUMAYOG ALI, COP, Bocaue Municipal Police Station (MPS) the said Chief of Police stated that  on March 9, 2015 about 9:30 A.M. personnel of Bocaue MPS in coordination with Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3 conducted anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Bunducan, Bocaue, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as Ibrahim Macabago Y Disalo, 26 years old, with live-in partner, construction worker, resident of the aforesaid place.
            Initial investigation disclosed that, on the date, time, and place, the suspect was arrested after he sold one (1) sachet of white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” to poseur buyer. Confiscated from the suspect were the following pieces of evidence: a) Php500.00 bill marked money and another b) two (2) sachets of transparent heat-sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as  “shabu”. The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, Malolos City, Bulacan for drug/laboratory examinations.
            Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA 10591in Bulakan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCINSP REYNALDO A MAGDALUYO, CIDT Bulacan, reports that on March 8, 2015 at around 5:45 AM, joint elements of Bulacan CIDT and PIB, Bulacan, PPO conducted police operation Oplan Lambat Sibat in Barangay Dulo, Taliptip, Bulakan, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as Bernardo Fernando Y Evangelista, male, 40 years old,  married and a resident of No. 235 Dulo, Taliptip, Bulakan, Bulacan for Violation of RA 10591. Seized from the possession and control of the suspect were the following items; a) One (1) Cal.45 Armscor (Buddy) with SN 960781; b) one (1) Cal.45 Norinco with SN 246PH11; c) three (3) pieces of magazine assembly for Cal.45; d) forty seven (47) pieces of live ammunitions for Cal.45; e)one (1) shoulder bag (Color Gray); and f) one (1) ammunition box (Small plastic).

            The arrested suspect was brought to Bulacan CIDT office for documentation and proper disposition while appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City Bulacan.

Arrest of Top 1 Most Wanted Person in Angat

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCI CHRISTOPHER CANDIDO DELA CRUZ COP, Angat  Municipal Police Station (MPS), the said Chief of Police stated that on  March 2, 2015 at around 6:20 AM, in Brgy Magsasaka, San Fernando, Masbate, elements of San Fernando Police Station, Masbate arrested one (1) DANNY RAMIREZ Y CAPARIÑO by virtue of the warrant of arrest dated December 26, 2012, issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 11, Malolos City, Bulacan with criminal case number 2950-M-2011 for the crime of Murder with NO bail recommended. Around 8:00 AM of same date, San Fernando Police Station, Masbate informed Angat MPS that subject person was arrested. Upon receipt of information, elements of Angat MPS immediately went to San Fernando, Masbate to pick-up the subject person. On March 5, 2015 around 5:00 AM, elements of Angat MPS returned to Angat MPS together with DANNY RAMIREZ. The accused is the top 1 most wanted person in the municipality of Angat, Bulacan and now presently detained at Angat MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Suspect for Murder (Hacking) in Meycauayan City

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID NICOLAS POKLAY COP, Meycauayan City Police Station CPS, the said COP stated that on March 3, 2015 about 11:00 PM, a case of Murder transpired at No. 373 Colonel Castro Street Barangay Longos, Marilao, Bulacan wherein the two (2) victims were identified as a.) Ronald Frago ‘Y Conge, male, 42 years old, married, welder, and residing at Baldibas Compound Barangay Longos, Meycauayan City Bulacan; and b.) Jerry Ruiz ‘Y Urian, male, 47 years old, married, tricycle driver, and residing at Conquila Street Barangay Longos, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. The arrested suspect was identified as Danilo Jimenez ‘Y Bala, male, 34 years old, with live-in partner, jobless, native of Tarlac City, residing at No. 373 Colonel Castro Street Barangay Longos, Meycauayan City Bulacan. Upon receipt of the report, personnel of Meycauayan CPS promptly responded which resulted to the arrest of the suspect and recovery of the samurai (measuring 35 inches including the handle) from his possession.
            Initial investigation disclosed that, prior to the arrest of the suspect; about 8:00 PM of same date, victims together with the suspect and two (2) others were having drinking session inside the backyard of the suspect. At about 11:00 PM of same date, Frago got drunk and fell asleep on the table. Suspect went inside his house and took his bladed weapon (samurai) then treacheROUSLY hacked Frago while sleeping. Victim Ruiz pacified the suspect but the latter continuously hacked Frago. Then, suspect faced and hacked Ruiz in the different parts of his body.
             Frago sustained multiple hacked wounds to the different parts of his body which caused his instantaneous death while Ruiz sustained multiple hacked wounds and brought to Malolos Medical Center for medication. The cadaver of Frago was brought to Gomez-Olarte Funeral Homes at Barangay Poblacion, Meycauayan City, Bulacan for authopsy.

            Appropriate criminal complaint against the arrested suspect is now being filed before the Office of the City Prosecutor Meycuayan City Bulacan.

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT MARCOS CANO RIVERO COP, Marilao Municipal Police Station (MPS), the said Chief of Police stated that on March 4, 2015 about 5:45 P.M in Meralco Village Barangay Lias, Marilao, Bulacan, personnel of Marilao PS arrested Dante De Leon Y De Leon, 40 years old, with live-in partner, Networking Agent, native of Manila, and a resident of Mac Arthur Hi-way Poblacion 2, Marilao Bulacan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Benjamin D TURGANO of RTC Branch 15, Laoag City, dated January 9, 2003 in Criminal Case 10199-15 for the crime of Carnapping.
            Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect was placed under arrest, when he was subjected for body search, suspect yielded one (1) heat-sealed plastic sachet suspected “shabu.”. The arrested suspect and the seized evidence was brought to Crime Laboratory Office, Malolos City, Bulacan for laboratory examinations.

             Appropriate criminal complaint against the arrested suspect is now being filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor Office.

Arrest of Three (3) Suspects for Violation of Section 5 Article II of RA 9165 in Paombong

        Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCINSP DAVID DAYAO ARCEGA COP, Paombong Municipal Police Station (MPS), the said Chief of Police stated that on March 4, 2015 at about 3:45 P.M, personnel of Paombong MPS in coordination with PDEA Region 3 conducted anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Kapitangan, Paombong, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of the three (3) suspects identified as follows; 1.) Rex Salonga y Sumayod @ Rex, 35 years old, married, resident of 308 Purok 5 Barangay San Isidro, Hagonoy, Bulacan; 2) Ryan Panganiban y Pineda 33 years old, married, resident 234 Barangay Iba Uli-Uli Bagong Ilog, Hagonoy Bulacan; and 3) Catherine Bawanan y Salambilay 38 years old, married, and resident of 84 Barangay San Jose, Calumpit, Bulacan.
             
            Initial investigation disclosed that the suspects were arrested after conniving each other in selling one (1) sachet of suspected “shabu” to a police officer who acted as a poseur buyer. When suspects were subjected for body search, the Php500.00 bill marked money was recovered from the possession of Rex. Also, confiscated from the possession of Catherine was one (1) sachet of suspected “shabu”.
            The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, Camp Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan for laboratory examinations.
             Appropriate criminal complaint against the arrested suspects is now being file before the Provincial Prosecutor.

Arrest of Two (2) Suspects for Robbery and Violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping) in Guiguinto

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ERNESTO DEL ROSARIO CRUZ COP, Guiguinto Municipal Police Station( MPS), the said Chief of Police stated that on March 3, 2015 at around 2:00 AM, case of Robbery and Motornapping incident transpired in # 212 Barangay Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified as John Ron Caballero y Ferrer, 28 years old, single, and resident of the above cited address. The arrested suspects were identified as Jay Ar Villavicencio y Nayve, 25 years old, married and a resident of # 328 San Miguel Street, Barangay Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan and Rodelio Oliveros, 25 years old and a resident of Banga 2nd, Plaridel, Bulacan.
             Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was sleeping inside his house together with his friend Jeffrey Boadilla.  The victim woke up and went outside of their room where he saw the suspect Rodelio. Victim shouted while running towards his room but the suspect chased him and pointed a kitchen knife to his neck. In that instance, Jeffrey was awakened by the commotion and the suspect turned his attention to him and pointed the knife to his neck. Suspect ordered John Ron to hand all his valuables to him. Suspects carted away the following items a.)1 piece I-Pod  b.)1piece Opo phone (touch screen) c.)1piece Samsung cellphone (analog) d.)1 piece Cherry Mobile (analog) e.)cash amounting to Php 38,000.00 f.) assorted branded T-shirts  g.) 2 pieces Tribu Sandals.  The suspects were about to flee when the victims heard Jay Ar who was outside the house and shouted “kunin mo ang motorsiklo”. Suspect Rodelio returned to the victims and took the motorcycle described as a black/red/white Honda Wave 100, plate number 7969 PH, engine number KVR01E041876, chassis number KVR11041869 and registered to Alindahaw, Saturnino  of Green Breeze 2 City Land Sta Maria, Bulacan.
            Guiguinto MPS conducted follow up operation at San Miguel Street, Brgy Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan (residence of Jay Ar Villavicencio) at about 9:00 am of same date that resulted to the arrest of Jay Ar Villavicencio and Rodelio Oliveros and the recovery of the carnapped motorcycle from their possession and control while the other suspects eluded arrest.
            Appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the two (2) arrested suspects before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, Malolos Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Frustrated Murder and Violation for BP 6 (Illegal Possession of Bladed, Pointed or Blunt Weapons) in Sta. Maria

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RODOLFO CAOILI HERNANDEZ COP, Sta Maria Municipal Police Station ( MPS), the said Chief of Police stated that on March 3, 2015 at around 2:20 PM, a radio call from Barangay Officials of San Vicente, Sta. Maria, Bulacan  received by Sta. Maria MPS informing  a stabbing incident transpired in their Barangay. The victim was a minor name and (address withheld) 16 years old, student, The suspect was identified as Jeffrey Auayang Y Regondala, 28 years old, single, jobless, native of Santiago, Isabela, and presently residing at Block 11, Lot 11, Dolmar Golden Hills Subdivision, Barangay San Vicente, Santa Maria, Bulacan.
            Initial investigation disclosed that at around 1: 30 PM of March 3, 2015 the victim and the suspect crossed their path along Block 11 of said subdivision, suddenly the suspect drew a knife from his waist then stabbed the victim five (5) times but the victim managed to run towards Barangay Hall of San Vicente while the suspect fled towards their house after the incident.  The victim sustained stab-wounds on his right arm and was brought to Rogaciano Mercado Memorial Hospital in Poblacion, Sta Maria, Bulacan for medical treatment but later transferred to Jose Reyes Hospital for further treatment. The responding Mobile Patrol team arrested the suspect and recovered from his possession was one (1) kitchen knife believed to be used by the suspect. Further investigation revealed that on March 2, 2015 at around 7:30  PM, the victim and his mother were having a conversation with their neighbour which is near suspect’s house, suddenly the suspect reacted and shouted to quote: “HOY AKO BA ANG PINAG- UUSAPAN NYO, GUSTO MO PATAYIN KITA”, the mother of the victim advice not to response but to go home.
            Appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the arrested suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, Malolos Bulacan.

