Barker Arrested for Violation of Omnibus Election Code by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A jeepney barker was arrested during a Lambat Sibat Operation (“Oplan Sita”) conducted by personnel of Meycauyan City Police Station at  Daungan Street, Brgy. Malhacan, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on February 9, 2016 around 6:30 in the evening.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Danilo Tolentino Y Carusa @ “Dennis”, 40 years old, single, jeepney caller (barker), resident of No. 110 Daungan Street, Brgy. Malhacan, Meycauayan City.
According to the report of Meycauayan CPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT NESTOR CUSI personnel of Meycauayan CPS accosted the suspect on board a black/violet Yamaha Mio motorcycle with plate number 3275 OG for initial violations of no helmet and delinquent registration of the motorcycle. During further search, the policemen recovered one (1) Armscor caliber .38 revolver loaded with six (6) live ammunition from the waist of the suspect that led to his arrest.
Criminal complaints for Violation of Republic Act 10591(Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), Republic Act 10054 (Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009) and Violation of the Omnibus Election Code are now being prepared for filing against him before the City Prosecutor’s Office, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. Frustrated Homicide Suspect Voluntarily Surrendered

 CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A frustrated homicide suspect voluntarily surrendered to Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) after stabbing a minor victim in a riot at Block 6, Phase 1, FVR-1, Norzagaray, Bulacan on February 9, 2015 at around 7:00 PM.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Albert Panopio Y Baldago, 20 years old, single, jobless, native of CSJDM, resident of Block-4, Lot-54, Phase-1, FVR-1, Norzagaray, Bulacan while the victim was a 17-year old boy, resident of the same Barangay.
According to the report of Norzagaray MPS under Officer in Charge (OIC), PSUPT RAFMIL CORPUZ the victim and suspect were involved in a fist fight (riot). During the fight the victim was able to hit the suspect, who fell on the pavement. When the suspect stood up, he held an ice pick and stabbed the victim on his back. The victim was brought by his friends to the District Hospital of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan for medical treatment and was later transferred to Bulacan Medical Center in Malolos City for further treatment.
The suspect voluntarily surrendered himself to Norzagaray MPS. Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) ice pick more or less eight (8) inches in length including its handle. Criminal complaint for Frustrated Murder is now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Security Guard Arrested for Rape by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A security guard who raped a 19-year old girl was arrested in a follow-up operation conducted by personnel of Meycauyan City Police Station in Barangay Malhacan, Meycauayan City on February 8, 2016.
PSSUPT TIMOTEO G PACLEB, Officer in Charge (OIC), Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Jan Albert Pelareja y Porcianos @ Jan Jan, 20 years old, single, high school graduate, security guard (CIRCA Security Agency), native of Northern Samar, resident of LGP Brgy. Malhacan, Meycauayan City.
According to the report of Meycauayan CPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT NESTOR CUSI the suspect invited the victim for a drinking spree. When the victim got intoxicated and felt dizzy she decided to go to sleep. In the midst of her sleep, she was awakened, as the suspect was already on top of her. The victim resisted, however she was overpowered by the suspect, and was then raped by the suspect. After the incident, the suspect went to sleep while victim stayed outside their boarding house. On the same day, at around 1:00 PM the victim reported the incident to the Barangay and to the elements of Meycauyan City police who immediately conducted follow-up operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.

38 Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police in One Time Big Time Operation on Illegal Drugs, Firearm also Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Thirty eight (38) suspects were arrested for illegal drugs and a firearm (improvised shotgun) were also seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on February 4, 2016.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP said that the OTBT Operations on Illegal Drugs were conducted by 11 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.

One (1) firearm (improvised shot gun), a total of 39 plastic sachets of suspected shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia’s were seized during the simultaneous anti-drugs operations.

