3 Drug Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) drug suspects were killed in different buy-bust operations in San Jose Del Monte and Malolos on January 13, 2017.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that two (2) suspects were slain in San Jose Del Monte identified as @ Tipak and one (1) other unidentified suspect while one (1) suspect was killed in Malolos identified as @Edor resident of Brgy. Sta Isabel, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Based on the report of PSUPT MARLON R SANTOS Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of San Jose De Monte City Police Station he said that on January 12, 2017 at about 9:50 PM in San Jose Heights, Brgy. Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan an armed encounter transpired between Intel and City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station and a certain @ Tipak and one unidentified suspect after a buy-bust operation on illegal drugs was conducted. During the operation @ Tipak went outside his place and handed over one (1) sachet of suspected shabu to the poseur buyer. The operatives who were strategically positioned in the area went out of their position to arrest the suspects, but the suspects noticed their presence and immediately drew their firearms tucked on their waist and fired upon the police operatives while rushing back to his place prompting the operatives to return fire. A brief gunfight ensued which resulted to the death of the two (2) suspects.

Scene of the Crime Operatives of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following items a.) one (1) shooter cal. 38 revolver loaded with three (3) live ammunitions and one (1) fired cartridge case, b) two (2) deformed fired bullet, c) four (4) fired bullets, d) one (1) improvised handgun loaded of one (1)  cal. 5.56 live ammunition, e) one (1) live ammunition of cal. 5.56, f) ten (10) pieces  fired cartridges case of cal. 9MM, g) nine (9) pieces small plastic sachet of suspected shabu, h) six (6) pieces cut open plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Meanwhile, PSUPT HERYL L BRUNO Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Malolos City Police Station reports that at around 3:30AM of January 13, 2017, along NIA Road, Brgy. Bangkal, Malolos City, Bulacan suspect @Edor approached the police undercover and after handing over one (1) pc. Php500.00 peso bill marked money to @Edor in exchange of one (1) pc. transparent plastic containing suspected marijuana with an estimated weight of 0.0214grams and street value of five hundred pesos (Php500.00). The police undercover together with the confidential informant introduced himself as police officer and when about to arrest the suspect, he drew his firearm and fired towards the police officers. An exchange of gun fire ensued between the suspect and the operating police officers that resulted to the suspect’s instantaneous death.

Bulacan SOCO Team arrived and processed the crime scene and recovered a) one (1) Smith & Wesson revolver with deface serial number loaded with two (2) empty shell and two (2) live ammos, b) six (6) pcs. 9mm fired cartridge, c) one (1) black Adventure 280 backpack containing two (2) bricks of suspected marijuana wrapped in transparent plastic sachet, d) one (1) bundle of suspected marijuana with stem wrapped in packaging tape, e) one (1) pc. five hundred peso bill marked money f) one (1) fired bullet. Armed Drug Pusher Slain in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug pusher was slain in a buy-bust operation conducted by Pandi Police in Sitio Kataasan Brgy Bagbaguin, Pandi, Bulacan on January 11, 2017 at around 01:00 AM.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the slain suspect  as @Hugar, other data unknown.
PCINSP MANUEL C DE VERA, Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of Pandi Municipal Police Station (MPS) reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Pandi MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Sitio Kataasan Brgy Bagbaguin, Pandi, Bulacan on January 11, 2017 at around 01:00 AM against @Hugar who sensed that his buyer is a policeman and  immediately ran and covered himself in an irrigation then fired towards the law enforcers which resulted to a brief  firefight causing the death of the armed suspect.

The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) caliber .22 revolver without trademark and serial number, loaded with three (3) fired cartridge cases and three (3) live ammunitions; seven (7) caliber .22 live ammunitions, four (4) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu”; and one (1) 9mm live ammunition.

2 Drug Pushers, 2 Motornappers Killed in Different Bulacan Police Operations over the Weekend

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) drug pushers and two (2) motornappers were killed in different operations conducted by Santa Maria, Paombong and City of San Jose del Monte CSJDM Police over the weekend.