Motornapper Arrested, 21 Motorcycle, 4 Tricycle and 8 Sidecars Seized by Bulacan PNP’s Lambat Sibat

                   The continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALVARADO and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan chaired by VICE GOVERNOR DANIEL FERNANDO to the Provincial Police Office of Bulacan has significant result against motornapping.
            In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DALE DAUPAN SOLIBA COP, Plaridel MPS the said Chief of Police stated that on March 3, 2015 at around 1:00 pm, one Joanne Temblique y Bautista, 37 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of #79F Estrella Street, Barangay San Juan, Malolos City, Bulacan personally appeared at Plaridel MPS and reported that her motorcycle one (1) Motorstar Star X 125-III, with plate number 4119 QA was carnapped on February 22, 2015 at around 4:00 PM which was parked inside her residence. She later learned that her motorcycle is in the possession of @DORO at JIL Compound, Barangay Agnaya, Plaridel, Bulacan. Thereafter she confronted @DORO but the latter refused to return the said motorcycle if she will not redeem it in exchange of Php.3,000.00.
            With said information received, Plaridel MPS coordinated with Malolos MPS to conduct an entrapment operation against @DORO. Marked money of Php.3,000.00 was prepared and brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, Malolos City for Dusting of Ultraviolet Florescent Powder. Upon preparation of the necessary documents/materials, an entrapment operation was conducted against the suspect @DORO at his compound by joint elements of Plaridel MPS led by PINSP ROMULUS C DEL ROSARIO under the supervision of PSUPT DALE D SOLIBA, COP, Plaridel MPS and elements of Malolos Police Station. As a result of the operation, suspect who was later identified as JOMEL MARCELINO Y PEÑAFLOR @DORO, 32 yrs old, single with live-in partner, businessman, native and a resident of JIL Compound, Brgy Agnaya, Plaridel, Bulacan was arrested after receiving the marked money from the victim. Recovered from the house of the suspect was the victim’s carnapped motorcycle, one Motorstar Star X 125-III bearing plate number 4119 QA which was turned over to Bulacan Highway Patrol Group for proper disposition.
            Subsequently, a search based on plain view was made at the house, same compound and in the adjacent lot which was already supported by PPSC and HPT Bulacan which yielded four (4) tricycles, twenty (20) motorcycles and eight (8) sidecars and all items were properly turned over to Bulacan Highway Patrol Group for proper disposition.
            Suspect was brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office in Malolos City, Bulacan for lifting of Ultraviolet Florescent Powder. Appropriate criminal charge is being prepared for filing in court against the arrested suspect and follow-up investigation is being conducted.
            The operation was jointly conducted by Bulacan Police Provincial Office supported by High-way Patrol Group against the said motornapping syndicate.

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ENRICO HUELBA VARGAS, COP, Baliuag Municipal Police Station (MPS) the said Chief of Police stated that  on March 2, 2015 around 4:20 PM, elements of Baliuag MPS arrested the suspect identified as Leo Carlo Umali Y Villangca, 33 years old, single, jobless, a resident of A. Mabini Street Sabang, Baliwag, Bulacan for Violation of R.A. 4136 (Driving without license, Unregistered vehicle), R.A. 10054 (No Helmet), Article 151 of RPC (Resistance and Disobedience to an Agent of Person in Authority) and Section 5 (Transportation of Dangerous Drug) and 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drug) in Article II of R.A. 9165 occurred in Osmena Street, Barangay Sabang, Baliwag, Bulacan on March 2, 2014 at about 4:00 PM.
            Initial investigation disclosed that on the said time, date and place, while elements of Baliwag MPS were conducting Checkpoint/OPLAN SITA at the said area they saw the suspect on board a Yamaha Mio motorcycle bearing plate number 2398RN without a helmet, the checkpoint team flagged down the suspect but he alighted from his motorcycle and run away that prompted the police officer to chase the suspect and resulted to his arrest.
Upon verification, the suspect failed to present his driver’s license and also discovered that his driven motorcycle was not registered.  Confiscated from the suspect were the following pieces of evidence: a) one (1) cylindrical container containing one (1) small plastic sachet of white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu”, suspected b) dried marijuana leaves and c) fruiting tops.

The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for laboratory examination, while the Yamaha Mio motorcycle is now under the custody of Baliwag MPS.

Appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the arrested suspect before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Son Arrested for Attempted Rape in SJDM

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT CHARLIE APIL CABRADILLA COP, SJDM CPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 25, 2015 at about 11:40 PM, a case of Attempted Rape was reported to SJDM CPS that transpired at Blk 8, Brgy Gumaoc Central, CSJDM, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified as EMILY LOZADA y VALENCIA, 62 years old, presently residing at Blk 8, Brgy Gumaoc Central, CSJDM, Bulacan. The arrested suspect was identified as ROBERTO LOZADA y VALENCIA, (victim’s son) 27 years old, presently residing at Blk 8, Brgy Gumaoc Central, CSJDM, Bulacan.

            Initial Investigation disclosed that on February 25, 2015 at about 03:00 PM, while the victim was sleeping in their house the suspect covered her face with a pillow and removed her shorts and underwear. Fortunately, when the suspect was about to rape her, the victim’s youngest daughter saw the incident that prompted her daughter to seek the assistance of SJDM CPS that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

            The arrested suspect was brought to SJDM CPS for proper disposition while criminal complaint for Attempted Rape was filed against the suspect before the Office of the City Prosecutor, SJDM City, Bulacan.

Violation of Section 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165 in San Ildefonso

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT  ANGEL LACAYANGA GARCILLANO, COP San Ildefonso, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 26, 2015 at around 4:30 PM, personnel of San Ildefonso MPS conducted an anti-illegal drugs (buy-bust) operation in Brgy. Lapnit, San Ildefoso, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as RENIER REYES y PUNZALAN 35 years old, married and a resident of Brgy. Lapnit, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. 

            The suspect was arrested after selling one heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” to a poseur buyer in exchange of Php500.00. Seized from his possession were another one (1) a) transparent plastic heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” confiscated in possession of suspect; b) one (1) transparent plastic heat sealed sachet containing suspected marijuana dried leaves; c) one (1) transparent plastic heat sealed sachet containing suspected  dried marijuana seeds d) one (1) Php500. bill marked money  e) three (3) lighter  with markings JPD-f) one glass tooter with markings g) four (4) aluminum foil containing suspected shabu/marijuana residue.

            The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidences were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination. Appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the arrested suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Two (2) Suspects for Violation of R.A. 4136, R.A. 10054, Resistance and Disobedience to an Agent of Person in Authority and RA 9165 in Baliwag

 Reports that on February 26, 2015 around 5:30 PM, personnel of Baliwag MPS conducted Checkpoint/OPLAN Sita along Barrera St., Brgy. Poblacion, Baliwag, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as SONNY ISIDRO y ANGOB, 34 years old, jobless and a resident of Zone 3, Brgy. Bagong Nayon, Baliwag, Bulacan for Violation of R.A. 4136, R.A. 10054, Resistance and Disobedience to an Agent of Person in Authority and Section 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165.

             Initial investigation disclosed that on the said time, date and place, while personnel of Baliwag MPS were conducting Checkpoint/OPLAN Sita  flagged down the suspect with black body bag on board a Suzuki motorcycle bearing plate number 9093-YF for his initial violation for not wearing helmet. The suspect alighted on his driven motorcycle and tried to escape but the personnel of Baliwag MPS chased him that resulted to his arrest. During verification, the suspect failed to present his driver’s license and they discovered that his driven motorcycle was unregistered. Seized from the suspect’s possession were two (2) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu”.

            The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Baliwag MPS. Appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Two (2) Suspects for Violation of RA 6539 (Carnapping) in Angat

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCI CHRISTOPHER CANDIDO DELA CRUZ COP, Angat MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 25, 2015 at around 10:40 AM, a concerned citizen personally appeared to Angat MPS and reported a case for Violation of RA 6539 transpired in Barangay San Roque, Angat, Bulacan. The arrested suspects were identified as Melvin Dela Cruz y Labro @ Michael, 34 years old, single, bus driver and a resident of Barangay Sta. Cruz Angat, Bulacan and Edwin Veroy y Laurina, 35 years old, single, bus driver and resident of Brgy. San Roque Angat, Bulacan. 

            Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, suspect @ Michael brought one (1)RUSI motorcycle, color red to the house of the reportee at Barangay San Roque, Angat, Bulacan, since the sticker was obviously removed by force, the reportee suspected that the said motorcycle was illegally obtained therefore he reported the matter to Angat MPS. Upon receipt of the report, personnel of Angat MPS were dispatched and preceded to the house of the reportee wherein the two suspects were staying. The suspects were arrested and recovered from their possession was the carnapped Rusi motorcycle and sidecar.