Robbery and Frustrated Homicide Suspect Arrested by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A robbery and frustrated homicide suspect was arrested by the responding patrol personnel of Pulilan Municipal Police Station in Brgy Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan on February 3, 2016.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as James Rodney Hufana y Bansil, 18 years old, single, student, resident of Sityo Poso, Brgy Cut-Cot, Pulilan, Bulacan while the victim was identified as Mark Anthony Andres y Magat, 23 year old, single, student, resident No. 455, Olympia Subdivision, Brgy Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan.
According to the report of Pulilan MPS under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT LEON VICTOR ROSETE, the suspect hid inside the victim’s stockroom after stealing from the victim’s house. The victim on the other hand, went inside his stockroom to find a stick to be use to get the keys which was left inside his room. In that instance, the victim noticed the suspect’s foot which was exposed but even before making any move the suspect already attacked and hacked the victim with a huge knife inflicting wounds on the victim’s leg, arm and head. The suspect readily fled leaving the knife and the looted broken cell phone. The victim’s wallet containing 420 U.S. dollars and Php 1,000 peso cash was also stolen while the cell phone SAMSUNG NOTE 3 was already broken when recovered on place of incident.
Elements of Pulilan MPS immediately responded to the scene that resulted to the arrest of the suspect. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation Nets Four Suspects and Seized Illegal Drugs

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) suspect were arrested as illegal drugs and paraphernalia’s were seized in a buy bust operation conducted by the personnel of Angat Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan on February 3, 2016 around 1:00 P.M.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) arrested suspects as 1) Michael Flores Y Cernichez, 37 years old, with live-in-partner, jobless, resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan; 2) Maria Kuh Cañalita Y Quimada, 32 years old, with live-in-partner, jobless, native of Cebu, resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan; 3.) Johnny Garcia Y Geronimo, 37 years old, with live-in-partner, painter, native of Palawan, resident of no.38 Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta Maria, Bulacan; 4) Charlie Ocampo Y Vilarde, 35 years old, married, construction worker, resident of Sitio Partida, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta Maria, Bulacan.
According to the report of Angat MPS under Officer in Charge (OIC) PCINSP VOLTAIRE C RIVERA around 11:20 in the morning of February 3, 2016, a telephone call was received by personnel of Angat MPS informing that there is rampant selling of illegal drugs in Purok 2, Brgy. Pulong Yantok, Angat, Bulacan. Upon receipt of the information personnel of Angat MPS with proper coordination conducted buy bust operation that resulted to the arrest of the four (4) suspects.
Recovered from the possession of the suspects were the following items; a) one (1) piece of heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu (buy bust item), b) eight (8) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, c) eight (8) pieces empty plastic sachet containing shabu residue, d) two (2) pieces aluminum foil containing suspected shabu residue, e) one (1) pc. aluminum burner, f) two (2) pieces improvised glass tube tooter, g) two (2) pack plastic sachet, h) three (3) pieces stainless scissors, i) six (6) pieces disposable lighter, j) four (4) pcs. cellular phone, k) one (1) pc. metal stylus, l) one (1) piece blue CD pouch with aluminum foil strips, m) five (5) pieces of one hundred peso bill marked, n) one (1) piece digital weighing scale
The four arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Armed Person who Evaded COMELEC Checkpoint, Killed in Encounter with Bulacan Police, Firearm Seized

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- An armed male person later identified as John Lawrence Garcia Y Milla, was killed in an armed encounter with Bulacan Police in Barangay Sampalok, San Rafael, Bulacan on February 2, 2016 at around 8:00 PM.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that an armed encounter ensued between the elements of San Rafael Police during the conduct of a COMELEC checkpoint and one (1) armed man (John Lawrence Garcia) on board a tricycle.

Base on the report from San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS) under Chief of Police, PSUPT ORLANDO L CASTIL JR while elements of San Rafael Police were about to end their COMELEC checkpoint, they noticed a tricycle parked less than 100 meters away from where they were posted which prompted the team leader of the checkpoint to check the said tricycle and its occupant, however as the policemen were about to reach the place where the tricycle was parked, it sped up and transferred to the opposite direction evading the checkpoint. Sensing that he will be over taken by the police personnel on board the marked PNP motorcycle, the suspect disembarked from the tricycle and tried to run in the open rice field and engaged the responding motorcycle rider in a firefight which resulted to the death of the suspect. No casualty/injury was reported on the PNP Side.