Based on the report one (1) was killed in Santa Maria, one in Paombong and two (2) in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) killed suspects as 1) Jay-R Salvador Y Cruz ; 2) Bryan Jumaquio Y Santiago @ Noel, legal age, resident of Brgy. Kapitangan, Paombong Bulacan; 3) Raymundo Olegario Y Cesario, 32 yrs old, single, construction worker, resident of Blk 45, Area G, Brgy Citrus, SJDM; and 4) Geronimo Morania Y Denes, 39 yrs old, married, residing in Blk 45 lot 53 Area G, Brgy Citrus, SJDM, Bulacan.
PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, Chief of Police, Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) reported that an armed encounter ensued during a consummated buy-bust operation conducted by the Anti- Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group of Santa Maria MPS in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 3 in Barangay Caypombo, Sta. Maria, Bulacan on January 8, 2017 at 12:00 MN, when Jay-R Salvador Y Cruz @Kosa, resisted arrest and fired towards the police officer, an exchange of gun fire ensued between the suspect and the operatives that resulted to the death of @Kosa, while his companion managed to escape onboard a motorcycle.
The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: five (5) sachets of suspected “shabu”; caliber .38 pistol with 3 live ammunition and 1 spent cartridge case for .38 caliber; Php. 500.00 buy bust money and drug paraphernalia.
Likewise in Paombong, PCINSP LEOPOLDO ESTORQUE reported that an armed drug suspect identified as Bryan Jumaquio Y Santiago @ Noel was killed in armed encounter during a consummated drug transaction @ Noel and his unidentified cohort noticed that their poseur buyer is a police officer hurriedly fled onboard a motorcylcle drew and fired his firearm towards the operating elements, which prompted the law enforcers to fire back  that resulted to a brief firefight wherein @ Noel was killed while his cohort escaped.
SOCO Team of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following: one (1) caliber .38 shooters with serial number SANER 10022769 loaded with four (4) live ammunition and two (2) empty shell inside chambers, seven (7) empty shells and two (2) slug of caliber .9mm pistol, one heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”; and one (1) five hundred peso bill buy-bust money.

Meanwhile, in City of San Jose del Monte, PSUPT MARLON SANTOS, reported that two (2) armed suspects were killed during a firefight between the Intelligence Operatives of CSJDM Police Station and alleged motornappers along BSU Road, Brgy. Kaypian, CSJDM, Bulacan on January 7, 2017 at about 1:25 AM.

Investigation revealed that one (1) Sherie Ann Amor Banting reported to SJDM CPS that her motorcycle was forcibly taken by three (3) unidentified male suspects described to be wearing bonnet and black long sleeves shirt armed with short firearms in Palmera Homes, Brgy. Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan at around 9:00PM of January 6, 2017. A flash alarms were sent to all SJDM Police Community Precincts and Bulacan Tactical Operations Center, while Intel operatives of SJDM CPS were immediately dispatched for follow-up operation. While the Intel operatives of SJDM were patrolling and checking the area of Brgy. Kaypian, the operating team noticed two (2) male persons who seemingly matched the description of the suspects onboard a combination of black and white motorcycle. The operatives alighted and approached the two suspects introducing themselves as police officer for verification. However, the suspects immediately drew and fired their firearms successively towards the law enforcers prompting the operatives to return fire that resulted to the death of the two (2) unidentified suspects.

The SOCO of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: two (2) cal. 38 revolver loaded with 9 live ammunitions with three (3) fired cartridges case for 38; six (6) fired cartridges case of 9 MM; seven (7) pieces heat sealed sachet containing suspected “shabu” and one (1) SYM Bunos X single motorcycle bearing plate number CC70982.

Recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriated examination, while the cadavers of the slain suspects who were later identified as identified as Raymundo Olegario Y Cesario and Geronimo Morania Y Denes were moved to Faith Funeral Homes for autopsy examination.

6 Armed Drug Pushers Killed, 6 others Arrested in Different Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Six (6) armed drug pushers were killed while 6 other suspects were arrested in three (3) separate buy-bust operations conducted by Malolos, Bocaue and Norzagaray Police late night of January 5, 2016 and around 12:45 A.M of January 6, 2016.