            Appropriate criminal complaints for Violation of RA 6539 are now being prepared for filing against the arrested suspects before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA 10591 in Meycuayan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID NICOLAS POKLAY COP, Meycauayan CPS the said Chief of Police stated that on February 25, 2015 at around 5:30 PM, a case for Violation of RA 10591 occurred in Barangay Salusoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. The arrested suspect was identified as Cecilio Faustino Y’ Macarasig, 58 years old, married, bussinessman, native of and a resident of #142 Cadena De Amor Street, Barangay Saluysoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

             Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that while the elements of Meycauayan CPS were conducting Checkpoint Operation, they flagged down the suspect onboard a Yamaha EZ with temporary plate no. 138010, color white for not wearing helmet. Police officer approached the suspect and asked the driver’s license and papers of his motorcycle for verification. While scrutinizing, the officer noticed that the said person has a firearm tucked on his waist. Immediately thereafter, the officers confiscated the firearms and asked for the license and permit to carry outside of residence but the suspect only showed an expired firearms license card prompting the police officers to arrest the suspect and brought to Meycauayan CPS for proper disposition.

            Confiscated from the suspect was one (1) caliber .9mm model 750B CZ pistol, with serial number BG739 loaded with sixteen (16) live ammunitions.

            Criminal complaint for Violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition) is now being filed in court against the suspect.

Three (3) Bulacan Police Operations within Eight (8) Hours Nets Wanted Persons, Firearms and Armed Encounters Resulting to Death of Criminals

                   The continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALVARADO and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan chaired by VICE GOVERNOR DANIEL FERNANDO to the Provincial Police Office of Bulacan has significant results again in the fight against criminals. There were three (3) police operations in San Jose Del Monte City within a span of 8 hours. These were;

  1. In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Chief of Police San Jose Del Monte PS, the said COP stated that at 10:00 PM of February 25, 2015 a case of Robbery hold-up transpired along EVR road, Sampol market, Brgy Bagong Buhay 2, CSJDM, Bulacan.

      Investigation disclosed that on the said date time and place the victim identified as Danilo Escaros y Felices, was driving a private jeep bearing plate no. VAD 243, when the suspect identified as alias Aladdin, on board a single motorcycle armed with .38 cal. firearm pointed a gun against the victim and declared a hold-up. Two (2) SWAT of Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) who were on patrol responded immediately to the incident. The suspect opened fire against the responding policemen who fired back causing gunshot wounds to the suspect’s left chest and other parts of the body. The suspect was immediately rushed to the hospital at CSJDM, Bulacan and is on serious condition.

At 4:40 AM of Feb 26, 2015, three (3) murder suspects were arrested at Sitio Cariapay, Brgy Dulong Bayan, SJDM, Bulacan, by the joint elements of La Union Provincial Intelligence Branch (LUPIB), Agoo Municipal Police Station (MPS), Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) 1, San Jose Del Monte (SJDM) City Police Station (CPS) together with the Brgy officials of Dulong Bayan. The arrested suspects were identified as 1) Eduardo Gayo y Cabuag, 65yrs old; 2) Demetrio Gayo y Dulatre, 42 yrs old, and 3) Noel Gayo y Dulatre all residents of San Nicolas East, Agoo, La Union who were responsible for a recent case of Multiple Murder and Multiple Frustrated Murder in Brgy Capas, Agoo, La Union last Feb 24, 2015. After the murders, they tried to hide in SJDM but were eventually traced and arrested by the said joint police team.

The arrested suspects were brought to SJDM CPS for documentation prior to their transport to Agoo,La Union with police escorts.

  1. 230 members of Bulacan Police Provincial Office augmented by Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB) and Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs SOTF led by PD Bulacan (PSSUPT FERDINAND O. DIVINA) implemented a search warrant with mobile checkpoints, OPLAN Galugad (against wanted persons and suspects), OPLAN Bulabog (for undocumented or stolen motorcycles) and OPLAN Sita/Bakal (for illegal firearms) including PNP LOI Kontra Droga at a 250 meter square area reported to be hide-outs of notorious criminals at the boundary of SJDM and Norzagaray, as part of Bulacan Police and PRO3 serious implementation of PNP OPLAN LAMBAT SIBAT, which resulted to two (2) armed encounters where three (3) suspected criminals were killed, seizure/recovery of nine (9) assorted firearms (cal. 45, cal. 38, cal. 22, 9mm and shot gun), 14 undocumented/illegal motorcycles, 2 tricycles and several sachet of illegal drugs. The said area covers Sitio Gulod, Brgy Minuyan, San Jose del Monte City and Brgy Bigte of Norzagaray in Bulacan.

Killed in the two (2) armed encounters were Alyas Pogi and Alyas Lincu and Alyas Lakay.

Arrest of Three (3) Suspects for Violation of RA 9165 in Pulilan and Norzagaray

                    CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- the Bulacan Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director has significant results again in the campaign against illegal drugs. 

            PULILAN MPS (PSUPT LEON VICTOR ZAMORA ROSETE) reports that on February 21, 2015 about 11:30 PM, a case for violation of Section 11 Article II of RA 9165 transpired in Barangay Longos, Pulilan, Bulacan wherein the arrested suspects were identified as Amado David y Rosales, @ Amping, 32 years old, married, tricycle driver, and resident of Barangay Gatbuca, Calumpit, Bulacan and Gerald Melo y Reyes, @ Tokwa, 37 years old, married, tricycle driver, and resident of Barangay Pungo, Calumpit, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that personnel of Pulilan PS were conducting OPLAN Salubong Madaanan when they noticed a Kawasaki tricycle bearing Plate No. ON 4303 driven by the suspects recklessly speed up upon seeing the mobile patrol prompting to lawmen to chase them, when they were frisked, two (2) small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu were confiscated from the possession of Amado while one (1) small heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu was confiscated from the possession of Gerald.

            The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for laboratory examinations. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspects is being prepared for filing in court.

            NORZAGARAY MPS (PSUPT RAFMIL DELA PAZ CORPUZ) reports that on February 22, 2015 about 4:30 AM, cases for violation of RA 9165 and RA 4136 transpired in Barangay Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan wherein the arrested suspects are Ronaldo Torres Y Dela Rosa, 34 years old, single and Freddie Ignacio Y Hernandez, 30 years old, married, driver; both residents of Bagong Nayon, Baliuag, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that personnel of Norzagaray PS was conducting OPLAN Sita when they flagged down the suspects for initial violation of “out of line” while driving a Bajaj motorcycle with sidecar bearing Plate Number 9636-SF. Instead of stopping, the driver tried to evade the police. While chasing the suspects, the police officers saw a plastic sachet thrown by Ronaldo Torres who was inside the sidecar. After a brief chase, the suspects were placed under arrest. When the plastic sachet was inspected, it contained white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing .1017 grams. When Freddie (driver) was asked about the pertinent documents of the tricycle, he failed to show any.

            The arrested suspects and evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory office for laboratory examinations. Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are being prepared for filing in court.

Arrest of Two (2) Suspects for Drug Possession in Meycuayan and Angat

            CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- the Bulacan Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director has significant results again in the campaign against illegal drugs. 

            MEYCUAYAN CPS (PSUPT DAVID NICOLAS POKLAY, COP) reports that on February 19, 2015 at around 3:00 PM, personnel of Meycauayan CPS conducted Oplan Salubong/Madaanan at Block 8, Northville 3, Brgy Bayugo, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, that resulted to the arrest of JOEY BOY DELA CRUZ y HERNANDEZ, 21 years old, live in, motorcycle mechanic, native of Bocaue Bulacan, and a resident of Bancal Extention, Brgy Bancal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect was arrested after being flagged down for not wearing helmet and driving a motorcycle with no plate number and consequently caught in plain view while in possession of three (3) pieces of medium size heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected “shabu”. Seized from the suspect’s possession were three (3) pieces of medium size transparent heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected “shabu” and one (1) color white and orange RACAL scooter without plate number.

            The arrested suspect and the seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination, while appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing against him before the Office of City Prosecutor, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

            ANGAT MPS (PCI CHRISTOPHER CANDIDO DELA CRUZ, COP) reports that on February 19, 2015 at around 4:00 AM, personnel of Angat MPS conducted Oplan Salubong/Madaanan/Checpoint at Barangay Binagbag Angat Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of Fiderco Santiago y Placido, 34, years of age, driver, married, of Brgy. San Roque Angat Bulacan .

            Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect was flagged down by the personnel of Angat MPS for not wearing helmet while on board a motorcycle. During verification, the suspect was asked for his driver’s license and other pertinent documents of his motorcycle and when he pulled out his black wallet in his right pocket a medium size plastic fell on the ground. The suspect tried to hide it with his right foot but the personnel of Angat MPS asked what his hiding, the police saw the plastic containing the alleged shabu that prompted them to arrest the suspect. Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were three (3) medium heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected shabu and one (1) empty medium plastic sachet.

            The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidences were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination. A case of possession of illegal drugs was filed against him before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Found Dead Person in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RODOLFO C HERNANDEZ, COP, Sta. Maria MPS the said Chief of Police stated that on February 19, 2015 at around 6:00 PM, Sta Maria MPS received an information thru a radio call from Barangay Parada that a dead body was found at Malabon St., Ibayong Tabon, Brgy. Parada, Santa Maria, Bulacan.   Upon receipt of the information, personnel of Sta Maria Police were immediately dispatched to verify the report and conduct investigation.

            Verification in the crime scene revealed a drum filled with cement and covered with sack. When the police lifted the cover of the drum unpleasant odor from the drum was smelled. Because of the foul odor, personnel of Sta. Maria MPS cut out the other side of the drum to check the contents, until they saw a head and hand of a person. Elements of Sta Maria police immediately seek the assistance of a SOCO Team from the Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for crime scene investigation. 
           
            Furthermore, the victim was placed inside the drum burnt and filled with cement, face and gender cannot be distinguished. The victim has a tattoo on his/her left hand marked “GL”. The cadaver of the victim was brought to Superior Funeral Homes in By-Pass Road, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Santa Maria, Bulacan for autopsy examination.   

            Continuous investigation is still ongoing.