The armed person who was later identified as John Lawrence Garcia Y Milla, of legal age, resident of No. 827 Virgen Delas Flores, Baliwag, Bulacan, upon background check has an existing Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Theft with Criminal Case No. 13-10343 issued by Hon. Romeo Carmelito C. Conge of the Municipal Trial Court of Pulilan on February 28, 2014.

Scene of the Crime Operatives who processed the crime scene recovered a caliber .45 pistol, magazine and live ammos beside the dead suspect, empty shells were also recovered in the SOCO processing.

Indeed the Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing SOP on Managing Police Operations otherwise known as "Lambat-Sibat", as directed by the Secretary of DILG, Chief, PNP and PCSUPT RUDY G LACADIN, RD of PNP Region 3 with significant results in Bulacan, this time in a COMELEC checkpoint resulting to death of the said armed person as a caliber .45 pistol firearm was recovered. Parricide and Murder Suspect Nabbed by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A fugitive parricide and murder suspect was arrested in a hot pursuit operation conducted by personnel of Malolos City Police Station (CPS) at Metropolitan Medical Center, Room No. 688 in Sta. Cruz, Manila around 2:55 PM of January 31, 2016.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the arrested suspect as Rommel C. Layug a.k.a. Alvin, legal age, married, jobless while the two (2) victims who were killed by the suspect were identified as Norma Camposano Y Chavez, 68 years old, married, housewife and Gloria Layug Y Camposano, 29 years old, married, OFW, wife of the suspect, all residents of No. 413 B-16 L-19 Phase-3 Capricorn St. Saint Agatha Homes, Brgy. Tikay, Malolos City, Bulacan.
Based from the report of Malolos CPS under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT ARWIN TADEO, around 9:00 AM of January 23, 2016 the suspect and Gloria (wife of the suspect) had a heated argument about the issue of third party. Gloria decided and told the suspect that they should separate and let the suspect stay in Tondo, Manila for a while. On January 28, 2016, the suspect went to Tondo, Manila but came back to their house at St. Agatha Homes on January 29, 2016 wherein the suspect shot his wife Gloria Layug and his mother-in-law Norma Camposano using a cal. 9mm Taurus. The suspect immediately fled after the incident.
Personnel of Malolos CPS coordinated with Manila Police District (MPD) Station 2 at Sta. Cruz Manila and conducted hot pursuit operation. Around 10:00 in the morning of January 31, 2016 information was received by the operating team that an alleged Rommel Layug was brought to a hospital for attempting to commit suicide (intake of muriatic acid) by one of the visitors of Vista Hotel located at Sta. Cruz, Manila where the suspect was in hiding. Right away, the operating team went to the said hotel to verify the veracity of the information. The operating team immediately conducted search on adjacent hospitals and were able to locate and arrest the suspect at Metropolitan Medical Center.
The operating team with Fiscal Rommel J De Leon, Deputy City Prosecutor of Malolos City, Bulacan together with the complainant (father of Gloria/wife of Norma) and witness (nephew of Gloria Layug) went back to MMC Hospital for inquest proceeding of the suspect (under hospital arrest) for the crime of Murder and Parricide as he was positively pin pointed and identified by the witness.
On February 1, 2016, cases of Murder & Parricide against the suspect was filed with the Office of the City Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan and docketed with NPS No. III097-INQ-16A-00014. The suspect is still under hospital arrest in Metropolitan Medical Center, Sta. Cruz, Manila and guarded by personnel of Malolos CPS. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

39 Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police in One Time Big Time Operation on Illegal Drugs, Firearm also Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Thirty nine (39) suspects were arrested for illegal drugs and a firearm (caliber 38 revolver) and ammunitions were also seized in One Time Big Time (OTBT) operations conducted by the Bulacan Police on January 28, 2016.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP said that the OTBT Operations on Illegal Drugs were conducted by 12 of the 24 Police Stations of Bulacan in an effort to continue with the relentless drive against illegal drugs in the Province.