Based on the report two (2) were killed in Malolos, two (2) in Bocaue and two (2) in Norzagaray Bulacan.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the six (6) killed suspects as 1) Charlie Ayuyao y Bartolome @Charlie, 33 yrs old, resident of Daisy St., Purok 2, Brgy. Cofradia, Malolos City; 2) Arnold Capareda y Sedillo @ Avatar, 23 years old, single, male, driver, native of Navotas, residing in Blk 4 Lot 17, St Martha Homes, Brgy Batia, Bocaue; 3) Reynald Lipana @ Obet; 4) Jose Noli Espayos both from Angat, Bulacan; 5) @ Baba other data unknown and  6) one unidentified suspect. The six (6) other arrested suspects were identified as 1) Joel Rosales y Sobito, 21 years old, single, male, delivery boy, native of Tondo, Manila; 2) Jack Jasareno y Entien, 20 years old, single, male, laborer, native of Caloocan City; 3) Joan capareda y Sedillo, 30 years old, single, male, jobless, native of QC; 4) Angeline Ocampo y Capareda, 26 years old, married, female, jobless, native of Navotas; 5) Jimmy Ocampo y Dulino, 28 years old, married, male, driver, native of Tondo; and 6) Hausban Mendoza y Pura @ Barok, 37 years old, male, jobless, native of Tondo, Manila, all residents of St Martha Homes, Brgy Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan.

Mabolo, City of Malolos, Bulacan on January 6, 2017 at around 12:45 AM when suspects Charlie Ayuyao y Bartolome @Charlie and his unidentified companion resisted arrest and fired towards the police officer, an exchange of gun fire ensued between the suspects and the operatives that resulted to the death of the suspects.
The Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) Colt cal. 38 revolver with serial number 41805 loaded with two (2) live ammos; two (2) fired cartridge case; eight (8) pcs. of 9mm fired cartridge; one (1) improvised handgun loaded with one (1) fired twelve gauge shot shell; one (1) live twelve gauge shot ammo; nine (9) pcs. heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”, two (2) heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected marijuana; one (1) pc. open plastic sachet with residue of suspected “shabu”; one (1) red/blue combination of SYM motorcycle without plate number and key, five (5) pcs. of one hundred peso bill (100 PHP) as buy bust money and other drug paraphernalia.

Meanwhile in Bocaue, PSUPT JOWEN DELA CRUZ, reported that two (2) armed drug suspects were killed while six (6) others were arrested in an armed encounter that ensued during a buy bust operation conducted in Blk 3 Lot 4, St Martha Homes, Brgy Batia, Bocaue on January 5, 2017 at around 10:30 P.M. when @Avatar and @Baba noticed that their buyer is a policeman they immediately drew and fired their firearms towards the law enforcers which resulted to a brief  firefight causing the death of the suspects Arnold Capareda y Sedillo @ Avatar and @ Baba, other data unknown and arrest of six (6) other suspects.

SOCO from Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following: 25 pcs of small heat sealed sachet containing suspected “shabu” with an estimated weight of 5 grams worth Php.25, 000; one (1) Cal magnum 357 revolver with marking smith and Wesson without serial number, loaded with 3 live ammos and 2 fired shell, assorted paraphernalia, one (1) pc Php.100 bill and two (2) pcs Php. 200 bill as buy-bust money.
Likewise in Norzagaray, PSUPT RIZALINO ANDAYA reported that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the personnel of Norzagaray MPS in coordination with PDEA 3 in Sitio Caimino Brgy. Bitungol, Norzagaray on January 5, 2017 around 9:40 PM, when Reynald Lipana @ Obet and Jose Noli Espayos while onboard a motorcycle parked on the side of the road sensed the ongoing police operation fired towards the police officers that prompted the operatives to fire back and thereafter a gun battle ensued that led to the death of the suspects.
The Bulacan SOCO Team processed the crime scene and recovered two (2) cal. 38 revolver; seven (7) fired cartridge cases with two (2) live ammos; six (6) fired cartridge cases of cal 9mm; five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” with estimated weight of 0.0550 grams and eight hundred pesos including one (1) five hundred peso bill buy-bust money.