Armed Encounter by Joint Elements of Bulacan Police and 48th IB of Army - Guns Recovered and 1 Suspect Killed

            The continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALVARADO and the Sangguaniang Panlalawigan chaired by VICE GOVERNOR DANIEL FERNANDO to the Provincial Police Office of Bulacan has a significant result again in the fight against criminals.
            In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT CHARLIE A CABRADILLA, Chief of Police San Jose Del Monte PS, the said COP stated that a case of Robbery with Intimidation transpired on February 18, 2015 at around 9:10 pm in Purok 4, Brgy. Paradise 3, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The victims were identified as PFC Junky Hidalgo Y Garcia, 28 years old, single, member of Philippine Army (PA), native of La Union and a resident of Brgy. San Isidro, City of SJDM, Bulacan and PFC Jonald Lintac Y Villanueva, 30 years old, married, also a member of PA, native of Sultan Kudarat and a resident of Brgy. San Isidro, CSJDM, Bulacan. While the suspects were identified as Ramillo Uclaray Y Princena (Killed), 32 years old and resident of Buguey, Cagayan, one (1) @ BUNSO (other data unknown) and one (1) unidentified male person (both at-large).
Initial investigation disclosed that on the said date, time and place of occurrence while the victims were conducting Peace and Development Team (PDT) operation, the suspects came armed with guns onboard a Mitsubishi Delica Van with plate number RAC 680 (color black) and at gun point took the caliber .45 pistols of the two (2) victims then fled towards the direction of Igay Road in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan. 
Immediately after the incident, the PDT Alpha Company, Philippine Army and PNP personnel of SJDM CPS jointly conducted a hot pursuit operation against the suspected robbery holdup and gun for hire group. By their prompt response, an armed encounter ensued and as a result, one (1) of the suspects identified as Ramillo Uclaray was killed while his two (2) cohorts managed to escape. Subsequently, at around 12:30 in the morning of February 19, 2015, a team of SOCO from the Bulacan Crime Laboratory arrived and processed the crime scene. Follow-up investigation and operation is being continued.
Recovered from the crime scene were the following pieces of evidence: (a) one (1) caliber .45 PT 1911 Taurus pistol with serial number NDP0517 owned by PFC Junky Hidalgo, (b) one (1) UZI machine pistol with serial number S91027702 with long magazine loaded with live ammunition of caliber 9mm, (c) 20 pieces fired cartridges from M16 rifle, (d) one (1) piece live ammunition from M16 rifle (e) one (1) fired cartridge from caliber 9mm and the said get-away vehicle (Delica Van).  
            This remarkable accomplishment jointly conducted by Bulacan Police and 48th IB of the Philippine Army against armed and dangerous robbery/holdup group is proof of the readiness and firm resolve to curb criminality in the Province of Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Robbery with Homicide in Pandi

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCI VICTOR G BERNABE COP, Pandi MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 15, 2015 at around 9:00 AM, the lifeless body of one (1) FEDILINO FABROS y PANIMBATAN, 60 years old, widower, OFW from USA was discovered by his neighbors ROBERT MONSAYAC and MARILOU GATUZ lying on the ground inside the master’s bedroom of his house located at No.051 Barangay Bagbaguin, Pandi, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the said report elements of Pandi MPS immediately dispatched to conduct investigation.

            Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was last seen at around 5:00 PM on February 13, 2015 at the terrace of his house as narrated by witness Marilou, after that the victim was no longer seen by his neighbors until the time of discovery of the crime scene. According to the personnel of Pandi MPS the theory in this case is a “crime of passion” due to the testimonies of relatives of the victim that he had an intimate relationship with another person identified as REGIE GATUZ y CRUZ, 23 years old, married, jobless. According to the relatives of the victim no sign of missing personal belongings was noticed and that when they opened the personal cellular phone of the victim, they have read a message from Regie asking for forgiveness for his threats against the victim.
           
            SOCO team from the Provincial Crime Laboratory Office of Bulacan PPO arrived and processed the crime scene. The victim suffered from multiple stub wounds in the different parts of his body while several blood stains and droplets was found all over the house of the victim. The cadaver of the victim was brought to Superior Funeral Services located at Plaridel, Bulacan for autopsy and examination.

            In a pursuit operation on February 16, 2015 at about 11:30 AM conducted by personnel of Pandi MPS in coordination with Solano Municipal Police Station, Cagayan resulted to the apprehension of suspect REGINO GATUZ y CRUZ.

            Further, with the advent discovery of several missing jewelries and undetermined amount of cash money in different denomination, the case for Murder was modified into a Roberry with Homicide which was filed as INQUEST proceedings docketed under NPS III-04-INQ-15B-00238 handled by Hon. Pros. Avelino Basco.

Arrest of Suspect for Qualified Theft (one (1) unit of Ford Ranger) in Malolos

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ARWIN MOLINA TADEO COP, Malolos CPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 4, 2015 at about 9:00 PM, a case Qualified Theft occurred in Grand Royale Subdivision, Barangay Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified as BLODELLA SNELL y CORTEZ, 61 years old, married, retired nurse and resident of No. 275 Pitonia Street, Grand Royale Subdivision, Barangay Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan. Whereas the arrested suspect was identified as MELVIN MENDOZA y RUEDAS, 38 years old, married, driver, native of Tikalan. San Juan, Batangas and resident of Cagayan Valley Road, Barangay Santa Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that the victim bought a one (1) unit of Ford Ranger 4x2 2.2L model 2015 color black mica from FORD Tarlac Branch amounting to Php 1,299.000.00 on February 04, 2015. Further, the victim directed the suspect as her driver to temporarily keep the vehicle because they don’t have a garage at their house in the subdivision. After 13 days, the suspect never came back and the vehicle was never seen from then on by the owner.  On February 17, 2015 at around 10:30 AM the victim reported to Malolos CPS regarding the incident and immediately elements of Malolos CPS coordinated with Guiguinto MPS and conducted manhunt operation against the suspect that resulted to his arrest and the subsequent recovery of the stolen vehicle in his house at Cagayan Valley Road, Barangay Santa Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

            Appropriate criminal complaint against the arrested suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Office of the Prosecutors, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Robbery with Homicide in Pandi

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCI VICTOR G BERNABE COP, Pandi MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 15, 2015 at around 9:00 AM, the lifeless body of one (1) FEDILINO FABROS y PANIMBATAN, 60 years old, widow OFW from USA was discovered by his neighbors ROBERT MONSAYAC and MARILOU GATUZ lying on the ground inside the master’s bedroom of his house located at #051 Barangay Bagbaguin, Pandi, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the said report elements of Pandi MPS immediately dispatched to conduct investigation.

            Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was last seen at around 5:00 PM on February 13, 2015 at the terrace of his house as narrated by witness Marilou, after that the victim was no longer seen by his neighbors until the time of discovery of the crime scene. Found Dead Male Person in Bustos

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PCINSP ISAGANI VENTURA ENRIQUEZ COP, Bustos PS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 12, 2015 about 11:00 AM, a dead body of a male person was found at the riverbank of Angat River within the remote area of Barangay Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified by his relative as Junel Yumol Y Cruz, 31 years old, single, construction worker, resident of No. 0032 Dr. Gonzales St., Barangay Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan.

            The incident was reported at about 11:50 AM of the same date by Roderick Domingo y Ubungen, 36 years old, single, farmer, and resident of Barangay Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan. Base on the account of the reportee and a certain Rommel Sigarino y Dela Rama, 18 years old, jobless, and resident of Sitio Maharlika Barangay Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan on their way home, while walking at the riverbank of Angat River they saw the lifeless body of the victim lying.  The victim was positively identified by his brother, Aldrin Yumol y Cruz, single and resident of No. 0032 Dr. Gonzales Street Barangay Sabang, Baliwag, Bulacan. According to Aldrin, the last time he saw his brother Junel was around 12:00 midnight of February 12, 2015 when the victim left their residence.

            The SOCO personnel of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene. They found out that victim sustained one (1) gunshot wound on his head. The SOCO Team recovered one (1) spent shell of caliber .9MM at the crime scene. The cadaver of the victim was brought at Saint Rafael Funeral Homes Barangay Sampaloc, San Rafael, Bulacan.

            Further investigation is ongoing to determine the facts surrounding the death of Junel.

Arrest of Suspect for Attempted Homicide and Violation of RA 10591 in SJDM 

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT CHARLIE APIL CABRADILLA COP, SJDM CPS the said Chie of Police stated that on February 11, 2015 at around 6:45 PM, cases of Attempted Homicide and Violation of RA 10591 transpired in Brgy. Sto Cristo CSJDM, Bulacan, wherein the victim was identified as INES PERAS y BACALSO, 60 years old, married, jobless, native of Cebu and a resident of No. 177 Sitio Libis, Brgy. Sto Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan.

            The arrested suspect was identified as MARVIN GELERA y APE  36 years old, married, jobless, native and a resident of No. 240 Sitio Libis, Brgy. Sto Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that at around 10:00 AM of same date, while the victim was washing their dishes when she heard a gunshot. Immediately, the victim went out of her house to check on where the gunshot came from and she saw the suspect carrying a handgun. The victim noticed that there is a hole in the wall of her house and discovered a fired slug from caliber .45 in her pillow. Upon receipt of the information, personnel of SJDM CPS conducted follow-up operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect and recovery of one (1) 45 caliber pistol Colt with serial no. 341531 with one (1) magazine assembly loaded with three (3) live ammunitions.

            The arrested suspect and recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination. Appropriate criminal complaints are now being prepared for filing against the arrested suspect before the Office of the City Prosecutor, SJDM City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Swindling in San Jose Del Monte City

Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan wherein the victims were identified as a) RYAN JIGGS DELACRUZ y ETOC, 28 years old, married, family driver, native of Iligan City, Lanao Del Norte and presently residing at Isla Homes 1, Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City; b) VERGILIO DILEM JR y FARILLO, 31 years old, single, Merchandiser, native of Palawan and presently residing at Isla Homes 1, Pinagbuhatan Pasig City; c) SALOME CAAGABAY y LIM, 48 years old, married, jobless, native of Quezon City and presently residing at Blk. 24, Lot 9, San Ireneo St., Melody Plains Subd., Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan; and d) THERESA AZANZA y GARCIA, 30 years old, married, jobless, native of Makari City and presently residing at Blk. 59, Lot 15, Lanzones St., Brgy. Rizal, Makati City.