A total of 104 small plastic sachets of suspected shabu were seized during the simultaneous anti-drugs operations.

Bulacan Police Readies for 2016 National and Local Polls

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- With all key officers in attendance, the Bulacan PNP participated in the Provincial Joint Security Control Center (PJSCC) 1st Command Conference held at the Pavillion Hall of Hiyas Convention Center, Malolos, Bulacan on January 27, 2016 at 9:00 AM.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP presented and discussed the security plans and preparations to include the initial actions undertaken by Bulacan police relative to the upcoming 2016 Local and National Elections.

In attendance in the said PJSCC conference were ATTY TEMIE P. LAMBINO, Regional Election Director IV of Region 3 as the Keynote Speaker, ATTY. ELMO T. DUQUE, Provincial Election Supervisor of the Province of Bulacan, Election Supervisors from the 24 Cities/Municipalities of Bulacan, LT. COL. EUGENIO JULIO C. OSIAS IV, Battalion Commander of the 48th IB, representatives from SMARTMATIC and Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) and PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP together with the Chiefs of Police (COP) of the different police stations and other staff officers from the Provincial Headquarters . The 24 Chiefs of Police sat beside their respective City/Municipal Election Officers to facilitate coordination and cooperation and to discuss relevant election matters concerning their AOR.

Issues, concerns and action plan in the preparations for the forthcoming 2016 National and Local Election aimed towards Secure and Fair Elections (SAFE) were given further emphasis during the said conference. Election related laws like COMELEC Gun Ban and allowed security detail were also discussed.

Further, Hagonoy Municipal Police Station (MPS) under COP, PSUPT ANGEL BONDOC pioneered the conduct of Peace Covenant Signing for local candidates in the Municipality of Hagonoy at around 10:00 in the morning of January 26, 2016. The program started with a mass attended by COMELEC EO Gilbert Z. Palogan, District Supervisor Hagonoy West School, Dr. Jonar C. David, DepEd, LTC EUGENIO JULIO C OSIAS IV INF (GSC) PA, CO 48IB and Rev Msgr. Luciano C. Balagtas at the National Parish Church of St. Anne’s Poblacion Barangay Sto Nino, Hagonoy.

The said undertaking encouraged candidates for the 2016 election to participate in the electoral process fairly and peacefully. Indeed, Bulacan Police is fully committed to ensure a Secure and Fair Elections (SAFE) 2016 in the Province of Bulacan and the aforesaid activities are consistent with such commitment. 9 Including an AWOL COP Arrested by Bulacan Police in Relentless Drive Against Illegal Drugs

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Nine (9) suspects were arrested including an AWOL Cop as illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized in the anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by Marilao Police at Ma. Socorro Subd., Brgy. Abangan Note, Marilao, Bulacan on January 28, 2016 at about 12:30 AM.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the nine (9) arrested suspects as (1) VICTOR DE GUZMAN y VERDILIO @ TATA VIC, 56 years old, single and a resident of Ma. Socorro Subd., Brgy. Abangan Note, Marilao, Bulacan; (2) PO1 Franco Nero Sagudang y Tumalip, 33 years old, married, on AWOL member of Regional Public Safety Battalion (RPSB), PRO3 and resident of Ma. Socorro Subd., Brgy. Abangan Note, Marilao, Bulacan; and (9) Ma. Louralliene Caringal Y Esperansate, 24 yrs old, Single, resident of Villa Grande Subd., Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.