Armed Drug Suspect Killed in Bulacan Police Anti-illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed drug suspect was killed during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by the personnel of City of San Jose Del Monte Police (CSJDM) in Hacienda Caritas, Brgy. Graceville, CSJDM last night at about 10:05 P.M.

Based on the report of PSUPT MARLON R SANTOS, OIC, San Jose Del Monte City Police Station (SJDM CPS) that an armed encounter ensued during a buy-bust operation conducted by the elements of Drug Enforce Unit of SJDM CPS in coordination with the Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA)3 against @ Oca when the suspect noticed the presence of a police officer during the drug transaction @ Oca immediately drew and fired his firearm toward the police operatives prompting the law enforcers to retaliate which resulted to a brief gunfight and eventual death of the suspect.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Crime Laboratory processed the crime scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) cal. 38 revolver, without marking and serial number loaded with three (3) fired cartridges case and two (2) live ammunitions; two (2) heat sealed transparent sachets containing suspected “shabu”; one (1) cal. 9 MM fired cartridge case and assorted drug paraphernalia.
The cadaver of the suspect was brought to Faith Funeral Homes for autopsy examination while the recovered pieces evidence was brought to the Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

4 Drug Suspects Killed in Bulacan Police Buy-bust Operations

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) drug suspects were killed in different buy-bust operations in San Jose Del Monte and Pandi on January 2 and 3 2016.

PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the three (3) killed suspects in San Jose Del Monte as @ Toyo, @ Dodong and one (1) unidentified male person while the killed suspect in Pandi was identified @ Mandy.
Based on the report of PCINS ROMEO T GAHID., Chief, Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) he said that on January 2, 2017 at around 10:30 PM a buy-bust operation against Alias Toyo and Alias Dodong in coordination with PDEA was conducted. During the said operation  the suspects sensed that the buyer is a police officer prompting the suspects to fire towards the officers which forced the officer and other members of SJDM CPS under surveillance to retaliate and resulted to the suspect’s death.
Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (SOCO) arrived at the scene and recovered two (2) Cal. 38 revolver with live ammunitions and fired cartridges, one (1) Cal. 22 revolver loaded with three (3) live ammo with a fired cartridge case, nine (9) fired cartridges of cal. 9 MM, several pieces of plastic sachets of suspected shabu and lighter.
Further, based on records of the Office of the City Prosecutor of CSJDM, Bulacan revealed that Alias Dodong is Remante Wargues y Cainglet who was previously arrested by PNP members of the Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group 3, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga for Violation of Art. II Sections 5,11and 13 of RA 9165 under NPS docket No. III-15-INQ-16H-00242 on August 3, 2016. Information from the RAIDSOTG3 confirmed that Remante Wargues y Cainglet had escaped their custody while under temporary detention while case is pending against him.
Meanwhile, PCINSP MANUEL C DE VERA JR. Officer-In-Charge of Pandi Municipal Police Station (MPS) reports that on January 3, 2017 at around 11:30 AM, elements of Pandi MPS conducted buy-bust operation against @ Mandy wherein during transactions between members of Pandi MPS and @ Mandy with his unidentified companion, the suspects sensed that the buyer were police officers, that prompted @Mandy to draw a handgun and fired toward the undercover police officer. Police officers retaliated which resulted to a brief gunfight and eventual death of @ Mandy however the other suspect managed to escape using a black motorcycle towards the direction of Brgy. Buisan, Bustos, Bulacan.
 Recovered pieces of evidence were one (1) black widow (north American arms) caliber .22 revolver without serial number loaded with four (2) fired cartridge case and three (3) live ammunition, three (3) .9mm fired cartridge case , three (3) transparent plastic sachets of  suspected shabu,   four(4) pieces 50 peso bill and two (2) pieces 20 peso bill.