            The arrested suspect was identified as ELINITA NARITO y CUESTA, 53 years old, married, jobless, native of Leyte and presently residing at Blk. 38, Lot 24, Brgy. Minuyan Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed  that the suspect introduced herself to the victims as house and lot agent and then convince them  to purchase a unit of house, but when the victims already gave the payments and verified the documents, they discovered that the suspect is not connected to any company or  is authorized person to transact business.

            Upon receipt of the report, personnel of SJDM CPS promptly conducted an entrapment operation and one (1) of the operative pretended as agent/employee of National Housing Authority in Brgy. Muzon, SJDM City, Bulacan that resulted to the immediate arrest of the suspect.

           
Appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing against the arrested suspect before the Office of the City Prosecutor, SJDM City, Bulacan.

Suspect for Robbing a Lawyer, Arrested in San Miguel

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT GANABAN CUMAYOG ALI COP, San Miguel MPS the said Chief of Police stated that on February 10, 2015 at around 11:00 am, a case of Robbery transpired in Barangay San Jose, San Miguel, Bulacan wherein the victim was identified as Anson Lapuz-Yebra, 30 years old, married, lawyer and a resident of said barangay while the arrested suspect was identified as Robert Manquil Y Mata, 23 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Barangay San Vicente, San Miguel, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was lying on her bed together with her child and a nanny identified as Andrea Dela Rosa Y Asido, 26 years old, native of Daet, Camarines Sur, when the victim saw the suspect under their bed holding a knife and her bag worth Php.20,000.00 containing cash money amounting to Php.110,000.00, camera Nikon worth Php.30,000.00, ATM and Credit Card and other documents. At that juncture, the victim and her daughter with the nanny managed to run outside the house and lock the gate while the suspect was left inside. The victim immediately reported the incident to San Miguel Police which promptly responded to the incident scene that resulted to the arrest of the suspect inside the house of the victim.
           
            The suspect is now under the custody of San Miguel MPS while appropriate criminal complaint is now being prepared for filing against the arrested suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for 2 counts of Rape in San Rafael

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES COP, San Rafael MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 9, 2015 at 12:00 midnight and 3:00 AM a case of Rape (2 counts) in relation to RA 7610 transpired in Barangay Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan wherein the victim was a minor (name and address withheld), 14 years old, Grade 8, whereas the suspect was identified as JULIUS STEVEN MARIANO FERNANDEZ, 19 years old, TESDA student and resident of Barangay Caingin,  San Rafael, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was a member of CLAN and is having a grand eyeball in Baliuag, Bulacan. Prior to that event the victim socialized and had some drinks. Thereafter, suspect JULIUS persuaded the victim saying, “sa amin ka muna matulog, kasi hindi muna kayo uuwi” victim replied “sige bahala ka”. When they reached the house of the suspect, the victim went inside a room to take rest but after a few minutes the suspect entered the room and with lewd desire forcibly raped her. When the victim woke up at around 3:00 AM the suspect insisted to have sexual intercourse again saying, “isa pa” but the victim replied “ayoko na po” but the suspect again forcibly raped the victim. After the two (2) rape incident, the suspect instructed the victim to go home. The victim sent a text message to her ate Janela to meet her in a fast-food chain at Baliwag, Bulacan, when they meet the victim revealed the incident to her sister who informed her parents of what had happened. Readily, the victim and her parents reported to San Rafael MPS and upon receipt of the information elements of San Rafael MPS responded which resulted to the immediate arrest of the suspect.

            The suspect is now under the custody of San Rafael MPS while appropriate criminal complaint of Rape (2 counts) in relation to RA 7610 is now being prepared for filing against him before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors, Malolos City Bulacan.

In 2 Hours, Bulacan Police Rescued Hostage Victim Safely

            CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan - The Bulacan Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director reports on the success in the dealing with a hostage taking that occurred on February 5, 2015 at about 8:30 P.M in BMA Barangay Balagtas, San Rafael, Bulacan wherein the victim is a 40 years old woman Elaine Valerio y Lachica while the suspect is identified as Ronald Allan Domingo y Villegas, 37 years old, single both residents of BMA Barangay Balagtas, San Rafael, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect and the victim are lovers but the victim wants to break-up with the suspect. The victim further revealed that the suspect is frequently threatening to kill her and her children if she will leave the suspect. The suspect suddenly became angry when the victim voiced again the issue of their separation he then grabbed a kitchen knife and held the victim hostage for two (2) hours.
           
            Upon receipt of the report, personnel of San Rafael MPS immediately responded and contained the crime scene. Bulacan Police Director PSSUPT DIVINA supervised the incident with PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, Acting, COP as ground commander. After all efforts of the negotiation failed, the ground commander with clearance from the Provincial Director decided on subduing the suspect. Unknown to the victim, two (2) personnel of San Rafael MPS were already positioned and are hiding inside the house. When the suspect was lolled by the victims daughter to get out of the restroom the two (2) policemen immediately grabbed and held the suspect. The suspect struggled and resisted however he was successfully subdued by the rescuing policemen.
The hostage taking incident ended two (2) hours after happening, with the suspect’s apprehension, recovery of the used bladed weapon and the victim rescued unharmed.
            PO2 Erikson Trinidad one of the arresting policeman incurred incise wound in his right index finger caused by the knife while grappling with the suspect.
The guidance of the Governor of the province of Bulacan GOV. WILHELMINO M. SY ALVARADO and the OIC Regional Director of PRO3 PCSUPT ROLANDO B. SANTOS that efforts should be exhausted for the safe release of the victim was observed on the ground and even the hostage taker was subdued unharmed.

Arrest of Two (2) Suspects for Illegal Drugs and Illegal Possession of Firearms in Meycauayan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID NICOLAS POKLAY Report COP, Meycauayan CPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 4, 2015 at about 5:30 PM, elements of Meycauyan CPS conducted CHECKPOINT/OPLAN Salubong/Madaanan in Barangay Saluysoy Meycauayan City, Bulacan against all forms of criminality.

            Initial investigation disclosed that while the operatives of Meycauayan CPS were conducting checkpoint, they flagged down CHRISTIAN DELOS SANTOS ‘Y ALAVE, male, 31 years old, tricycle driver and resident  of  Ma. Socoro Subdivision Barangay Abangan Sur Norte, Marilao Bulacan and VINCENT DELFIN ‘Y TAMAYO, male, 21 years old, construction worker, resident of Sampaguita St. Barangay Clavario, Meycauayan City Bulacan on board one (1) black yamaha MIO motorcycle without wearing helmet. When searched found from their possession were illegal drugs and a firearm (without license) caliber 9mm pistol with serial number 1123856 tucked on the waist of suspect Delos Santos with one (1) magazine loaded with eight (8) live ammos. Three (3) more pieces of small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” was recovered from the possession of suspect DELFIN.       

            The two (2) arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination.

            Criminal charge of Violation of RA 10054, Violation of Section 11 and 15 Article II of RA 9165 and Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 is now being prepared for filing against them in court.

Arrest of Four (4) Suspects for Illegal Gambling and Violation of Sec 11, 12 and 14 ART II of RA 9165 in Norzagaray

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RAFMIL DELA PAZ CORPUZ COP, Norzagaray MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 1, 2015 at about  2:00 AM, a case VIOLATION OF  PD 1602 as amended by RA 9287 and VIOLATION OF  SEC 11,12 and 14 ART II of RA 9165 occurred at Northfill., Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray, Bulacan wherein the four (4) arrested suspects were identified as REZ BAROQUINA y RAMOS, 34 years old, single , construction worker and resident of Area I Sapang Palay CSJDM Bulacan, ROEL TEOXON y MANLANGIT, 31 years old, single, construction worker and stay-in at Northfill., Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray,  Bulacan, JAYSON MERELDO y MENDEGOREL, 24 years old, single, construction worker and stay-in at Northfill., Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray,  Bulacan and ERWIN DEL ROSARIO y PENA, 29 yearrs old, single, construction worker and also stay-in at Northfill., Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray,  Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that at around 12:30 AM of February 1, 2015, barangay tanods of Barangay Bitungol reported that there is an illegal gambling activity monitored at a vacant house at Northfill, Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray,  Bulacan.  Upon receipt of the report, elements of Norzagaray police immediately proceeded to the area together with the barangay tanods. Upon arrival, the four (4) suspects were caught in the act engaging in illegal gambling (baraha) and using suspected shabu ( POT SESSION ).  When the suspects were arrested, recovered from the possession of RAMOS, one (1) medium sachet containing suspected shabu, three (3) aluminum foil containing suspected shabu residue, four (4) disposable lighter, one (1) set of playing cards and cash money worth (Php450.00 ).

            The recovered drug evidence and paraphernalia’s were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for examination while appropriate criminal complaints are now being  prepared for filing against the four (4) arrested suspects in court.

Fetus Found Under the Bridge in Sta. Maria Bulacan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RODOLFO CAOILI HERNANDEZ COP, Santa Maria MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on February 1, 2015 about 10:05 AM, a radio call from the Central Base of Santa Maria Municipal Hall was received by Santa Maria MPS informing that a fetus was found under the bridge of Santa Maria in Barangay Poblacion, Santa Maria, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the information, personnel of Sta Maria MPS together with the members of Santa Maria Rescue Team were dispatched to verify the report and conduct investigation.

             Initial investigation revealed that at about 9:00 AM of February 1, 2015, the fetus was found inside a red plastic bag by Sammy Austria, 55 years old, married, gardener, and resident of Tabing-Ilog, Barangay Poblacion, Santa Maria, Bulacan while he was fixing his vegetable plants in the riverbank under the bridge. Immediately, he reported it to the Barangay officials of Barangay Poblacion.