Base from the report of Marilao Police under Chief of Police PSUPT AMADO MENDOZA, prior to the arrest of the suspects, at around 11:25 PM of January 27, 2016, a telephone call from a concerned citizen was received by elements of Marilao MPS, informing that alias “TATA VIC” is rampantly selling illegal drugs known as “SHABU” at his residence in Ma. Socorro Subdivision, Barangay Abangan Norte, Marilao, Bulacan. Upon receipt of said information, said Operatives of Marilao MPS conducted surveillance operation at the place and after confirming the same, elements of Marilao MPS immediately coordinated with PDEA PRO3 Camp Olivas, City of San. Fernando, Pampanga, which eventually issued a Control No. 10004- 012016-0391 for the conduct of operation. Subsequently, after a short briefing the operatives of Marilao Police went to the reported place to conduct buy-bust operation. PO1 Nico Riño who acted as poseur buyer together with the confidential asset went to the house of alias “TATA VIC” which was being used for their illegal drugs transaction. When the operatives arrived, they approached suspect TATA Vic and his cohort later identified as Alex Mahistrado who were then waiting in front of their house and informed of their intention. Subsequently, suspect alias “TATA VIC” gave a suspected “SHABU” and hand-over it to the poseur buyer, in exchange for two (2) pieces of one hundred pesos (Php100.00) as marked money. However, before the members of the operating team could give the pre-arrange signal to the other operatives in the area, the two (2) suspects sensed the presence of the operating team and hurriedly fled towards their house. A brief chase ensued wherein the members of the operating team were able to apprehend the suspects inside the house. The operating team also saw the other suspects (on AWOL PO1 Franco Nero Sagudang and six (6) others) while in the act of sniffing illegal drugs while gathered around a small table inside the house of Tata Vic.

Confiscated from the possession of suspect VICTOR DE GUZMAN y VERDILIO @ TATA VIC were the following: (1) one (1) heat sealed small size plastic pack containing suspected “SHABU”; (2) One (1) piece heat sealed medium size plastic sachet containing suspected “SHABU”; (3) Two (2) pieces of One Hundred pesos (Php100.00) used as marked money. On the other hand, elements of Marilao MPS was able to confiscate one (1) piece of suspected “SHABU” from the possession of Alex Mahistrado Y Sagrit. Recovered and confiscated from the possession of PO1 Franco Nero Sagudang Y Tumalip and six (6) other suspects were the following items: (1) eleven (11) pieces of rolled aluminum foil; (2) two (2) pieces of Improvised Glass Pipe Totter” (3) three (3) pieces of open cut plastic sachet; (4) one (1) pack of empty plastic sachet; (5) one (1) piece of improvised burner; (6) four (4) pieces of disposable lighter; and (7) one (1) piece of scissor.

The confiscated items were properly inventoried at the house of Tata Vic and in the presence of Barangay Councilor Etong Delos Santos (Barangay Official), Oliver Umpacan (Representative from Department of Justice) and Boy Cruz (Media representative).

The arrested suspects together with the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office in Malolos City, Bulacan for Drug Test and laboratory examination.

Verification with the Regional Public Safety Battalion 3 based at Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga revealed that PO1 Franco Nero Sagudang has pending criminal and administrative cases for Serious Neglect of Duty for his AWOL and Grave Misconduct, resulting from his criminal case of Malversation of Government Property.

Criminal complaint for Violation of Section 5 in relation to section 26, section 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Art. II of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filling against the nine (9) arrested suspects before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Bulacan, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Three Suspects Arrested as Firearm, Ammunitions and Illegal Drugs Seized in Bulacan Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Three (3) suspects were arrested while firearm, ammunitions and illegal drugs were seized in a buy bust operation conducted by personnel of Guiguinto Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Brgy. Malis, Guiguinto, Bulacan around 3:30 PM of January 26, 2016.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the three arrested suspects as 1) Rodel Macauba y Jadloc @ Rodel Betlog, 36 years old, single, jobless, 2) Jhonny Mejica y Dela Cruz, 21 years old, with live-in partner, jobless, and 3) Jayvin Diaz y Bolante @ Tyson, 23 years old, single,  all residents of Northville, Brgy Malis, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
According to the report of Guiguinto MPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT JULUIS CAESAR DOMINGO, suspects Rodel Macauba @ Betlog and Jayvin Diaz were arrested after selling one (1) piece of transparent plastic sachet containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride to the poseur buyer in exchange of five hundred peso bill buy bust money. During the arrest, suspect Rodel Macauba @ Betlog tried to flee by running towards a creek and drew a gun from his waist and fired towards the approaching policemen twice. The police operatives fired back hitting the suspect’s left and right thigh and right wrist. Upon body search, two (2) pieces of small transparent plastic sachet containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride known as “shabu” was recovered from the pocket of Rodel Macauba’s short pants while one (1) piece of small transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu and marked money were recovered from the pocket of Jayvin Diaz’ short pants. Suspect Jhonny Mejica who was present in the alleged drug den during the transaction was also arrested for possession of one (1) piece of plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu”. Also recovered from the scene was one (1) cal .38 revolver loaded with 2 live ammos, two (2) spent shell of cal 38 and four (4) pieces of spent shell of cal. 9mm.