            The recovered fetus was brought to Rogaciano M. Memorial Hospital, Poblacion of the said Municipality and according to Dra. Moahna Marie Cruz-Asis, attending physician the fetus was a baby boy more or less twenty four (24) weeks old. The fetus was brought to Santa Maria Public Cemetery in Poblacion, this Municipality for the interment.   Investigation is still on going.

Illegal Drugs, Firearms and 2 Arrested by Bulacan Police and PDEA 3

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan– With the continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALVARADO and the order of OIC, PRO 3 Regional Director to Bulacan Police for best and continuous efforts for solution of crimes has significant result again in the fight against illegal drugs.
In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT FRANKIE C CANDELARIO, Company Commander, Provincial Public Safety Company stated that on January 30, 2015 at about 10:00 AM joint elements of Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC)-Bulacan and PDEA 3 implemented a search warrant against Jacob Pergis Cordero alias “Ogie” of 0366 Reyes St., Dapdap Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan. The search warrant was issued by Executive Judge Primo G Sio Jr of RTC Third Judicial Region, Cabanatuan City, with search warrant number 13-15 dated January 26, 2015 for Violation of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

The operation resulted in the apprehension of @ “Ogie”, 44 years old, PUJ driver, and Henry Ramos y Cordero, 36 years old, helper, single, both residents of Dapdap, Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan. During the search, the following pieces of evidence were seized:

  1. six (6) small plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 50 grams;
  2. one (1) medium plastic sachet of suspected shabu weighing 50.2 grams; (a total of 100.2 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of Php 500,000.00);
  3. fourteen (14) sachets of dried marijuana leaves;
  4. two (2) caliber 22 revolver with nine (9) ammunitions (no serial number);
  5. one (1) caliber 38 revolver with 11 ammunitions (no serial number);
  6. one (1) digital weighing scale; and
  7. assorted drug paraphernalia’s.

The seized items were inventoried by the personnel of PDEA 3 together with Oliver Umpacan (DOJ Representative), Boy S Cruz (Media Representative-Pilipino Ngayon), and two (2) Barangay Officials as representative of Barangay Banga 1st, Plaridel.

Assistant City Engineer of Meycauayan City, Killed

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan– In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID N POKLAY, Chief of Police, Meycauayan City Police Station he stated that at around 09:50 AM of January 27, 2015 they have received a report that a shooting incident transpired at F. Dazo St Brgy, Calvario Meycauayan City.
Investigation revealed that the incident transpired at about 9:30 in the morning of January 27, 2015 wherein the victim was identified as Reynaldo Abacan Rivera, 51 years old, Assistant City Engineer of Meycauayan City and resident of No.599 F. Dazo St. Brgy. Calvario, Meycauayan City Bulacan. Accordingly, the victim was on board his Hyundai Tucson, silver gray, with plate number ZKE 306 and was travelling along F. Dazo Street when he was shot by one (1) unidentified male factor wearing white T-Shirt, blue maong pants, medium built and more or less 5”7 in height.  After the incident, the suspect boarded a motorcycle with unknown plate. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was brought to Meycauayan Doctors Hospital, in Brgy. Banga Meycauayan City but was later pronounced dead by the attending physician.
Elements of Meycauayan police were immediately dispatched to conduct follow-up and manhunt operation to track down the identity and whereabouts of the suspect/s.

Technical assistance for the crime scene investigation was sought from the Bulacan PPO, SOCO TEAM. Recovered from the crime scene were five (5) cartridge case of caliber .45; and four (4) deform fired bullet.
 The cadaver of the victim was brought to Gomez-Olarte Funeral Homes at Brgy. Poblacion,Meycauayan City Bulacan for autopsy examination.
Pursuit/manhunt operation is still on-going for the immediate apprehension of the suspect/s.

Five (5) Suspects Arrested, Firearms and Drugs Seized by Bulacan Police

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSI MANUEL CRISTOBAL DE VERA COP, DRT Municipal Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 25, 2015 around 6:00 AM, in coordination with the PDEA RO3, personnel of DRT MPS conducted buy-bust operation against illegal drugs in Barangay Talbak, DRT, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of five (5) suspects identified as follows, a) Alejandro Sanchez Mateo Jr. @ EM/M, 51 years old and resident of Pleasantville Subdivision, Caloocan City; b) Angelito Bustamante Y Garcia @ Hajie, 47 years old and a resident of Barangay Talbak, DRT, Bulacan; c) Gilbert Esguerra Y Catapang, 19 years old, student; d) John Peragrina Y Pacheco, 19 years old, student; and e) Raven Brix Bustamante Y Vilar, 19 years old, student.

            Prior to the said operation, DRT MPS received information that a certain @ EM was a frequent visitor of one @ Hajie. That @ EM was the one transporting illegal drugs from Caloocan City to Barangay Talbak, DRT, Bulacan and @ Hajie was the one who pushed drugs in Bgy. Talbak, DRT, Bulacan.  On January 25, 2015 around 5:00 am, personnel of DRT MPS received information that @ EM will be arriving from Caloocan City to Bgy. Talbak, DRT, Bulacan onboard a EURO 150 CC motorcycle carrying an undisclosed number of assorted firearms, ammunitions and illegal drugs. Based on the information gathered, said firearms were unserviceable and will be repaired by @ Hajie, who according to the civilian asset was also a gunsmith. Aided with the information, personnel of DRT MPS were dispatched and arrested the five (5) suspects in front of the residence (a targeted drug den in the area) of Angelito Bustamante Y Garcia @ Hajie in Bgy. Talbak, DRT, Bulacan.  During the operation, seized from the suspects were drugs, drug paraphernalia, and other firearms parts and ammunitions.

            Appropriate criminal complaints for Violations of RA 9165 and RA 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) are now being prepared for filing against the arrested suspects.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA 10591(Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition) in San Ildefonso

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ANGEL L GARCILLANO, Chief of Police, San Ildefonso Municipal Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 20, 2015 around 1:30 AM, the suspect was identified as Howard Galvez y Hoces, 25 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Bulusukan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan was arrested for for Violation of RA 10591 along Cagayan Valley Road, Barangay Poblacion, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
Prior to the incident, while a team of San Ildefonso MPS was conducting Oplan Sita in the above mentioned place, when they chanced upon the suspect who was holding a firearm. At that instance, the police officers promptly responded and seized the firearm described as one homemade caliber .45 pistol with one magazine loaded with one live ammunition. The suspect was requested to present firearm document but failed to present any. Thus, the suspect was immediately placed under arrest.
Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Warehouse Wall Collapsed in Guiguinto, Eleven (11) Dead, Two (2) Injured

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ENESTO C CRUZ, Chief of Police, Guiguinto Municipal Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 19, 2015 at around 3:30 PM, the wall of an on-going construction warehouse building owned by NUMBER ONE GOLDEN DRAGON REALTY CORPORATION located at Mc Arthur Highway, Brgy Ilang-Ilang, Guiguinto, Bulacan collapsed that resulted to eleven death (11) and two (2) serious injury. The victims were identified as follows;
a.  Edmund Bernabe Y Carpio, 14 years old, laborer, resident of Kalayaan, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, (DOA)
b. Nestor Maiton, of legal age, laborer,  (DOS)
c. Jonathan Sagayap, of legal age, mason, (DOS)
d. Cinto Nayanga, of legal age, mason,  (DOS)
e. Rodolfo Nayanga, of legal age, mason, (DOS)
f. Jerald Nayanga, of legal age, laborer, (DOS)
g. Joseph Bellones, of legal age, mason, (DOS)
h. Arnel Cardaño, of legal age, laborer, (DOS)
i. Agnes Tan-Santos, of legal age, (DOS)
j.  Arnold Humawan, of legal age, laborer (DOS)
k. Dave Avelino, 7 years old, (DOA); and the injured victims were
l.  Randy Buitizon Bucayo, of legal age, mason (injured)
m. Marlon Andaya, of legal age, labourer, (injured)
n. Junny Galela, of legal age, mason, (injured), and
o. Edmar Bernabe Y Carpio, 21 years old, with live-in partner, time keeper, resident of Kalayaan, Bagong Silang, Guiguinto, Bulacan, (injured).
Initial Investigation disclosed that on the said date, time and place the victims were working at the construction site when the left side concrete wall of the warehouse suddenly collapsed. Consequently, several workers were pinned to death, while the others who were resting inside their barracks suffered severe injuries including the minor son of one of the laborer, who was playing beside the wall and was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital for medical attention.
At present, various rescue teams together with Philippine National Police and Armed Forces of the Philippines are performing search, retrieval and clearing operations on the place of incident.

Bogus Policeman Arrested In Bocaue

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT NATHANIELLE VILLEGAS, Chief of Police, Bocaue Municipal Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 18, 2015 at around 6:30 AM, personnel of Bocaue MPS arrested the suspect identified as Romel Narciso Y Magtalas, 22 years old, single, jobless,presently residing at No. 0302, Gonzales St., Barangay Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan for Violation of RA 4136 (Expired License, expired registration and un-carried OR/CR), RA 10054, Violation of RA 10591, Usurpation of Authority and Art.179 (Illegal Use of Insignia) at Mc Arthur Hi-way, Barangay Wakas, Bocaue, Bulacan.

Initial investigation disclosed that elements of Bocaue MPS were conducting route security assistance in a biking event “VIAHE SA MALOLOS” along Mc Arthur Hi-way, Barangay Wakas, Bocaue when they flagged down the suspect for suspiciously wearing PNP Bull cap and civilian clothes onboard a black/red Honda Wave motorcycle, with plate number 8607-RM. When confronted the suspect identified himself as a policeman assigned at Camp Crame Quezon City and presented a PNP badge no. 150416, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group identification card and an expired driver’s license. Upon verification it was confirmed that the suspect is a fake police officer. When asked to present his firearm license and PTCFOR the supect presented a Firearms License Card and expired PTCFOR of Colt Cal. 45 pistol with serial no. 020977 from a certain Manuel Dela Cruz y Mendoza of Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were a) one (1) Colt Cal. 45 pistol with serial no. 020977, b) loaded with one (1) magazine and c) six (6) live ammos of cal. 45 tucked on his waist.

The confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, Malolos City Bulacan for Ballistic Examinations. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Highway Robbery Suspects Arrested in Meycauayan City

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID POKLAY, Chief of Police, Meycauyan City Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 12, 2015 around 5:30 AM, personnel of Valenzuela CPS coordinated with the Meycauayan CPS regarding their Highway Robbery Case follow-up operation that occurred at around 5:00 AM of the same date in front of SM City, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City wherein the victims were identified as Genesis Peter Cervantes and Leonald Montejo y Hinlo, driver and helper of HBM Corporation owned by a certain Aracelli Uysipo with office address at Number 312 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

According to the personnel of Valenzuela CPS, at around 5:00 AM of the same date, the victims arrived in front of SM City Valenzuela to deliver the assorted fruits and vegetables amounting to PhP 100,000.00 boarded in Isuzu close van with plate number RJK 564. While waiting for the Mall to open, two (2) of the three (3) suspects armed with caliber .45 pistol and .38 revolver suddenly boarded the victim’s truck. Thereafter, one (1) of the suspects pointed his firearm towards the victims while the other suspect drove the truck heading Malanday, Valenzuela City. Upon reaching Malinta, Valenzuela City, the two (2) victims were forcibly dumped along Mac Arthur Highway and they immediately reported the incident to the Valenzuela CPS.

The personnel of Valenzuela CPS together with the victims promptly chased the suspects on their possible escape route. Fortunately, the truck was seen travelling along Bulac Road, Malhacan, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. Thus, the pursuing police officers quickly chased the suspects that resulted to the arrest of two (2) of the three (3) suspects while the third suspect managed to escaped. Recovered from the two (2) arrested suspects were caliber .45 pistol and .38 revolver who were later identified as Arvin Sulana y Legaspi, 37 years old, married, driver, resident of Block 45, Lot 8, Area C, Sapang Palay, SJDM City, Bulacan and Frisyl Plasa y Ollarte, 40 years old, single, vendor and a resident of Block 4, Lot 12, Area C, Sapang Palay, SJDM City, Bulacan.

Incidentally, at around 7:00 AM of the same date, while the personnel of Meycauayan CPS were patrolling, a concerned citizen informed them that the cohort of the two suspects who were arrested earlier was hiding in a vacant lot along Bulac Road, Malhacan, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. The patrolling team proceeded to the area that resulted to the apprehension of the third suspect who was identified as Arnel Balala y Aquino, also a resident of Area C, Sapang Palay, SJDM City, Bulacan. Subsequently, Arnel Balala was turned over to the personnel of Valenzuela CPS who has the jurisdiction over the case. The criminal complaints of Highway Robbery and Violation of RA 10591 were already filed against the three suspects before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Valenzuela City.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of Section 5, Article II of RA 9165 in Meycauayan City

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID POKLAY, Chief of Police, Meycauayan City Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 14, 2015 around 7:30 AM, the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (CAIDFSOTF) of Meycauayan CPS conducted a buy-bust operation against illegal drug pusher in Isla Verde, Barangay Bayugo, Meycauyan City, Bulacan that resulted to the arrest of Fortonata Zuñiga y Elejorde alias Monette, 45 years old, married, tricycle driver and a resident of the above mentioned place.

The said suspect is listed number three (3) in the Target List of Meycauyayan CPS Drug Personalities. Prior to the apprehension of the suspect, a concerned citizen informed the CAIDFSOTF personnel of Meycauayan CPS that a certain alias Monette was allegedly selling illegal drugs particularly “shabu”. The suspect was arrested while selling one (1) piece of transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” in exchange of Php 500.00 to a poseur buyer. Recovered from the suspect during the body search were the following pieces of evidence one (1) pink pouch containing another four (4) pieces of transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” with an estimated market value of PhP 25,000.00 and PhP 500.00 peso bill marked money.

The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence were brought to the Office of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory for examinations. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before Office of the City Prosecutor, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

Suspect for Violation of PD 1602 as amended by RA 9287 in Meycauayan City Arrested

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID POKLAY, Chief of Police, Meycauyan City Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 10, 2015 around 7:50 PM, personnel of Meycauayan City Police Station arrested the suspect identified as Salvador Acangan y Milca Sr alias Buddy, 53 years old, married, factory worker and a resident of No. 41 Perez Taas, Barangay Perez, Meycauayan City, Bulacan  for violation of Violation of PD 1602 as amended by RA 9287 (Any form of illegal gambling activity which uses numbers or combinations)

Prior to the arrest of the suspect personnel of Meycauayan CPS received a report from a concerned citizen that a certain alias Buddy was allegedly collecting bet money for Lotteng in front of the suspect house that prompted the team of Meycauayan CPS to validate and monitor alias Buddy regarding on his illegal activity. The operating team confirmed that alias Buddy was indeed collecting bet money for Lotteng, which is illegal gambling that resulted to his arrest. Seized from the suspect were: a) one (1) piece of black ballpen; b) one (1) piece of rotahan; c) one (1) piece of booklet or papelitos with different number combinations; and d) PhP 420.00.

 The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence are presently under the custody of Meycauayan CPS. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Acts of Lasciviousness in Relation to RA 7610 in Meycauayan City

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT DAVID POKLAY, Chief of Police, Meycauyan City Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 11, 2015 around 1:00 AM, in a complaint filed by the mother of an eight (8) years old girl victim (name and address withheld) resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as Maximo Ando Tan Bon Liong Jr y Hao, 38 years old, married, jeepney driver and a resident of 15 Acasia Street, Barangay Camalig, Meycauayan City for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610.
Based on the account of the victims, on January 10, 2015 around 10:30 PM, while they were sleeping the suspect entered inside the victim’s room and maliciously penetrated his reproductive organ in the victim’s mouth while touching the girl’s private organ. At that instance, the girl quickly reacted and managed to run away then informed the suspect’s sister in law about the incident. Upon receipt of the report, the personnel of Meycauayan CPS were dispatched to the area that resulted to the apprehension of the suspect.

The arrested suspect is presently under the custody of Meycauayan CPS. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA 8353 (Rape) in San Miguel

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT GANABAN C ALI, Acting Chief of Police, San Miguel Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 11, 2015 the suspect identified as Gener Rivera y Quizon, 29 years old, single, a resident of Block 3, Barangay San Nicolas, Tarlac City was arrested for Violation of RA 8353 (Rape).

Prior to the suspect’s arrest around 10:30 AM of January 11, 2015, the victim identified as Maricris Chico y Vinluan, 19 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Buliran, San Miguel, Bulacan appeared before the San Miguel MPS and filed a complaint of against Gener Rivera (suspect). Based on the account of the victim, on January 10, 2015 around 11:00 PM, the victim and the suspect were having a drinking spree inside the victim’s residence. Allegedly, when the victim got drunk and got unconscious the suspect took advantage and raped the victim then escaped.

Upon receipt of the report, elements of San Miguel PS under the direct supervision of PSUPT ALI, ACOP, in coordination with the 307th Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) Platoon leader of Nueva Ecija Provincial Police Office conducted a hot pursuit operation against the suspect at Brgy. Carmen, Zaragosa, Nueva Ecija that resulted to the apprehension of the suspect.

The arrested suspect is presently under the custody of San Miguel MPS. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

4th Most Wanted Person of Municipality of Dona Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Arrested

In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Acting Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSINSP MANUEL C DE VERA, COP, Dona Remedios Trinidad (DRT) Municipal Police Station, he stated that on January 7, 2015 around 1:00 PM, in Sitio Amilig, Balaynan, Goa, Camarines Sur, joint personnel of Intelligence and Warrant Section of Dona Remedios Trinidad MPS led by PSI DE VERA, Chief of Police and GOA MPS led by PCI OYARDE, Chief of Police arrested Sonny Guevarra y Allarcon, 38 years old, single, a resident of the above mentioned place, who has been fugitive from justice for three (3) years was arrested on January 7, 2015 by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest dated June 1, 2012 issued by Hon Judge Basilio R Gabo Jr of Regional Trial Court, Branch 11, Malolos City, Bulacan under Criminal Case Number 1680-M-2012 for the crime Murder.

The accused is the prime suspect for beheading his live-in partner identified as Celia Gumban last November 12, 2011 at So. Armstrong, Brgy Camachile, Dona Remedios, Bulacan and ranked number four (4) in the List of Most Wanted Person of Dona Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan. The arrested suspect is now under the custody of Dona Remedios Trinidad MPS.

Suspect in the Rape of a Minor, Arrested

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ARWIN M TADEO, Chief of Police, Malolos City Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 6, 2015 at around 07:20 PM, the suspect identified as ARSENIO MACALAN DOROJA alias JoJo, 44 years old, single, houseboy, a resident of Blk. 44, Lot 32, Northville 8, Brgy. Bangkal, Malolos City, Bulacan was arrested for the crime of rape of a five (5) years old girl (name and address withheld), student. The minor complainant accompanied by her mother (name and address withheld), 25 years old, married, jobless reported the rape incident to Malolos CPS.

Initial investigation disclosed based on the account of the victim’s mother, at around 4:30 PM of the same date, she was on her way to their kitchen when she saw the suspect half naked lying on top of her daughter on their sofa bed. At that instance, she immediately took her child away from the suspect and sought the assistance of Malolos CPS that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

The arrested suspect was brought to Malolos CPS for proper disposition. On January 7, 2015, a criminal complaint for Rape in relation to RA 7610 was filed against the suspect before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspects for Violation of RA 9165 Sec 5, 11 and 12 in San Rafael

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT RANIER VALONES, COP, Chief of Police, San Rafael Police Station, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 7, 2015 at around 2:40 PM, suspect identified as Myla Bassig y Verde, 32 years old, single, tricycle driver, a resident of Bagong Kalsada, Barangay Caingin, San Rafael, Bulacan was arrested in a buy bust operation initiated by the personnel of San Rafael MPS at Barangay Caingin Tricycle Terminal, San Rafael, Bulacan.