Suspect Rodel Macauba was brought to Bulacan Medical Center for medical treatment while the two other suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination. Murder Suspect Arrested as Firearm and Ammunitions Seized by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A murder suspect was arrested as firearm and ammunitions were seized in a follow-up operation conducted by personnel of Santa Maria Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Las Palmas Subdivision, Barangay Caypombo, Santa Maria, Bulacan on January 20, 2016.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Rowel Sto Niño y Valmadrid, 30 years old, single, jobless and resident of Brgy Libis, San Rafael, Bulacan while the victim was identified as Ronaldo Salientes y Gabronino, male, 51 years old, married, jobless, and resident of Block 61, Lot 12, Las Palmas Subdivision, Barangay Caypombo, Santa Maria, Bulacan.
According to the report of Santa Maria PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PSUPT ANGEL GARCILLANO at around 9:00 AM of January 20, 2016 the victim and suspect had a confrontation that resulted to a fist fight, at around 12:40 PM of the same date when victim was in front of their house when suddenly the suspect shot the victim twice with a short firearm.
The victim was brought to Mendoza General Hospital in Poblacion, Santa Maria, Bulacan for medical treatment but was declared dead while being treated at around 2:30 P.M. The cadaver of the victim was brought to St. Peter Funeral Homes at Bypass Road, Barangay Guyong, Santa Maria, Bulacan for autopsy.
During the follow-up operation the suspect was arrested while recovered from his possession were one (1) caliber .38 revolver (paltik), without serial number, loaded with three (3) live ammunitions and two (2) fired cartridge cases.
The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, Malolos City, Bulacan for appropriate examination.  Criminal complaints of Frustrated Murder and Violation of Omnibus Election Code against the suspect are being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos Bulacan. Frustrated Homicide and Rape Suspect Arrested by Bulacan Police

CAMP GEN. ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A frustrated homicide and rape suspect was arrested by Bustos Municipal Police Station at Kalye Katorse, Brgy. Liciada, Bustos, Bulacan on January 20, 2016.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Mario Gadi y Aguilar, 19 years old, single, native of Cabanatuan City and resident of Kalye Katorse, Brgy. Liciada. Victims were identified as Ellen Monteroyo y Lacandula, 52 years old, married, resident of Kalye Katorse, Brgy. Liciada, Bustos, Bulacan (frustrated homicide victim) while the rape victim is Ellen’s 14 year old daughter.

According to the report of Bustos PNP under Chief of Police (COP) PCINSP FLORENCIO R MORALES at around 9:00 PM of January 20, 2016 the suspect who was drunk arrived at the victim’s house and without any reason hacked Ellen in the different parts of her body with a bolo.  When Ellen’s 14 year old daughter saw her mother lying on the ground full of blood, she approached her for help but the suspect grabbed the hair of the 14 year old victim, pointed a bolo on her neck and threatened to cut her head.  The suspect brought the 14 year old girl inside the victim’s house then raped her. The suspect immediately fled after the incident but was arrested by the responding barangay tanod with the assistance of Bustos PNP.

The victims were brought to Bulacan Medical Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan for medical treatment while appropriate criminal complaints against the suspect are being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Bulacan Police Lambat Sibat Operation Nets Suspect as Firearm and Ammunitions Seized

Poblacion, Baliwag, Bulacan on January 20, 2016 around 11:00 P.M.

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Edwin Crisostomo y Dela Peña, 31 years old, single, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy. Parulan, Baliwag, Bulacan.

According to the report of Baliwag PNP under Officer-In-Charge (OIC) PSUPT SATUR L EDIONG while members of Baliwag Patrol Section were conducting Oplan Sita along Brgy. Poblacion, Baliwag heading towards Baliwag Town Proper they noticed a Suzuki GS150, black, bearing plate number QN-3482 with side car, without body number parked along the dim part of the said street. Upon checking and verification of the suspect’s driver’s license and registration of the motor vehicle, one of the patrollers noticed a wooden handle of firearm tucked in the waist of the suspect. Immediately, patrollers confiscated the firearm described as one (1) caliber .38 revolvers (paltik) with serial number 334111 with six (6) pieces of live ammunition.

The arrested suspect is now under the custody of Baliwag MPS for further investigation while criminal complaints for Violation of RA 10591 and Violation of the Omnibus Election Code against the suspect are being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Barangay Councilor Surrendered After Stabbing Older Brother

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- A barangay councilor voluntarily surrendered to San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS) and is now facing criminal charge after stabbing his older brother in Barangay Sampaloc San Rafael, Bulacan on January 16, 2015 around 4:00 PM.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Barangay Councilor Dioscoro Biadnes Jr y Bado, 36 years old, single while the victim was the suspect’s older brother identified as Mike Biadnes  Bado, 45 years old, married, sewer both resident of No. 264 Barangay Sampaloc San Rafael, Bulacan.
According to the report of San Rafael MPS under Chief of Police (COP), PSUPT ORLANDO CASTIL JR. around 5:30 PM of January 16, 2016 Barangay Councilor Dioscoro Biadnes Jr. voluntarily surrendered to San Rafael PS and narrated that he and his brother Mike B Biadnes had a confrontation about their water bill that resulted to a heated argument. The two struggled for the possession of a kitchen knife wherein the suspect accidentally stabbed the victim in his stomach.
In contrary, at around 10:30 PM of the same date, victim Mike Biadnes appeared at San Rafael MPS and reported the stabbing incident. According to the victim, he arrived home from his work when his brother Dioscoro Biadnes Jr. suddenly attacked and stabbed his stomach with a kitchen knife (kolonyal). The suspect also beat his face with a piece of wood.
The victim was immediately brought to Baliuag District Hospital after the incident and was later transferred to Bulacan Medical Center at Malolos City, Bulacan while the suspect is now under the custody of San Rafael MPS. Bulacan Police Arrested Suspect for Hacking an Old Beggar

PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the suspect as Pedro Cabutin y Raquipo, 43 years old, single, jitney barker while the old woman victim was identified as Milagros Baylon y Londres, 79 years old, widow, street beggar both resident of Sitio Manggahan, Paraluman Street, Malolos City, Bulacan.
According to the report of Malolos CPS under Chief of Police, PSUPT ARWIN TADEO the suspect stoned the victim’s 10 year old grandson Jomar Baylon with debris and bottle for destroying his fence, made only of light materials. The victim confronted the suspect that resulted to a heated argument. Thereafter, the suspect went inside his house to get a bolo and hacked the victim. The victim sustained wounds on her left hand and left forearm. The victim was rushed to Bulacan Medical Center by the Malolos Rescue Team while the suspect is now under the custody of Malolos CPS. Appropriate criminal complaint against the suspect is now being prepared for filing before the City Prosecutors Office, Malolos, Bulacan. (PIO, Bulacan PPO)

Akyat-Bahay Suspects Arrested by Bulacan Police for Violation of Omnibus Election Code as Gun, Ammunition and Deadly Weapon Seized

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) Akyat-Bahay suspects were arrested as gun, ammunition and deadly weapon were seized on January 12, 2016 at 2:10 AM during the intensified implementation of Omnibus Election Code by the Bulacan Police.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the suspects as a) FERDINAND POLICARPIO y DELA TONGA, 25 years old, live-in, jobless, native, resident of S. De Vera St. Barangay Pandayan, Meycauayan City, Bulacan; and b) BRAVERY DE JUAN y ORETA, 20 years old, jobless, native of Baguio City residing at No. 19 St. Fortune 5 Malinta Valenzuela City.