The suspect was arrested after selling one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu”, to a poseur buyer in exchange of Php 500.00. Seized from the suspect possession were a) one (1) Php500.00 bill used as marked money, b) another one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu”, and one (1) Nokia 2600 cellphone.

The arrested suspect and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory for examination. Appropriate criminal complaint is now filed against the suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Bulacan Police Arrest Seven (7) Most Wanted and Forty Six (46) Other Wanted Persons during the Yuletide Season

           
CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan- PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office, in his report to OIC, Police Regional Office 3, the Provincial Director stated that the Bulacan Police while deployed for security operations, law enforcement and providing public safety services during 2014 Yuletide Season from December 13 to January 6, 2015, were also instructed to look for or locate wanted persons especially those hardened criminals who are taking advantage as policemen are busy with Yuletide Season deployment.

             Police Teams composed of Warrant Officers and Intelligence Operatives of the 24 Police Stations in Bulacan were dispatched to effect arrest of Most Wanted and other Notorious Wanted Persons during the said Season. The efforts of Bulacan Police against Most Wanted and Other Notorious Wanted
Persons is in line with the guidance and directive of the DILG Secretary and the OIC, Chief PNP that was effectively made clear by PCSUPT ROLAND V SANTOS, OIC, Police Regional Office 3 - Anti-Criminality Campaigns and Law Enforcement Functions must be continued even as the police conduct Security Operations and ensure Public Safety Services for the Holiday Season.

            The continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by Governor WILHELMINO M. SY ALVARADO contributed much to the successes of Bulacan Police both in its Anti-Crime and Law Enforcement Campaigns.

            It is likewise recalled that during deployment for October 31 to November 2, 2014 (All Saints and All Souls Day), Bulacan Police Manhunt Teams were able to arrest six (6) Most Wanted and thirteen (13) other Wanted Persons.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of 10591 in Malolos City

                        Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ARWIN MOLINA TADEO COP, Malolos CPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 5, 2015 around 5:15 PM, a case of Violation of RA 10591 occurred in Barangay Caniogan, Malolos City, Bulacan wherein the arrested suspects were identified as Rex Agbuya ‘Y Maligdome, 35 years old, married, tricycle driver, native of Orbes, Pangasinan, and presently residing at No.18 Maclang Street, Barangay Caniogan, Malolos City, Bulacan.

             Initial investigation disclosed that, prior to the arrest of the suspect, a telephone call from a concerned citizen of Barangay Canoigan was received and informed that a heated argument between the a couple was in progress while the suspect was armed with cal. .45 pistol. The Malolos personnel promptly responded and upon arrival, the couple was still arguing while the suspect was holding his firearm. With this, the responding team was able to approach the suspect then frisked him which led to his arrest and confiscation of one (1) caliber 45 with magazine loaded with five (5) live ammunitions from the possession of the suspect.

            The arrested suspect is now under the custody of Malolos CPS and the confiscated one (1) caliber 45 with magazine loaded with five (5) live ammunitions were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for Ballistic Examination. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA  10591 and RA 9165 in Pulilan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT LEON VICTOR ZAMORA ROSETE COP, Pulilan MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 4, 2015 around 1:15 PM in Sayo St., Brgy. Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan, patrol personnel of Pulilan MPS arrested suspect identified as JAMAL SANY Y DISMA, 28 years old, single, vendor, native of Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur and presently residing at Sayo Subdivision Brgy. Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan for violation of RA 10591 and RA 9516.
            Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on said date and time, patrol personnel of Pulilan MPS were conducting patrolling/police visibility at the above mentioned place when they spotted a mauling incident in progress wherein suspect is holding a short firearm.  Upon arrival of the responding team, the persons involved in the incident including the victim fled towards different directions. The responding policemen then pursuit and arrested the armed suspect who ran inside one of the houses in the area.  Confiscated from the suspect are one (1) Armscor cal. 45 (Hi- Cap) with serial no. 1277256 with one (1) magazine assembly ( Made in Italy) marked “ABJ1” loaded with seven (7) live ammunitions one (1) green shoulder bag and one (1) hand grenade.

The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for examination, while appropriate criminal complaint is now being filed against the suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor’s ,City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Arrest of Suspect for Violation of RA 9165 in Pulilan

            Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT LEON VICTOR ZAMORA ROSETE  COP, Pulilan MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 3, 2015 around 3:50 PM, personnel of Pulilan MPS, conducted buy-bust operation at Lucky 14, Brgy. Tabon,Pulilan, Bulacan which resulted in the arrest of suspect identified as Merry Rose Lopez  y Arcangel @ Rose 51 ,years old, single, jobless and  resident of Brgy Tabon  Pulilan, Bulacan.

            Initial investigation disclosed that on January 3, 2015, at around 9:00 AM, information was received by PULILAN MPS from a concerned citizen informing that certain Marlon Magtalas @ Mar,  and his live in partner  Rose selling illegal drugs in said Barangay. Elements of Pulilan MPS dispatched at said place to conduct surveillance and verify the veracity of report. Upon confirming, immediately, coordination was made to PDEA3 and to Bulacan PPO and operation was initiated. Upon handling and exchange of marked money and suspected shabu between @ Mar and the poseur buyer, the latter announced that he is a lawman; @ Mar was able to scamper while Rose who was immediately restrained by supporting team was placed under arrest and confiscated on her possession where three (3) heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected “shabu” and one (1) Nokia Cellphone, cash marked money of one (1) Five hundred peso bill. PO1 Alex Magat recovered from the escape suspect during the tradeoff was one (1) heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected “shabu”.

            The arrested suspect and the pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for drug test and laboratory examination respectively and a criminal complaint for Violation of  Sec 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 were filed against Merry Rose Lopez y Arcangel  @ Rose  presently detained at Pulilan BJMP and Marlon Magtalas @ Mar  who is at large.

Arrest of Eight (8) Suspect for Violation of Presidential Degree No. 449 (Cockfighting Law of 1974) in Baliwag

                        Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan - In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT ENRICO HUELBA VARGAS COP, BALIWAG MPS, the said Chief of Police stated that on January 4, 2015 at about 10:00 A.M. a Violation of PD No. 449 (Cockfighting Law of 1974) occurred at Sitio Mulawing Matanda, Brgy. Tarcan, Baliwag, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of eight (8) suspects identified as (1) Benedicto Bautista y Sacdalan, 53 years old, married, (2) Rico Asturias y Quizana, 43 years old, (3) Rodolfo Tomas y Zamora, 58 years old, (4) Nelson Bibon y Binamera, 39 years old, (5) Julio Jalia y Estil, 52 years old married, all residence of Brgy Sta. Barbara, Baliwag, Bulacan, (6) Diego Augis y Damalo, 47 years old, married, (7) Rommel Alajid y Polinar, 26 years old and both resident of Brgy. Tarcan, Baliwag, Bulacan and (8) Albert Santos y Flores, 32 years old and a resident of Brgy. Virgen Delas Flores.
            Initial investigation disclosed that at about 9:15 A.M. of same date, a telephone call from a concerned citizen was received by Baliwag MPS reported that there was an ongoing Illegal Cockfighting (TUPADA) at the aforementioned place.  Upon receipt of the report, elements of Baliwag were immediately dispatched to verify the veracity of said report and for possible police operation that resulted to the arrest of abovementioned suspects and eventually the team were also confiscated three (3) alive & three (3) dead fighting cocks, one (1) pc Gaff (Tari)  and bet money amounting to Php 3, 556.00 in different denominations.

All suspects were presently detained at Baliwag PS and a criminal complaint for Violation of PD 449 (Illegal Cockfighting Law of 1974) is now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Two (2) Robbers Killed in a Prompt Response by Bulacan Police, Firearms Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan– With the continuous support of the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by GOVERNOR WILHELMINO M SY ALVARADO and the order of OIC, PRO 3 Regional Director to Bulacan Police for best and continuous efforts for solution of crimes has significant result again in the fight against all forms of criminality.
In a report submitted to PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office by PSUPT MARCOS C RIVERO, COP, Marilao Police Station stated that a Robbery (Akyat-Bahay) incident transpired on January 2, 2015 at about 3:30 o’clock in the morning, in Brgy. Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan, wherein the victim was identified as one (1) Lorena Dela Cruz Y Venturina, 52 years old, married, businesswoman, native of Bulacan and residing at No. 0542 Brgy. Sta. Rosa-2, Marilao, Bulacan. The suspects were three (3) unidentified armed male persons.
Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim together with her family were sleeping inside their house was awakened by a noise, when she opened her eyes she saw the suspect took her orange shoulder bag, containing of, a) one (1) unit of Firefly Cellphone worth of Php 700.00; b) Jewelries (one (1) Ring,  one (1) bracelet and one (1) necklace amounting to Php 5,000.00); c) two (2) wallets with total of cash money worth of Php 25,000.00 and assorted jewelry receipts with total amount of  Php 30,700.00. At this point the victim shouted for help that alarmed the suspects and immediately escaped.
 Further investigation revealed that the victim managed to report immediately the incident to Marilao Police Station wherein the patrolling team were within the area during the incident and they spotted three (3) running unidentified suspects. Upon chasing the suspects they fired toward the pursuing policemen prompting the patrolling officers to return fire that caused the death of two (2) unidentified suspects armed with cal 38. Two (2) of the suspects were killed while the other suspect was able to escaped.
Personnel of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office - Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) processed the crime scene wherein the following pieces of evidence were recovered: a) two Caliber 38 revolver loaded with two live and two fired ammunition for cal. 38,  and b) one Pistol, c) five (5) empty cartridges shell for Caliber 9 mm, d kitchen knife, e) ice pick, f) bonnet, g) bull cap, h) shoulder bag containing one (1) t-shirt and assorted receipts.
Investigation is still in progress for the identity of the two (2) killed suspects and pursuit operation against the suspect who managed to escaped is still on-going.