Based on the report of Marilao Municipal Police Station submitted by OIC, PSUPT AMADO MENDOZA prior to the apprehension of the suspects at around 1:20 AM of January 12, 2016, Barangay Councilor Troy Gallardo of Saog, Marilao, Bulacan saw two (2) suspicious male persons who entered the premises of his house at No. 020 Angeles St. Barangay Saog, Marilao. Upon observing the suspicious actuations of the two 2) suspects, Barangay Councilor Gallardo immediately informed the Barangay Tanods of Saog and asked the assistance of Marilao MPS who promptly responded that resulted to the arrest of the two (2) suspects.

Confiscated from the suspects during the body search were the following pieces of evidence: a) one .22 Caliber Magnum Revolver marked NORTHAMERICAN ARMS CORP. SPANISH FORK UT without Serial No. but with Patent No. 4024563 with b) two (2) rounds of live ammunition, and c) fan knife.
Complaints for Violations of Omnibus Election Code and RA 10592 is now being prepared for filling against the two (2) arrested suspects before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

Indeed, the Bulacan Police is continuously and relentlessly implementing “SOP on Managing Police Operations” otherwise known as Lambat Sibat, as directed by the Chief PNP and PCSUPT RUDY G. Bulacan Police Arrested 2 Suspects for Violation of Omnibus Election Code as Gun, Ammunition and Hand Grenade Seized while 2 Abandoned Motorcycles Recovered 

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Two (2) suspects were arrested, 2 abandoned motorcycles recovered as gun, ammunition and hand grenade were seized in different police operations conducted by Bulacan Police in Barangay Bayugo, Meycauayan City on January 12, 2016 at 5:30 PM.
PSSUPT FERDINAND O DIVINA, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP identified the two (2) suspects as 1) Sowaib Sarip y Bongaros, 25 years old, married, market vendor, native of Marawi City, resident of 351 Barbosa St., Quiapo, Manila; and 2) Samso Esmail y Hadji, 18 years old, single, vendor, native of Marawi City, resident of Pacheco St., Barangay Calvario, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
Based from the report of Meycauayan City Police Station (CPS) submitted by the Acting Chief of Police, PSUPT NESTOR CUS prior to the arrest of the suspects, while the personnel of Meycauayan CPS together with the Bulacan Highway Patrol Group were conducting Oplan Sita, Oplan Bulabog and Oplan Galugad in Barangay Bayugo they flagged down the two (2) suspects. Suspect Sarip is wearing a black PDEA sleeveless jacket while suspect Esmail is wearing an NBI bull cap were cautioned for not wearing helmet while on board a black/gray Honda wave single motorcycle without plate number. Upon verification, the suspects failed to present pertinent documents of the said motorcycle. During further inspection, a live hand grenade (Atis type) was recovered inside the motorcycle’s compartment. One (1) cal.38 revolver with four (4) live ammunitions was also seized from the suspects.
Further, two (2) abandoned motorcycles were also recovered during the operations ; a) one (1) Black Suzuki Raider 150 without plate number, chassis number BG41H-315019 with engine number G427-240374 and b) one (1) white/red RUSI without plate number, chassis number LIEPHJL009003547 with Engine number 1850FMH09002924.

The arrested suspects are now presently detained at Meycauayan CPS while complaints for Violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), Republic Act 10054 ( Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009) and Violation of the Omnibus Election Code, are now being prepared for filing against them at the City Prosecutor’s Office, Meycauayan City Bulacan.

The recovered motorcycles are now impounded in Meycauayan CPS for verification with Land Transportation Office and Highway Patrol Group (HPG). (PIO, Bulacan PPO)
